Bad AC smell

The Ac smells bad after one month of living here I was told I'm on myownfor 800 dollars in repair because the home warranty doesn't cover it. Shop elsewhere.

Jeremy was very patient and kind. He made the process less painful. It was a quick process too. The quality of the home is standard. There were a few things that I feel could have been done differently. But all in all a good investment and experience. I would recommend this builder to friends and family. Matter of fact, I have recommended my friends and family to buy from Lennar. I think Lennar produces a good product for the amount paid.

False advertisement about amenities and closing process rushed

The Cypress Creek West website explicitly stated amenities, swimming pool and children's playground would be onsite. However, after the earnest money deposit is made (which I would loose if I withdrew) I later discovered these amenities are located in different communities across the street, requiring shared access. The closing process was extremely rushed. I was given only a few hours for the walkthrough simultaneously while touring the house with representative. The representatives at the Lennar office for Eastland Crandall showed little effort in assisting, and their response time to emails and texts was disappointing. Also, discrepancy between the website listing and actual appliances.

May second lennar home and the process this time was just as easy as the first. I will add this home was built a lot better than my previous home (Covid years so things were crazy) great experience fast communication and great price and location. Couldn’t be happier

Home buying experience is okay as the homes are more like inventory homes and no options to choose but not satisfied with quality of workmanship and how the issues are handled. Already seeing multiple cracks across the house near the wall joints.

Worst experience with Lennar start to finish

We had the worst experience in home buying with Lennar in Princeton. The sales agent Connor Frank was rude, arrogant and held a lot of information just to make the sale. There were numerous issues with the house and the workmanship which were not properly addressed before closing. After closing there is no one interested in resolving the issues. Connor Frank is the worst agent you could possibly come across and Lennar is possibly the work builder to buy a home. They have stopped responding to calls and texts and do not want to resolve the issues even under the warranty.

Buying a Lennar home has been the worse experience of buying a home, and I have bought several homes. From the lender process to resolving build issues has been a disaster. I filed a repair request after closing and it has now been 3 weeks and the issue still is not resolved. The repair has not been scheduled yet for it to be corrected. I would encourage people to be careful when dealing with Lennar.

Great sales person and mortgage agent

Make sure you have a final walk thru to verify any defects were fixed. Take pictures and write down everything that needs fixed and also keep track of all things you need to do before closing and after closing. Make sure HOA is fully explained to you so not caught off guard with first mail for payment. Expect deposits needed for utilities. But most of all enjoy your new home.

Purchased home thinking it was a great buy, sales man was great. Quality of material used are of lowest grade. Cheap , had few issues after closing , some resolved , Still stranded for 21 days from a plumbing issue.

Lennar Bridgewater is a great community and I'm so glad and thankful for God's blessings. The home buying process was great overall but the underwriter MJ needs serious customer service training. She was rude, zero personality, and made it less desirable. Thankfully the Loan Officer was amazing by being God-fearing and a listening ear.

In life one can be lucky enough to cross paths with a person who is not about self-serving, rather serving others. John fits that description. He worked very hard with Rosa to make buying my final home a reality. He was not so much concerned about his rewards as he had a purpose to help me. He answered every question I had, he had solutions that supported my purchase, and he physically helped when something had not been finished. That character does not go unnoticed. Lennar Homes should be grateful to have a true and sincere model agent when it comes to selling homes.

I had lot of issues to close my recent home with Lennar. They didn't include my realtor name in my closing. I called customer service for some issues, but the response was very rude.
