Given what we know now and experience during the home buying process, we wish we had gone another direction. The workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. And the use of cheap materials in the house construction and finishing is very poor_ eg cheap paint which easily stains and peels off when wiped with a wet cloth. Nice walk-in shower cubicle but no shower doors. Door paint chips and dirt on inside walls not repaired as promised after final inspection.

The overall home quality is poor. The workmanship is horrible with lots of items unfinished and poorly done. It seems to be no quality control of the workers work. Appliances are cheap and dangerous. The home is not the same as the model we were shown. Different floor plan. Basically the house is a double wide trailer on a cement slab. Regret the purchase and wouldn't recommend Lennar as a builder.

After I started the process of buying my home I could not get in contact with my agent. The loan processor told me different terms than I was told by the agent. My realtor was instrumental in helping me because the concierge wasn't much help either. I thought I got a good price for my home, but I didn't get a lot of things that are standard in most homes. The windows do not open and close, there are no blinds, no towel bars, and no backsplash. The oven is not self cleaning and the cabinets in the kitchen were not installed properly and there are no ceiling fans. I did not get an orientation ...

This whole experience was truly terrible. We feel like we got the run around for everything. When we met Hailey she was great and super helpful. She was the best person to deal with throughout this whole process. Everyone else was extremely unprofessional, rude, and difficult to contact. Our closing process was extremely stressful as they clearly put off the actual closing of our house to where we had to escalate to supervisors, still got the run around from the associates, and had to stay on top of everyone every step of the way. Purchasing a home from Lennar was a pretty seamless experience and an overwhelming amount of the staff is great to work with. I encountered a staff person by the name of Jennifer who was awful during the last steps of the process, but other than that everything else went well. Jennifer was rude and unprofessional, and I would not have purchased a stick of gum from her. Everyone else was very nice, professional, and helpful.
