Had a great purchase experience, from the first contact to our agent Michael he was very responsive, and available. He helped us with outside financing due to self employment issues.Robert at Guild mortgage was great and got our mortgage taken care of quickly.

Transition was great. The staff was very helpful and professional. Craftsmanship is ok, but I do love the design.

Everything worked out Great except for the Funding .. Loan dept did NOT let Me know 24 to 48 hrs on the dollar amount needed to fund the loan and it was done at the very last minute to where We had to wait tillm the following day to move in....Did Not get keys until the following day... If this would of been done sooner Everything would have been a Great experience....

The quality of some finishing materials inside the house and equipment could be better.

My overall experience has been great. There have been. Some flooring issues however Lennar has been very quick to respond. I contemplated a 4 star on the workmanship for that reason. I understand having to use different contractors to keep the wheels turning on putting up these homes quickly and I applaud Lennar for the value of the home, the timely responses, and the overall willingness to seek customer satisfaction. I've told several people I know about Lennar that are also looking to get still a great home without spending $500,000. Yes the home is settling in and things start to seem out of whack but I was extremely satisfied with how fast Kyndall is to respond to us and get someone out quickly to fix any and all issues. I love the home, love the value, and the affordability it gave for me to make a 2 plan of homeowship happen in 1. No more apartment living for us lol. Thanks team for the hard work and I promise to try and send people. Thank you also Jennifer on the Sales side for working with my crazy self and my Realtor to help get a dream done all before the holidays. They give me an excellent price and interest rate including refrigerator range dishwasher blinds washer and dryer and helping me with $10000 with the Closing costs We closing the deal in 3 weeks this was amazing.. I just can say THANK YOU!! I have a lower monthly payment for a brand new house in this 2025

In life one can be lucky enough to cross paths with a person who is not about self-serving, rather serving others. John fits that description. He worked very hard with Rosa to make buying my final home a reality. He was not so much concerned about his rewards as he had a purpose to help me. He answered every question I had, he had solutions that supported my purchase, and he physically helped when something had not been finished. That character does not go unnoticed. Lennar Homes should be grateful to have a true and sincere model agent when it comes to selling homes.

Great home and price but the house came with some cosmetic issues and hvac issues and haven’t had my warranty request served. Very poor response times in that regard.

Great experience purchasing the. Working with the sales person remotely, she was amazing helpful and completely knowledgeable. We were able to see finished homes in the area of the home purchased. The home purchase was similar. The walk through was informative and given professionally. He was able to answer all our questions.

The process from looking at homes to the final move-in was seamless. Hailey H. was extremely personal and devoted her time and efforts in ensuring that my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. The quality the new home that I purchased is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond my expectations. Hailey was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money.
