The home by an experience was an amazing experience. The people doing that part are totally amazing and very helpful professional. As far as our home it is a very nice home, but when we did the final walk-through, we asked for the floors to be clean nope

Like I said before, the house is very nice home Lennar Home by an experience it's very great, but there was a lot of paint spots and glue on our ground or floor. We asked for it to be clean and it was not a lot of the wood trim inside the house looks like it was just used trim and they just stuck it up on the wall couple spots in the ceiling where the paint is cracking. All this was supposed to be addressed and it was not.

Brycen ***** was my sales rep and it was the worst. Never reached out to me after recieving my earnest money, had to go looking for him to get some answers, all the answers I did get from him were not correct. Really disappointed with the whole process

Overall all review 2/5. I was the one calling Mortgage, sales rep and even had to escalate the matters to management so I can get some type of answers. Never knew my closing date until a week prior. Sales rep, Brycen never gave me no next steps after the earnest money because "he was to busy taking care of other clients" even though I should've been treated as a client as well. Very disappointed that it felt more of a job for me to get a house with you guys then it was a process like everyone else says it should be

Title company was the worst experience. I bought my previous home from Lennar in 2023 in ***** and comparing both Morgage teams your Team for Northpointe was below standard. The lack of professional loan officers was not pleasant at all.

The lack of marksmanship from the contractors. Landscaping is so lumpy, trim is not straight, outlets ***** just to name a few. Below standard marksmanship

I've had a hard time getting a clear response from Lennar about the community mailboxes at Pecan Meadows. The local post office is adamant that Lennar has the community's mailbox keys, but when I called multiple people at Lennar including the head of *****, I'm being told that the post office has them. I even spoke with a regional superior from the post office who advised that someone at Lennar had misplaced the keys and now they're having to rekey all of the community boxes. This is not much of a surprise, as my house key was misplaced on my closing date and I was left without access for 3 ...

Besides, the closing was a nightmare. The loan officer was rude and didn't respond to most of my questions of the closing process. I requested my complain to be elevated to the owners or corporate office but not sure that was done. I never received an apology or a follow up of that bad experience.

Purchasing my first home should have been one of the happiest milestones of my life, but this company turned it into the most stressful and frustrating experience I've ever had. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of communication. It constantly felt like no one knew what was happening with my file, and I received conflicting information throughout the process. It took over a month just to receive loan approval, and I was asked to provide more than 50 conditions. At one point, I was even accused of fraud, which was incredibly upsetting and handled without any professionalism or ...

I would not recommend buying a Lennar home. The customer service after closing has been extremely disappointing. Once the sale is complete, it feels like you’re on your own. Getting warranty issues addressed has been a frustrating and exhausting process that often feels like pulling teeth. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the home has been far below what I expected from a national builder. We’ve dealt with numerous issues that should have been caught before closing, and getting anyone to take ownership of those problems has been a challenge. Communication ...

Lennar responded:
Good afternoon Ahmed. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience fell short of your expectations. If there are still outstanding warranty issues you would like us to review, please send an email to CorporateCustomerCare@Lennar.com so that we may review your concerns. We wish you and your family many years of comfort and happiness in your home.

Sincerely,

No point in writing a bad review, calling and trying to get answers from anyone who will hear your experience and not down play it as sorry you need to call your sales person. When I did the research and found my home by my self and when you call for a question nothing gets an answer. It was a run around in 360 circles and it doesn't matter here the customer service is not there. Sales person, community manager , loan officer. The only person that made a difference was the notary person and my escrow account person she went above and beyond to make sure I secured everything on time.

Lennar responded:
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. Moving forward, if there are any questions or warrantable concerns, please submit a warranty/service request through your Lennar Account. This ensures your request is documented, prioritized, and available for convenient status tracking. We hope your home brings you and your family comfort, happiness, and many wonderful years ahead.

Sincerely,

Lennar Corporate Customer Care

“My experience with Lennar was outstanding from start to finish. The entire home-buying process was easy, organized, and stress-free. Every step was explained clearly, and I was guided through the process from beginning to end. Whenever I had questions, the team was always available and made sure nothing went unanswered. A special thank you to Steven at Northpointe. He was absolutely awesome to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. My experience with Lennar was okay. Being a first-time home buyer, I did get a pretty good deal. However, going through the loan process was an eye-opening experience. Lennar mortgage was very demanding and expected me to drop everything and get what they wanted done immediately. I also felt like it was somewhat of a high pressure sale on this house. The area is hard to get to. If there were better access roads to major highways. My work commute would be cut by at least 10 to 15 minutes. I really hope that Lennar is working with community planners to start opening up four lane roads ...

I ended up closing 2 days early, so I'm thinking that is the reason for not cleaning the house I bought. my furniture and household goods were in the garage for 5 weeks after that waiting for their contractors to go clean the floors where they tract the adhesive from the vinyl flooring. it was a mess all Lennar did was send a heavy set guy to take pictures of the floor, 2 weeks in a row. I finally hired a 73 year old gentleman from my church . On his hands and knees with wet rags and dawn dish soap he cleaned up most of it. I saw he was tired so gratefully I paid him $290.00 My other ...
