This is my second Lennar new construction home, and it's been a completely different experience compared to the first one. My first Lennar experience was great! This time around has been a different story. From the sales person, Daniel, who was completely rude and unprofessional, to the issues I'm going through now, I'd highly recommend getting an inspection before closing. I did a walk through, but it went by so fast, that I wasn't able to see all the issues. I had a service call back on 7/15 of a laundry list of items, and if it wasn't for me continously following up, they never would have ...

A constant battle from start to finish with things broken after the fact. Terrible customer service. Lies from the entire team. Rude sales men. With the experience I had I would never recommend a lenar home to my friends or family. My first home buying experience was ruined by y’all’s team with the exception of two people. Terrible & very shameful

My name is Luis, I can say that the salesperson who convince me to purchase the home was great. But the builder teams are awful, they don’t know respond to complaints in an appropriate way. In my case I’ve been complaining about my yard that has a fifthteen foot long and four inches deep water puddle (mud) for a month now. And I only been living the house for six week. I can’t even get no internet connection because the construction next door ripped out all the wiring. I would recommend other builder. Experience was horrible. Supervisor checking finish product is horrible then they get mad when you complain or ask things done correctly. I have told my coworkers to find other builders those that are looking to buy. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Lennar to my worst enemy.

They all put cheap material with in month moved in more than 100 issue noted and not resolved and filed customer service gentle man not knowledge able with problems and does not have customer service skills, rushing closing the tickets with out solving problems. water leak from bathroom since 3/4 March to until 4/26 not fix, drainage issued on the right side of the house not fix same time. Finishing was not good still have lots of pain stain on hardwood floor.

Stay away from lennar, costumer service disappears the second you sign the contract. Furthermore they will lie to you about the build quality and potential issues the house might have until you have signed. Do yourself a favor and find a different builder.

Have only lived in this brand new house for a few months and have to had several things fixed, half our outlets didn’t work, faucet won’t work correctly, sprinkler system was broken, and you can see several screws sticking out of the dry wall. Didn’t come with anything worth the cost, not even enough cabinet space for 2 people to store a very small/normal amount of kitchen appliances. Our sales lady Alyssa was also very rude and unresponsive throughout the entire buying process

A lot of issues for a new house

I chose a house that was already built. They never did anything I asked on the final walk. After I moved in, I had a lot of issues. They had to replace the vinyl flooring in the house. That was a nightmare experience. I fence is falling apart after only 5 months. I have to have the structure evaluated for a possible foundation issue. I wish they would just take the house back.
