We have been trying to buy for 5 years and could never qualify let alone afford a home in the DFW area until this year. The buying experience was great with Lennar, they were very transparent in what we were getting into. The numbers were spot on. The home is new so it’s great when it comes to knowing what we’re getting. There was some dishonesty in the selling process: we were told when we did our new home owner orientation walkthrough, that no one could be let into the home after that point until closing day as the locks changed and they wouldn’t be able to access the house. House was spotless at the new home orientation. We get our keys on closing day and walk into a dirty house! After talking to the salesmen they stated that they were showing our house after the new home owner orientation. They let us know they already tested our keys and they all worked. It was very disappointing. Reaching out to the sales guys now they don’t remember things they said when selling the house. For the most part we are happy with the home. Wish the yards were bigger and more level as it’s hard to use a sloped lawn. ... More

Lennar is the best builder and very understanding during the process more so very patient

It was a overwhelming process but when the ink dried it was all worth it.

It was a real pleasure to work with Steve from North point who took us to Rancho Canyon to look at homes! I love the open concept and facial look of the homes in this community! Everything was pretty much online and electronic which made it easy for us as buyers! Thank you for a wonderful experience! We love our new home!

Overall experience was great. The finance team was always will to answer my million questions. Lol.

There were good and bad the walk through wasn’t a walk through so there are problems I am finding but lennar is quick to help. When I moved in I had a BIG moving truck I couldn’t pull in the drive way so I parked on the side of the street as my vehicle was on the side of the stree and my sister parked in the drive of the show house as to not block the street it was a Sunday. Some “bald” lady showed up out of nowhere talking to our children about parking in the drive of the show house instead of coming to the adult and just kept staring not being there over night as she saw the EXTRA large moving truck but still chose to harass us and our children I did not appreciate that because it was a Sunday and it was only because of the color of our skin. Lennar homes include a lot of upgrades for the price point of the homes. Tankless water heater, fencing, fully landscaped, and a sprinkler system! Financing, new homeowners orientation/inspection, and closing was well coordinated. A minor siding issue was reported to the warranty team and addressed within a week. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to choose a Lennar home.

Jordan at Northpointe was friendly from the start. We were first time buyers and he didn't seem annoyed or tired of our questions. He responded daily. He was quick at moving our home buying process along. We were initially going to close on a home from another very popular home builder, but we are so glad we didn't. They didn't have the customer service Lennar had. They overlooked us, made us feel unwanted and the process was extremely stressful! We are so thankful we found Lennar and decided to go with them. They deserved it!

James and his team made the home buying experience a breeze! Everyone was responsive with any questions I had and worked within a timely manor. Would recommend to my friends and family

Everyone was very responsive during the entire process. Love the home! Contractors should be more mindful of their work. There were somethings that were over looked. Jordan was totally awesome!

First time buyer, so a lot of unknowns, but Lennar and team were patient, kind and helpful. I haven't had any early repairs, everything is good. The price of the house was great, no thrills, just the basics. Some areas could use a better quality hardware, but I cant complain for the price, and it’s fairly easy to upgrade.

The process was/went fairly easy in the sense that my paper-trail was easy to follow and even tho serious issue(s) came up unexpectedly I was right to provide them with the needed information. Since everything was done on-line at times, it was challenging for me but my son was there to help me. Finally, I'm glad and blessed that the process is over and I'm in a new house, Good luck to everyone.

My wife and I are very happy with our new home. We would definitely recommend lennar for anyone considering buying a home.

Insulation wasn’t perfect, too many little holes I have to plug. The lawn wasn’t perfect, a lot of spiders, big ones too

We had a very nice experience. Our saleaman was wonderful.

Over all a very good experience. You have to understand that they are really throwing these homes up at an incredible pace. Only a few cosmetic issues that were handled after the walk through. Sales office took care of me, showed me three homes in process and doing the paperwork in less than an hour.

Issues with walls and microwave and microwave. Fortunately Richard has been very expedite getting things fixes

The overall process was great, Liz was so easy to work with and gave us so many updates. As far as the inspection process, and move in, there were some issues.

excellent service. but bit pricey. i did not have any issues. everything went well. slight delay on delivery by amount month and half but due to covid. that is acceptable delay. all deliverables were met with quock redpinse and all reps are awesome. thanks fir everything. you hVe mDe it possible without hassle

Lennar offered the best value for money home we could find, comparable homes from other builders were notably more expensive. No home builder is perfect, but we were/are very happy with our Lennar experience. Great home in a great neighborhood. Very happy.
