Salesman wonderful Christina was very helpful and aware of her product. Lennar Mortgage was not so good and informative needs some attention on her understanding of loan process.

Our salesman, Aaron, loan officer, Bryan, and the gentleman at the title company who assisted us at closing were each very helpful, patient, and available when we had questions. We’re pleased with our new home and grateful for included features like the sprinkler system.

We are happy to live in a house built with professionalism.

Purchase process with Lennar was a breeze. The team worked hard to find us a the right house, quickly process our loan, and complete the house to allow us close just three weeks after signing the contract.

Ideal space for empty nesters or young couple . Well thought layout and modern appliances . Could have done better with storage /closet space in rooms but overall a good buy

Our experience with buying a home from Lennar was a great one. Our Loan Officer, Michelle, and Sales Representative, Michael, was fantastic. They were on it every step of the way and we had some ups and downs but they hung in there with us until we closed. A few minor things discovered after we moved in but all in all we are very happy with the home we purchased from Lennar.

I really love the home and feel that the proce was appropriate for what was included. I suggest that you ask for a specific list of what is being included. I was surprised to see no shower rods in the bathrooms or sprayer in the kitchen sink, which I feel are necessities not extras. The discount given on the home did cover installation of the items I wanted to add, including fans and blinds. The builder is excellent and very responsive. Any small issues I've had have been addressed and resolved easily and quickly.

We took advantage of a close out spec home and got a fantastic deal! Were able to purchase from out of state with our sales consultant, Odalis, was incredible in helping us to navigate the whole process by phone!!

Closing was a smooth process! I am very satisfied with my new home! It was worth the purchase! I love the residential community as well! Very diverse!

Everyone was spot on, answering questions and very kind and knowledgeable. Every time I went to the display home, no matter who was there, they were extremely helpful. The construction manager and young lady who did the final walk through were excellent. I love my home and highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone shopping for a home. We retired and moved to Florida in 2022. Wanted back to Texas in 2024. My wife kept going back to the listing for our house and after the fourth time she brought me to look at it on the computer I asked if it was the one. She said yes and we had our realtor make an offer. Lennar did Everything they said they would. They had us close on the day they said 6 weeks before closing, even with a hurricane that came thru. Buying this house was a very good experience even with us being in a different state. We Would buy another Lennar home.

I want to say I appreciate my realtor Elizbeth , she was determine to make me a home owner and she did. She made sure that, I had to do and to get everything i need for me to get the home.

it was a great experience from the sales representative to the loan officer and closing. Though we had a little delay in closing due to the storm but it was worth the wait. The home was beauty, massive yard, good interior and good explanation during the work through. They were all very patient in explaining and answering questions . I recommend lenner to all of your looking to buy your home.

There were some issues during the buying process. But overall, it was a great experience. Good quality of work and excellent responsiveness
