The team at Lennar was wonderful! Once my realtor scheduled a showing, the process moved fairly quickly considering the crazy market conditions. I went under contract April 30th and on Aug 30th, I closed and got my keys!!! As a first time home buyer, I had to adjust my expectations with some things. Overall I am very pleased

Personnel was outstanding! I couldn't asked for a better group of people to assist me with our home buying experience. From Ana Guzman to Josie Gonzales to Tommy Collier. They all did an outstanding job taking the entire stress load off of me. What a blessing they were to work with. I honestly would give them a 5 star on all categories unfortunately some items were beyond their control due to COVID but they did the best they could to assist us.

I was in control of the entire process. No pressure tactics from the realtor, no design choice during the time I purchased my home, but with the Lennar "Everything's included" there wasn't much need to do so.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Sooo much easier than in prior years of buying houses. This will be the fourth house I've had built in my life. Unfortunately, I didn't get to pick anything out this time like I would normally. It was done by the sales guy. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though. I probably would have priced myself right out of the house picking stuff out at the showroom! lol. Lucky for me, he did a good job in picking! Prices are off the chart. I think I should have paid a LOT less for this house, but it's the nature of the current state of things. I'm just grateful and blessed that I was able to get anything at all! You will end up with a great home, just make sure you point out and issues you see so they can be addressed.

I would recommend Lennar to anyone considering buying a new home. I think we got a good value for the dollar spent on a new home. We liked the fact that most things were included and did not have to incur large expenses after moving in. Our project manager and warranty representative have been great. They have been very responsive, helpful and followed through till a problem or concern was resolved.

I liked that they finished the house on time. Also they address all our needs immediately.

Everything was top notch as far as i am concerned except for i wish they had caulked around the baseboards and doorframes better, been more careful with the drywall in certain areas, and used oil based paint instead of water based or whatever it was, I was instructed to not wash my walls due to the paint comong off. But any problems i did have, the builder, crew, and warranty department were on it. I 100% recommend going with lennar for your next home!

We loved all the extra items such as soft close toilet seats. Blinds, landscaping, granite counter tops, covered porch at Bach of house, single story, the two crape mirtles in front. Land and trees along side yard fence. Magnolia floor place is spacious.

Lenner is a classy operation.

Garrick was great and a big help resolving any issues. Morris was very patient with us. Josie was the best. Matt came in at the end of the process another quality individual.

We had a great experience with Lennar. All the people we worked with were very clear and responsive to our questions. Everything was smooth and the entire process was easy and on schedule. We are happy with our home.

My overall experience is very positive. I only wish the kitchen materials like countertop and cabinetry were better. Workmanship also needs improvement. Post sale Customer service has been excellent though and the builder is very responsive to our needs.
