Everyone I worked with was great!

The purchase experience for new home from Lennard Homes, was a smooth and painless. The Lennard team did all the work, and made it possible to close in one month. The loan officers communicated with us the whole process to avoid delays and helps us obtain our Dream Home.

Seems like construction was rushed, however when making request for service they do come out in a prompt manner to resolve the issue. Overall I would buy again if the price is right.

From the very beginning, the sales team lead by Bryan was top notch. He was always available for us. Then the financial team was there until the last minutes helping us as well, giving us the extra mile. Thanks to Lennar Homes for helping me to achieve my home!

Everyone at Lennar was wonderful from the first person I spoke with until I closed on my home! I highly recommend Lennar for their wonderful customer service and great floor plans!

Great Experience The Builder took time to respond to all my questions

Lennar is more than your basic home builder. Our home included sprinklers, a keypad lock, garage door opener, and all appliances, including a washer and dryer! We are really blessed with this home.

Lennar was incredibly responsive throughout the process. From sales, AJ assessed my needs and proactively suggested I view my new home although it was not the home I inquired about. Sandra was accessible and available to answer my questions at any time regarding financing. Danielle was great during the inspections/walk through process and Todd + his team rocked all the fixes needed for move in. Closing day Sherrie went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything was patient and knowledgeable regarding every question I had. Thomas and Katy were awesome to work with. They stuck with us as we learned about our new home. If issues were found they got them resolved quickly. They were friendly and very kind. Our home is the perfect size and area for us. We love it!

The process was direct and straightforward. They provide all they promised, it is good you keep tract of promises until closing. Lennar gives opportunities to homeownership to instrested buyers even at this tough moment in the market. The Sendero community is just so wonderful to be a part of it. My family and I love our new home, for it's a dream come true with Lennar.

Responding to problems your people are not good. Still waiting on new cabinets that have not been replaced yet. A/c work heater doesn't. Not good for a new home.

It was a pleasant journey towards owning my new house. I really like the layout however I wasn’t able to make changes anymore. There are some things that need attention and they responded to the requests right away. There’s still pending things to fix and I get updated on the status of the request. Overall I’m very happy with the house.

We could not be more pleased with Blake and Marco. Response time for move-in fix its has been less the 24hrs with great craftmanship.....we would refer or buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat!...

So we ended a 5 year home search with Lennar in the fantastic neighborhood of the Falls at Green Meadows. Christy the Lennar realtor was fantastic, in fact if it wasn't for her, we would not have been here. The whole team from Lennar has been super, Liz the foreman, Jorge, the customer rep and all the people in the Mortgage Dept were superb !! Now I won't lie and not say that we didnt have some issues, but they are expected and Lennar is doing great in taking care of them. A wonderful Company and fantastic people !

I like their loan process; especially their loan officer, Stephen, who helped me in every step to get my loan going forward smoothly, I also like the warm environments in every room of Lennar house bring to my family!

As a first time home buyer , I never thought that getting a house is unbelievable but we made through it smoothly from inquiries, appointments and closing. staffs are great and their websites and apps used are both user friendly. We are at home at lennar.

Very lucky to meet the helpful sweet sales rep, Melissa, who was and is still always available to assist. Great problem solver and very resourceful. She shared her expertise when I had to select the plot, elevation, counters and cabinets. We sat on her office floor past 7PM, brainstorming and making the best choices for me! I got regular updates, pictures throughout the construction from Aug 2021 till closing in Jan 2022. When we hit a little bump with an area of the house a night before closing, I called her in panic. She stayed on the phone with me but also made other calls addressing the issue. Despite it being her day off and family dinner time. That’s called going above and beyond!! Other Sendero neighbors speak kindly of her too! The overall quality of the house is good, with great workmanship! I appreciate construction manager, Matt and the crews for ensuring it!!! Also love my master bath, double paned windows, blinds, flooring and cabinets! Beautiful front door too! I do not like the interior doors -terrible finishing. The pantry shelves sag in the middle :-( Quality of some materials not the best. Kitchen sink and faucet are too basic. I wish I could upgrade bec the granite countertop is just gorgeous! We had a few changes of CCRs which delayed service requests, but our current CCR, Allison is working very hard to process and having them completed. Great customer service- she does not have an easy job but is always courteous and patient and productive!! Lived in my first Lennar house for 20 years, so I am a second time Lennar customer:-) ... The whole process was very easy from start to finish with lennar mortgage. The only major issue after the fact was I have realized the paint they use inside and out is the cheapest paint possible. I will have to repaint in higher traffic areas in the very near future.

The sales team member provided regular updates on the construction progress. The walks are very detailed.

Ana did exceptionally well throughout the sale and building process of our home. Josie, Cesar And Tom provided great service as well. Ana and Tom have kept the communication line open to ensure satisfaction with our home to work through minor issues that needed to be resolved after final walk and move in! Overall great experience and would recommend any looking to purchase a home in Dellrose to definitely work with Ana. Thanks
