Our sales person Kacey was amazing. She communicated with me and was just short of being our loan officer as well because I could not get any communication during the loan process. Communication with our loan officer was little to none. He would not answer or return phone calls and the only emails he would respond to were the ones our sales person confronted him on. What even more frustrating is when we reached out to our loan officer to lock in our internet rate we got no response and then the interest rates went up. Super frustrating. My overall experience was good. I do not want to fault them for the craft folks they hire and workmanship that they do. There were items along the way that concerned me, but overall most were taken care of. I have yet to receive my exterior house colors for touch up . I have emailed my salesperson and he keeps sending me the same document of the items included in the house, BUT I want to know the NAMES of the colors used for the exterior. Anyway, for the price at the time it was a good value.

We honestly had a terrible experience getting the home! That whole underwriting thing was extremely overwhelming! Lennar has some great people in place, that help us overcome every hurdle! It’s a rough process but we pushed through.

Underwriting is tough but trust your getting a good home build! A home with good bones, & good materials. Lennar is excellent at responding to issues. They make sure you love your home! They guide you virtually every step of the way! If you choose lennar like we did you will not regret it just be diligent and don’t overpay!

For the most part was happy, my upgraded tile floor still looks very poorly done. Problem was not addressed properly and lennar refused to fix it properly

Kayla and James were professional, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They were responsive when contacted and did their best to assist and provide updates when possible. The process was quick, everyone was nice & helpful until you get the keys in hand then I felt a little lost in the process & felt a bit abandoned. Apparently, the builder did not submit documents for the foundation fee & I was contacted by Lennar title that I owed an addition $254 but then never got an invoice or email or statement. After we went into contract we were assigned a new home concierge to guide us through the rest of the process. She was impossible to get a hold of. Never answered the phone or returned messages. Unresponsive to texts and r-mails. We got wrong information about utility companies, wrong names wrong phone numbers. It was like pulling teeth to get info about trash pickup. We got the wrong info on mail keys. Had to ask repeatedly for the promised paint coupon. Overall the part after contract was a disaster.

Disappointed that options were not offered. My previous home buying experiences offered other additional options like gutters, sprinklers, blinds, tankless water heater, etc. Nice to have some of these items offered as additional options rather than having to run around and gather those items on my own.

Overall, the process was very fast as we were in a rush to buy. Many documents were needed, and we were asked to resubmit the same documents at least 8-10 times, instead of me submitting to one portal where everything could be accessed. Our initial interaction with the sales person Deonna was wonderful - she was very responsive and answered all our questions. However, when we began the process of applying for the mortgage with Lennar out experience was horrible. We would rush to submit all the required documents and then not hear anything for weeks - and then a request would come in at the end of the day for the additional information that they needed. Home buying experience was average as I've bought from another builder previously and it was the same. My issue is they rush to build these houses as fast as possible and they make A LOT of mistakes. We've already had to make numerous warranty claims after only 5-6 weeks of living in the house. SLOW DOWN AND BUILD THE HOUSES WITH MORE CARE.

Sales rep was super pushy and almost lost the sale. I had to fix several plumbing issues myself after moving in. Kitchen sink had no hot water. Also shower head in master was leaking. Turns out it was cross threaded and I had to replace shower arm. Interior was swarming with fire ants. Luckily an exterminator was available to come out the next day. I understand this is common but Lennar should hire an exterminator to prevent this even if they need to recommend continued service after sale. Overall, I had a good experience with Lennar. However, I felt like I was just a number. This was also my first time ever purchasing a home. So nothing felt personable or anything. Very hard to get in touch with anyone for any questions, I called the concierge and was told will call back but when I called back to ask regarding the issues then no one pick up the phone. The construction team are great, very thorough walk through, but customer service team are very unhelpful, by the way I closed out my home a month ago and still don’t have a mailbox keys, and still waiting for someone to get back with me regarding because I can’t get in touch with anyone.

The AC was not working when we moved in. We did not get internet services for one month from the day we signed. There is a septic truck outside the house every second day. I am not sure if this home is connected to the city sewerage system . Other minor issues need not be mentioned.

Issues with A/C and people digging in our front lawn to connect power to the electrical box in our backyard with no explanation. They also used a ladder to enter our backyard with no permission nd left a pile of dirt in front of our house for a week. Our lawn was dug in so we’re not sure if they’ll fix the lawn damage.
