My wife and i started to look for a 4 bedroom and Lennar had what we were looking at an affordable price. they gave us a lot for the money and we are happy with the warranty they are offering.

The experience from the home consultant, finance team, and the construction is like a family, that’s a great feeling. The amenities that comes with the house gets a thumbs up. To have a contact person when there’s an issue gives the comfort of getting them resolved.

I love the house and the area. The floors and countertops are gorgeous. My husband has even thanked me for making him move when we decided to downsize. We are both very happy with our purchase.

Amazing experience in buying the house, and the response for any issues we’ve had since we moved in has been amazing!

No gutters in the backyard created water ponding and a health issue. However, the builder refused to correct it.

Leah in Tavola is the best! She is so nice and attentative and really made the process and the experience pleasant and much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and all million of my questions were answered.

Felicity has been wonderful addressing all issues/concerns promptly. She has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the home.

Great home builders and customer service

They completed our house on schedule, when many of my neighbors have complained their builder did not. Part of the reason may be the lack of options offered and workmanship that was good but not great. Customer service guys are great!

Some of the materials they used around the house, especially the vinyl flooring seem to be really low-end quality.

My sales guy was real nice and always giving me updates on the progress of the house.

Great deal business with lennar

Their inability to give us a choice in many things in our home. From interior paint color, to external brick, the choice was made for us. Never in my experience of buying a home did the sales guy have to say, "I'm sorry, no" so many times. If it weren't that Lennar had the floor plan we wanted (Next Gen home) we would have built with someone else.

Every thing was great .

The home was supposed to be fully wired for alarm service only two windows out of six were properly wired. Workmanship and quality of product wasn’t up to par. Low grade windows only the bottom tilts in for for cleaning. And the windows had a lot of silicone around the frame Leaking out very sloppy work . From the paint to the caulking and seals very hastily done and not properly done . The workers spilled glue on the floor still trying to get that all off. Garage floor has chunks of cement not smoothed out properly. garage door has a 15 inch dent on the bottom panel and I didn’t discover it till a week later and I’m not a jerk and wouldn’t ask them to replace it at this point. and if you ask for service they will come out but then there’s two guys in your house tearing up walls and fixing stuff . Not cool. Project building manager obviously not keeping an eye on the workers and the quality of workmanship. Lennar should make sure that the quality of their product at their lowest cost homes is the same as their most expensive homes. I needed to change and upgrade a lot of things in the house. I thought I was getting a deal with the appliances included but they were very cheap and I’m slowly replacing them. And I’ve only been in the house for two months. I will have to spend around $10,000 to get the Home up to a better standard.We pay $750 a year for HOA fees, for what I don’t know there’s nothing here there’s a little play park for toddlers. That’s it ,no amenities besides that I have no clue what we’re paying for. Shame on me. What’s the old adage there’s a sucker born every minute. I’m the sucker that proves that. ... More

Customer care programs from beginning to 1year after is a real win. Starting with Kent, not over selling me and answering all my questions through the whole process and even after I purchased. The personal touch of my Customer care rep. Cory. Helping with all the new owner questions once I moved in. Great extentions on warranty for registration of product's, heating & air-conditioning, kitchen appliances. Plumbing, roof, windows all covered on lennar new home warranties. Even landscaping, provided a hose and sprinkler to get started. Covered grass and plants for 60 days after move in. Wow above and beyond wonderful. There's so many details to moving in to a new home, lennar provided information to help make it easier and efficiently. Would recommend Lennar homes every time! ... More

It’s a great neighborhood to live in

Lennars goal is to close business and there is so much room for improvement. I told my sales guy I could not meet at a certain date since I locked in the house. I never meet with customer service, I was sent another builder supervisor instead. When we spent TWICE time to call out cosmetic things that needed to be repaired, only a very few were taken care of and the rest... well they just peeled off the orange stickers. Most of the paint jobs are leaky and full of paint buggers. Love the location, and the size of the land, but I would need to see lots of improvement before buying another home by this builder. ... It’s bad experience, 1- everything was delayed 2- they charged a lot of selections we made for our house 3- purchase experience was bad customer service not was on time and we didn’t get to take picture with the first home keys,
