Awesome plan and a great experience.

Love my new home, now I'm having issues with the taxes because the developer has not split off my individual property and it is messing up my over 65 homestead exemption and taxes in my escrow, I need to know who to call about it. Other than that it's been a great experience experience.

There was a lot of issue wrong inside the home that needed to be fixed/repaired. The home seem to have been built rushed and the customer service is very low to resolve concerns brought to attention.

Will recommended to anyone Great service from the first day you step in their sales office. Caring and always available to help you when in need

Interested in selling but lennar buil quality is poor

Asked several times to the office manager, who is not responsible for any warranty service call and has never returned or suggested where to call for the warranty repairs!

Good response to issues. However too many issues. Poor workmanship and materials. Shelves are separating from their supports. Wall materials are so poor they would not support hanging even small objects. Dishwasher controls difficult to use. Master bath tiles separating from the wall. Caulking cracking and separating. Overall very poor and was a poor choice when choosing a builder. Will never make that mistake again.

My overall experience is very positive. I only wish the kitchen materials like countertop and cabinetry were better. Workmanship also needs improvement. Post sale Customer service has been excellent though and the builder is very responsive to our needs.

We were pretty disappointed in the quality, were told things would happen that didn’t, and still have issues that haven’t been resolved that we requested 4 months ago...

Lennar Homes at Aliana is over priced and interest rate isn't as competitive and anticipated.

Lennar’s agent, lender, and go to person for any repairs has provided exceptional customer service. Happy client:)

I bought my house at the highest value and two months later I see other houses that look exactly like mine decrease by almost 20k. I understand it’s all about the market but that was drastic. The craftsmanship is ok but I notice the very small details that aren’t up to par. None of the air vent squares are straight and are slanted awkwardly. The sprinklers don’t work and I already called to put in an order and it was very bad customer service. The paint is chipped in some places. The layout is horrible. Yes it’s updated counters but the counters are so small it’s quite pointless. The driveway is the worst! Two car garage (barely) 1 car driveway which is horrible horrible horrible!!!! Love the idea, the style, just horrible layout and attention to details. ... More

Everything is great and they have the best deals. The only problem we had was with the doorbell not staying programmed.

Clean up around and in homes

There has been a few issues with any new home built. One thing does bother me is a lot of the issues was electrical and even during construction there were issues with electrical installation. The Foreman and Sales staff were easy to work with.

I would give Lennar a 4.2 Star rating for the most part. I believe most everything is pretty good as well as the incentives. My only issue is that after living in my home for 6 months, I noticed there were a few things off about my house. I think the attention to detail should have been better when building. Wish I would have seen some of these during my inspection so I could have them fix it.

No pool in the area. Promised remote to open gates to access pool down the road on Rayford Rd. Have not received
