All around great experience and service.

We choose Lennar because we were impressed with the quality and reasonable price of our new home. The design is outstanding , while the quality is clearly superior to that of new homes in many other developments that we have visited. The Lennar team has exhibited a real commitment to customer service going to great lengths to insure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We love our new home and couldn’t be happier!

A beautiful home worth it of your money.

We love the smart home and connectivity, and for the most part the materials used to build and finished the home. The kitchen appliance package should be of better quality, we had issues with the stove and dishwasher and had to fight with the manufacturer for service. Also, some of the trim work was not clean and sharp with globs of paint and unfinished spots, not clean and sharp as I was expecting Lennar to finish homes, also, we still have issues with water puddles in different areas, even though it has been repaired twice already. Is as if the person that should have checked the house prior to the final walk-through had not done their job properly. ... More

Initial purchase process was smoother, design and options selection were easy to go through with sales person, construction manager was less responsive during the build, many issues found at final inspection and during final move-in. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Construction was ok, found many issues after 3 months period. Builder promised many items and delivered accordingly. For example, Amazon products give away. Ring, echo dot etc. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? Always do proper research about builder and quality of products they are using. Ask questions and expect details. This will be worthwhile after closing. ... More

The finish work is not that great and when you in your work order and they come out to fix their mistakes they make it worse and so you just end up giving up. Most of them do not speak English so you can't communicate with them.

My house is beautiful the issue is the small things like paint splatter all over the flooring, or how a baseboard is separated from the wall, making hole in a closet while making a repair and yet not fixing the hole. The issues I have involve the workers lack of professionalism and realizing this is someone's home that they have worked very hard for. The plumbing works, the roof doesn't leak, and all the wall are up it was just these little details that if they took an extra step would have made a difference. I still love my home.

The quality of the home is very good and any issues are typically addressed quickly. There is an issue with the vinyl material used on the floors as it keeps chipping. I am currently negotiating with them to replace the floor with a higher quality material. I am confident there will be a positive outcome.

Lennar has the best builders, sales personnel, representatives, and excellent homes. They quoted a closing date and came through. We’re enjoying our home!

Have problems that need to be taken care of Have a Kēvo that has never worked and now they say I have to pay $120 to have it set up and maybe it will work if not then they will replace it maybe

Since the process begun, Lennar has been very helpful to us. After the purchase warranty is always being there for us with any inquiry. I will do it again no questions asked.

When we first bought our home in May of 2019, we were told we did not need flood insurance because the area wasn’t a flood zone area, fast forward to Sep 2019 with tropical storm imelda, we were under water! So many of our neighbors lost their homes, we had to be rescued because water was rising, my brand new 2019 vehicle got flooded 2 weeks after buying it, just such an emotional event to go through, and the saddest part is all my neighbors were told the same thing about flood insurance. The materials of the house weren’t all that, our plants died a week after we moved in, our grass too, the foundation of the backyard is all messed up and bumpy, I feel like we didn’t get our money’s worth. ...
