The experience was great. Everyone who was involved in helping me get my house was fantastic.

The house is really nice. You can tell some of the contractors just rushed the job and do not take pride in work. For the cost though it is worth it. For example, where the driveway meets the garage door is not level, there is spilled concrete in the driveway and near the garage door. Door hinges and screws are painted rather then be tape off when painted. All little things though.

About a year ago I started looking at Lennar. The homes seemed affordable. I submitted an online request and they called me at least two months later. I went in person to look at a model and I was able to talk with someone. They were very responsive and the process moved quickly. The loan officer and loan process was also great! The craftsmanship is not quality. The floors were dirty, we had to ask for them to be cleaned again. The lady came to clean and she cleaned about 1/4 of the issues I presented and just left. You get what you pay for. We have had several warranty issues resolved and investigated very quickly which is reassuring. The materials used seem of poor quality, like drywall. Not sure what kind it is because it seems to bend and chip in various places. I don’t feel comfortable using fasteners as I feel they’ll slip right out it’s already happened. Our first home, smooth sailing since we signed!

It was a very easy process with the Lennar Mortgage Team. They were very helpful and attentive to my questions or concerns. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The buying process was quick and easy

Had an amazing experience buying our Lennar house. Jeremy, Brett, and Shanna were all amazing. Brett went far above and beyond to make this amazing. I have recommend everyone to this team when looking for a new home. Even after we bought, the construction manager Kevin is there and willing to answer any and all question we have. The experience has been positive overall. A small water leak was dealt with promptly. No other issues so far with the exception that the final inspection still hasn't been done, and three city won't turn on electricity in my name. Lennar, though, hard continued to pay fort my electricity in the meantime.

Lennar was by far the best experience as a first time buyer. Always on time and willing to answer any questions. Having a realtor Adrianna to guide me to them was amazing. I 100 percent would recommend to anyone

The workers who put the homes together she be more careful with working on homes

Our realtor were great, people are nice but all in all when we did our blue taping we were told that we will receive a small set up on the table for us for buying the home with Lennar and never did see that so guess that’s not true. They told us they will put out nobs on our cabinets and we have been here a month and still haven’t received our nobs. Our power box keeps tripping out when we start out microwave and our stove and for it to be a ready to move in home it shouldn’t be that way. The people at the pool area that deals with the HOA are really awesome folks. Kids do love the area.

Great honest and direct conversations and very helpful with purchase pricing under different down payments, terms, etc. Knew my parameters for purchase and made the sale. Wonderful personality and a pleasure to meet!

The only thing I have a problem with, and that I have had an issue with is the grass. It took a long time to get it, and when I did it set outside of the house, on a good day for three days and then again another three days. They did some of my yard, then they added a little more a couple of days later, and then they stopped and I'm still missing a big chunk. It's been three days, the grass will be dead by the time I get around to i Watering it. This process has been painfully slow and by the time it's done, I have a lot of dead grass. This makes me very sad and a little upset

Salesperson great no problem very nice,title company good no problem, building manager not very friendly and there was issues with outside house paint he did not want to take care off it, I had to talk to other people to solve the problem,building manager not very good

The staff at Lennar were always helpful - guiding me and responding to questions asked.

Buying a home from Lennar was a breeze. The building manager for our community was a huge help once we closed and moved on from our concierge. Everyone on their team was a huge help. One down side would be the attention to detail with some of the build. Missing paint after the blue tape inspections, Hardware or tools left in the home such as saw blades or nails not fully installed. Small fixes but otherwise everything was amazing.

My sales representative, Kim was amazing! I kept her busy for a year and it finally came through!

I have bought from KB Home and Lennar, Every home have its problems, but the one thing that stands out to me with Lennar is how quickly the warranty service gets in contact and takes care of your request. Problem solved.

I have loved being in my new home. The folks at Lennar were all so great from Armando at the community all the way to Dawn with the mortgage company! They all kept me in the loop with every step and any issues that did arise they helped fix it immediately! Thank you!

Great house. And excellent space

I had some issues with having minor issues resolved during the walk through. Places where I put tape were removed and not repaired. Complained on numerous occasions only to get push back each time.

Home was half way built when I found it. Weekly checkups i saw good work. On final walk found mainly drywall issues and one foundation issue. Both fixed before move in. On move in found the internet cables in the wall were not connected and the back porch light wouldn't work. Lennar had light fixed on a warranty claim in a week. I had to fix the cables, the guys lennar sent out didn't know how to fix. About a month in the garage door came off track. Lennar had the installer out within a week and fixed. Your milage may vary, but so far nothing but positives to say about Lennar as a builder. ... More
