The staff at Lennar were always helpful - guiding me and responding to questions asked.

Buying a home from Lennar was a breeze. The building manager for our community was a huge help once we closed and moved on from our concierge. Everyone on their team was a huge help. One down side would be the attention to detail with some of the build. Missing paint after the blue tape inspections, Hardware or tools left in the home such as saw blades or nails not fully installed. Small fixes but otherwise everything was amazing.

My sales representative, Kim was amazing! I kept her busy for a year and it finally came through!

I have bought from KB Home and Lennar, Every home have its problems, but the one thing that stands out to me with Lennar is how quickly the warranty service gets in contact and takes care of your request. Problem solved.

I have loved being in my new home. The folks at Lennar were all so great from Armando at the community all the way to Dawn with the mortgage company! They all kept me in the loop with every step and any issues that did arise they helped fix it immediately! Thank you!

Great house. And excellent space

I had some issues with having minor issues resolved during the walk through. Places where I put tape were removed and not repaired. Complained on numerous occasions only to get push back each time.

Home was half way built when I found it. Weekly checkups i saw good work. On final walk found mainly drywall issues and one foundation issue. Both fixed before move in. On move in found the internet cables in the wall were not connected and the back porch light wouldn't work. Lennar had light fixed on a warranty claim in a week. I had to fix the cables, the guys lennar sent out didn't know how to fix. About a month in the garage door came off track. Lennar had the installer out within a week and fixed. I had a wonderful experience with Jessie. I was actually looking for a property that I had an appointment for and i accidentally went to Lennar. Jessie was so helpful! He worked with me through it all and I did this alone. Leslie was my loan officer and she did a wonderful job! I love my new home. The only thing I would change would be the paint. It was flat white. I had to paint it satin. I wish it would have came that way because it would have saved me a lot of time and money. But, despite that, it was a very good process!

I purchased home in my late 70s with my Wife. The only issue I have is I am not computer literate nor my Wife. Filling out a work order for a plumbing issue was a royal pain in the behind. Technology is great, but at my age and lack of knowledge how it all works makes it more complicated for me personally. I think another way of helping the elderly such as myself and many others would enhance the importance of your company's commitment too not just the young, but old as well in all communities they are building in.

I know I bought in the affordable subdivision. I know I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for this house. But craftsmanship is very poor. Some things can be fixed. Others not worth the time off work to manage it. It was the easiest buying experience though. Loved the virtual signing.

My experience with Lennar was amazing. I had a few hiccups during my buying process but the team I worked with was there every step of the way. My family is so grateful for everything that was done for us during the process. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Joshua was the one in charge of my experience of purchasing my home he kept me informed of what was going on and what I had to do and it took me about three weeks and by the end of the month i closed on home and the people in the title office was very nice also,they just made my day and I just want to say thank you!!!

I saw a billboard for Lennar Homes while searching for a home. Went online to submit a request to pre-qualify on 1/9. Closed on my home on 2/16. The entire experience was seamless and the staff were very committed and supportive. My community is safe, my neighbors are great! My new home is just right for me and I truly am grateful and thankful for Lennar!
