We ran into some snags in the process of homebuying (not due to Lennar) and their staff and loan officers were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. When we had questions they were responsive and willing to work with us. As first time home buyers this was very important to us!

Lennar is very responsive when there is a problem.

Seriously! If you're looking to buy a house at the same price point, why not consider a new house. You don't have to worry about fixing or updating a house, just move in and get to know your new neighbors.

I like the price! The homes are very nice.

With the market being what it is, my wife and I had become more and more pessimistic about ever owning a home. Prices are skyrocketing, companies would out-bid us on the homes we could afford, and we were getting priced out of shacks without roofs on the market. My wife saw an advertisement for Lennar specifically stating that if you thought you couldn't afford a home, to try them. We had low expectations, reality having cured us of those, but reached out anyway. In just a couple of months we were moving into our brand new first home. We're so dizzy and stunned over how quick and easy it went, it's easy to just gloss over how great Lennar was every step of the way. My experience with purchasing a Lennar Silo Home in San Antonio was a great experience. Nick and Chris were very responsive to all my requests and inquiries. They responded above and beyond their normal duties. Also Lennar Mortgage made my transaction very easy.

The home buying process was pretty straight forward and any issues I had were treated quickly. Things were missed initially but are being worked on.

The financing part of purchasing and closing was very smooth. My loan officer always answered the phone when I called and was efficient. My CSR that conducted the Home walkthrough was fantastic and got all my concerns addressed. The only feedback I have is some quality of the workmanship could be improved. It appears some aspects were rushed to completion which caused a lot of rework and/or repairs. Not sure if they have it, but quality checks and reviews throughout the build process (such as plumbing), and before a client walkthrough (painting, trim, fixtures, etc.) would avoid so much re-work and back and forth. With that being said, everything was swiftly addressed, it just resulted in more of my time taken. The only thing that inconvenienced me was I only got 20% of grass in my back yard. First of all we are so happy we found this hidden gem in Hill Country. We drive into the community at the recommendation of a realtor from Johnson Ranch. We met Debby at the models. Debby took us out to look at some homes that were being built. We found one with an amazing view out back. Not only did we get the home for a fair price, they paid all closing costs and paid down the interest rate. Although some of the craft mens ship was a little concern, all issues were resolved prior to move in. We could t be happier here. We love all of our new neighbors and our community here. We had a great experience with the responsiveness of all the Lennar people we interacted with. We have bought and built many homes over the years and this was the best overall experience with any builder that we have had.

Great experience from start to now. Had to call home warranty twice but they fixed the issue right away. Absolutely great company and people and I loveeeeee this home. I am grateful for everyone in the process of getting the house.

As a couple in our late 50's and never purchasing a home before, the expectations when we finally had a physical look at our home were above reproach. The style, equipment, appliances size of front and back yards were more than what we expected. The staff at Lennar guided us through the paces and explained in detail what each step encompassed. Nice neighborhood, great neighbors, cute homes for retires, empty nester and 1st time home owners. Prices are high but are in line with the current market.

I chose a base model house and consider myself a DIY person . So I made quite a few upgrades myself. The guys at Lennar are helpful and reply fast to issues found.
