Corners cut, cheap material. Horrible roof construction. Idk how no one has a civil law suit against them.

Brooke sold me my new home and is absolutely amazing to work with. My complaint is with Lennar. I informed Lennar of an issue regarding the home pulling in to much electricity and they said everything was working great. I received a 331 dollar electric bill and I reached out to the customer service representative and was told he was waiting for a response from his bosses. I have not heard anything about Lennar assisting with this bill.

Had an amazing experience buying our Lennar house. Jeremy, Brett, and Shanna were all amazing. Brett went far above and beyond to make this amazing. I have recommend everyone to this team when looking for a new home. Even after we bought, the construction manager Kevin is there and willing to answer any and all question we have. Thank you for everything we love our new home.

The experience has been positive overall. A small water leak was dealt with promptly. No other issues so far with the exception that the final inspection still hasn't been done, and three city won't turn on electricity in my name. Lennar, though, hard continued to pay fort my electricity in the meantime.

Frustrating Lending Process & Mixed Home Quality

We purchased our home for $152,000, and while we were excited about the process, the lending experience was a nightmare. Despite being extremely responsive, providing all requested paperwork within 30 minutes, we were repeatedly asked for the same documents over and over. They even required us to write unnecessary explanations for paperwork they already had, making the process frustrating and redundant. As for the home itself, the quality is hit or miss. The paint chips easily, and the flooring feels cheap and low-grade. On the positive side, the stove and oven are nice, but that’s about ...

Very Poor Customer Service

This was my first and likely last experience with Lennar. Our sales agent (Christian) was only looking to make a quick sale and I unfortunately did not realize this until it was too late. He became unresponsive to concerns after we signed our initial contract. The Lennar concierge (Del) was not professional and bother line rude. It took longer than necessary to have our concerns addressed after our inspection and walk through. This was purchased as a rental property and we had planned to buy another property but have since changed our minds given the experience. The only positives in this ...

The home purchase process was straightforward and the team was helpful with the entire process. I live out of state and purchased the home for my mother to live in. We had a little bit of a hiccup in regards to the sod placement in the backyard that we're hoping to get resolved. There is no real response from the builder yet to make that right.

All staff from various departments were friendly but there were so many involved that no one seemed to know what the other departments were doing. All staff were responsive wmexcept for one concierge Hanah who often did not respond to requests. I joked with the manager that Lennar should be paying me a salary as I had to do so much work in coordinating staff between departments. It wasn’t at all seamless or efficient

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the beginning, their team was professional, communicative, and truly committed to quality craftsmanship. The entire process—from selecting our floor plan to the final walkthrough—was smooth. The attention to detail in our home is impressive, and the quality of materials and finishes exceeded our expectations. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making the home-buying experience stress-free. Overall process was relatively simple, with all of it being conducted through their online applications. The part of the process that ultimately left a bad taste was after closing. The house was not cleaned as our representative Bert had assured me. The bathrooms (especially showers) were filthy, the floor in the hallways were muddy, baseboards dirty, etc. After multiple messages, the construction manager finally arranged for a cleaner to come, who by the looks of it only swept the floor. My family and I ultimately were responsible for the cleaning after closing since my messages to Bert and ...

I purchased a home Lennar. They did not pressure wash my driveway. They didn’t clean my yard after I purchased it. I had to ask them twice. The “free grass” I got is actually making me pay extra to get treated and my landscaper just told me I need to get all new grass. The HOA is asking me to get my yard treated

Don’t finish lawn…?

I’d paid 240,000 dollars for a home id expect a lawn to be finished. But no, Lennar only does half the lawn. It’s a bit ridiculous to be honest. On top of that the grass installed was installed dead. Nicks, dents and holes throughout the house.(partially on me though for not hiring my own inspector) Electrical issues from the jump. If you go with Lennar make sure your around for the whole project or just avoid it. The HOA is nice. The locations nice. Lennar…Ehh.

Sales in my opinion very poor. Was handed a list of homes and a house key and told go check them out and let me know if you want one. Construction purchased a finished inventory home. I walked the home 2weeks prior to my official walk thru and made a list of punch items. I gave this list to sales requesting it to be given to the construction team. The day of the walk thru none of the items had been addressed. Closing had to be moved 3 or 4 times. Had to reschedule movers twice, and they simply just didn't care. I was really hoping for my first home buying experience not to feel like I ...
