First of all we are so happy we found this hidden gem in Hill Country. We drive into the community at the recommendation of a realtor from Johnson Ranch. We met Debby at the models. Debby took us out to look at some homes that were being built. We found one with an amazing view out back. Not only did we get the home for a fair price, they paid all closing costs and paid down the interest rate. Although some of the craft mens ship was a little concern, all issues were resolved prior to move in. We could t be happier here. We love all of our new neighbors and our community here. Great experience from start to now. Had to call home warranty twice but they fixed the issue right away. Absolutely great company and people and I loveeeeee this home. I am grateful for everyone in the process of getting the house.

Nice neighborhood, great neighbors, cute homes for retires, empty nester and 1st time home owners. Prices are high but are in line with the current market.

I chose a base model house and consider myself a DIY person . So I made quite a few upgrades myself. The guys at Lennar are helpful and reply fast to issues found.

This is our first new home purchase and Lennar made it very easy for us along our journey. Larissa was our sales agent and she was incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. The in house financing was also such a great experience. We love our new home! Lennar did a great job all around.

I bought my home sight unseen except for picture on the internet. When I got here I was very surprised at the quality of the home. I love my home. I highly recommend Lennar homes

Buying with Lennar was very simple and stress free. All staff I had an opportunity to work with were very friendly and helpful.

The idea of buying a new home opposed to older ones has the great advantage of not to worry about whether the electrical and/or the plumbing systems have to be replaced shortly after buying it. LENNAR Homes are outstanding.

Every aspect of the purchase went very smoothly. I would recommend that you have your own real estate agent as we did. Makes the process very easy.

The people at Lennar are great! And for the most part the home is good. But some of the workmanship and quality of materials is quite cheap. The paint especially.
