The house was not cleaned like I was told it would be. So I still have marks on the floor from the glue for the flooring. And they didn't do a very good job of doing the grass in the backyard. I have more weeds than grass. Other than those few things I am happy with the house. I have only been in the house since June so I hope the rest of the year is good.

Some of the staff was very helpful. I was able to call a few at past work hours and they all answered my call and called me back to follow up making sure everything was taking care of.

First I have to thank " James" in sales he was the best, help with each style of home and much more. He made sure we saw all available homes and explained each one. Great value for your money and there is no comparison to the other builders we looked at. Lennar makes sure everything is finished and looks great before you take possession of the home.

In a market where everything could have turned, Lennar and their team made it happen for me. My turn around was 30 days and I couldn’t have been happier. Being a first time homebuyer, after going through several agents and other builders, Lennar gave me what I needed. The home is simple, but it’s a great starter home, and I would absolutely buy from them again. Although some teams weren’t as thorough as others, a little persistence got the job done.

With home prices on the rise it was a good purchase. Very disappointed with quality of landscape.

I couldn't get hold of the office. I called alot. Had my loan sold to another lender. I was never told that. House is great

Have had a few issues once I moved into the home. Was not too happy that my driveway is such a steep slope and that i have stairs going into my garage because it takes up so much space and not good for my son who has a disability.

Overall adequate but not exceptional construction work.

Quick and simple.

We bought a model floor plan after bouncing back and forth. The place is great overall. Location in Bulverde/ north SA is great. The home buying experience is way easier and better than going through an agent for a used home. If we were to buy again, we’d leave the appliances out and buy our own due to low quality. Plan on painting your garage and installing your own door opener. The provided home wireless router is not wired in so you have to route your own power. The tile work in bathrooms is par due to broken edges facing out and uneven placement. Overall, my wife and I are happy due to the location, community, and convenience of a new home. The quality of work by subcontractors need to looked at very closely. Seems like they just don't care. A few things can happen here and there but at every turn, the process needs to slow down, your name is on it!!

I truly love the house that I have purchased and am working on settling in. When it comes to sales and, follow up Trey E. did an amazing job of going the extra mile to make sure all was taken care of. He showed up at closing which I found to be personable and professional. At closing there was some confusion when we were told to meet at the title office, and they did not have us on schedule. Then they informed that the signing and notary was to be completely on-line. While in the process we found a mistake with the paperwork not reflecting the full amount of my money down, which would have affected my monthly payment as well as final sale. Fortunately the manager was able to work things out and get new paperwork written up and we were able to proceed. Along with that they were able to have the in person notary stick around for a final signing. Of course, this took longer than expected. An hour and a half meeting turned into an over 3 hour process. My realtor secured the keys the next day as I had to be at work for the next few days. That Sunday I received the keys and went to the house with a lot of unfinished details in my new home. Large debri outside of the house was not picked up, along with some dangerous broken glass and some nails on the ground before the sod came. During the final walk through some of these things were mentioned to Brandon the QC person I believe. Also the windows were not cleaned, film residue and water spots were quite visible on most of the windows. Also the floor did not look it had been cleaned. Carpets were vacuumed and counters were decent but the things listed above were unacceptable. Chris the construction manager was able to address some of these issues after I had shared a few emails. I had shared this with Wes and in the process there seemed to be a delay in action. The main thing I was concerned with the finish was the glass and nails on the ground which would have been dangerous had my son been around during those early days. This is why I mentioned Trey before because he went out of his way on his day off and made the calls to get the ball rolling the issues I wanted addressed. He gets an A+ in my book, though I would not give that type of credit to the others. Chris was helpful in following up with the clean up and dealing with the sod. One other thing I would mention was the quality of finish with the door latch holder in the frame. Some of them seemed to be put in hastily. I made my own adjustments to several of them, though they latch and close properly, their alignment was off. Since moving in I have noticed a few issues with the walls and some paint but I believe they are managable with a little touch up. My experience was okay with Lennar. My biggest let down with the buying process was the closing. I closed online but when I came to get the keys to my home no one was there to greet me or thank or congratulate me. They just handed me a dirty envelope with keys in it. Such a let down after making such a huge purchase and it being my first time. I did express my disappointment but no one seemed to care after the paperwork was signed. As far as the home itself, there have been a few issues. Not big issues, but being a brand new home I didn't expect this many issues one month into my new home. It is also a little tedious getting in contact with the right people to get repairs done. Especially if it's after hours. Most of the time they want to come during regular business hours which means I am also working so that makes it hard to coordinate. Other than those issues, everything else has been good. ... More

When I met Kenneth for the final walk through he was amazing, very helpful. We even offered to help unload my moving truck if I needed help and gave me his personal number. After that absolutely no contact! I have texts from Oct 15 till today that he still can’t reply or call back. I needed some questions answered and he was nowhere to be found. It’s a beautiful home and everything put he does paint a pretty picture for you, after that you can forget about any help. You’re on your own trying to figure things out. Thank God for nice neighbors, I had to ask them for help.

I closed in early October 2025, and after numerous requests I still haven’t received my closing documents. I need the documents. Ridiculous !!!!
