Subcontractors need to slow down

The quality of work by subcontractors need to looked at very closely. Seems like they just don't care. A few things can happen here and there but at every turn, the process needs to slow down, your name is on it!!

When I met Kenneth for the final walk through he was amazing, very helpful. We even offered to help unload my moving truck if I needed help and gave me his personal number. After that absolutely no contact! I have texts from Oct 15 till today that he still can’t reply or call back. I needed some questions answered and he was nowhere to be found. It’s a beautiful home and everything put he does paint a pretty picture for you, after that you can forget about any help. You’re on your own trying to figure things out. Thank God for nice neighbors, I had to ask them for help.

I closed in early October 2025, and after numerous requests I still haven’t received my closing documents. I need the documents. Ridiculous !!!!

Love the house, but the problem is.. my warranty deed says one city, but I have to put a different city for shipping purposes. Some companies dont acknowledge/pull up the physical address at all in their systems. Should have been told this in the beginning. Paying one city's taxes bit having g to put another one for daily life. Makes no sense

There were some issues with the house even before going in that weren't fixed and it's sad that you have to submit a warranty request to get them fixed and that can take up to 1 - 2 weeks. They should definitely be more in depth of how to change out lights and other things that you normally wouldn't think to ask. It would also be great if you were a new and first time homeowner to have a contact person with questions as far as HOAs how to submit a service warranty just general things instead of reaching out to people who no longer want to work with you because you've already purchased the ...

My overall experience was great! I had some really great people helping me through the process. I did have a few issues with the house once I moved in. Dishwasher not working and roof leaking in light fixture in the bathroom. Roof was taken care of quickly. Going on 2 months and dishwasher is still not working.

Lennard is a huge builder and continue to I grow, good job! I applaud them for providing affordable homes to the nation! Where I live, there is plenty of land, yet the homes were build less than 8 feet apart! Why? May be the more together the homes are is better, just like apartments! Great job and very fast building!

The house was built too fast a lot of stuff on the house that needed to be fix but the warranty is good and the workers responded quick to fix the issues on the house in repairs. Nice new neighbor hood.

We did the walk through and put blue tape. Looks like some of the tape was taken off with no repair done and some of the touch up (especially painting) was made worse by the sloppy work.

Brooke sold me my new home and is absolutely amazing to work with. My complaint is with Lennar. I informed Lennar of an issue regarding the home pulling in to much electricity and they said everything was working great. I received a 331 dollar electric bill and I reached out to the customer service representative and was told he was waiting for a response from his bosses. I have not heard anything about Lennar assisting with this bill.

I would definitely suggest looking a the home prior to purchase, that ble tape walk thru is a MUST DO.Make sure you get it in writing that house will be CLEANED prior to move in. Make sure that you get it in writing that AFTER they place sod in your yard, they will come back and clean the dirt/mud mess off your sidewalk and driveway. There were just things that were left unexplained, and still aren't clear. This is a HOA neighborhood, so you'd expect to not have solicitors, however, for the first 15 to 20 days after closing, you will be bombarded with AT&T, security system, vacuum cleaner ...

First home. Priced where I needed it. They’re quick to respond for work orders, but depending on what you need will depend on how condescending some of the vendors you have to use or field people are with concerns. Quite a few things were ignored on final walk through and still problematic and/or will be within the next year. Almost died from a gas leak the plumber blamed rhe HVAC and builder for and in the same breath said it was my fault for calling the gas company instead of them. For the most part, you get what you paid for.

I don't now recall the name of our builder rep because we never met him. Tim was there in his stead the whole time. Tim was great! The warranty rep was nice and responsive as well. The sale rep was also kind and helpful. I will say that the choice of using regrettably cheap paint, the state of the garage (inside) left by the builders, unfortunate choice and handling of the sod, and drops of paint left on my carpet was not cool. My ultimate negative issue is that of only having ONE external hose. It is inane that there is not one on the opposite corner or at least one in the back yard. What a ...

Everything was good except my bathroom somebody used it and didn't even bothered cleaning it up, place was very dusty, no shower rod in master bathroom but guest bathroom has one, and some scratch marks on the wall. I guess all in all everything is good.

Home looks fine, but sloppy builds. cabinets are not leveled, cabinet door rubs against base when opening, a lot of edges need caulk as there’s small cracks, paint thinned/cracks on top of walls. Tons of smaller details. No window screens, no fans, and little things they can do to improve. Overall good experience, but could definitely step it up for a better review!

I was so excited to find a home that fit my budget. The floor plan was perfect. The location convenient for shopping and providing easy access to local events and entertainment options. Reality set in. Quality of home, once I remembered I wasn't in the luxury market, is acceptable. In the beginning with the walk through things was great. Afterwards a different story. Disappointed with the overall general contractors making sure that the workers did a thorough and complete job on things that needed cleaning up. Will have to do the job myself on touch ups that looked not so clean. Cleaning crew did a halfway job on a very nice new build home look it's best.
