The process of buying our home was relativity quick and easy. The house is overall a good price, but definitely some things that were cheaply done/ built. As well as things that we asked to fix during our final walk through were not fixed fully. You can just tell it was done quickly, but that’s kind of what you expect in a new build. Overall, a positive experience.

There is a lack of communication between the numerous different people you have to deal with when buying a home. They all have different assignments but it’s like they don’t communicate between each other. Some do but some don’t. You have to abide by there schedule and process when purchasing but then repairs and cleaning weren’t done by the time we closed. Some cleaning still never got done so we had to do that ourselves. The paint they use is so cheap that when you bump into a wall with a cardboard box it chips or scuffs and the whole interior of the house is covered in this paint. It’s ...

My experience with Lennar wasn’t the best. The buying process was very stressful and underwriting was the worst. I have bought other homes from builders in the past and the process was smooth. But Lennar was ridiculous requesting the same documents over and over again. To me it was lazy on their part. Then we move into our new home you would think that they would have cleaned it for the new home owner. Absolutely not paint drops on the floor,sticky substance on floors that you have to get down and scrub by hand. Very frustrating you buy a new home and you walk into a home that is dirty

When it comes to sales and, follow up Trey E. did an amazing job of going the extra mile to make sure all was taken care of. He showed up at closing which I found to be personable and professional. This whole experience has been terrible. Lennar employees have zero communication skills. They don’t return your phone calls, and they don’t communicate with each other until you get upset and ask to speak to their managers. When you put a work order in they don’t show up for services when they say they are or they close work orders without completing any work. The HOA fee is a joke and when we first were looking into this subdivision they told us wifi and trash were all included with our HOA fee. Well that was a complete lie. The process went well until the week we were doing walk through. From that point on, things were not done in a timely manner as promised, we had to move our walk through twice due to no communication about things not being completed. Issues on our 3rd party inspection that we were told would be fixed, were not. We found out after we moved into the property. Overall, my experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing. As a homeowner, I trusted that I was purchasing a safe, well-built property. Instead, I am dealing with serious safety hazards, potential structural/plumbing issues, and a lack of accountability from the builder.

It's a nice house for the price and large back yard which we love. The buying was pretty easy for the most part. But it was difficult at times to get answers to some our questions if at all. And the warranty has issues as our yard was damaged in a rain storm due to poor quality work. So the whole warranty thing is quite questionable. But we do like the house itself overall.
