If it’s not too late. Look elsewhere. I have had and will probably continue to have issues with this New home. I have so many pictures to prove it. Make sure you check that your home has been painted and I don’t mean with just primer. The landscaping company is horrible as well. After filing a report with the landscaping company that my so called Bermuda sod was dead and dry when they finally installed it , because it was just sitting across the street for weeks, the company adjust there picture to look green, however they couldn’t adjust the tree that was dead. Actually pretty horrible experience. Timeliness was horrible. Updates were never given. Loan officer and associates would never answer the phone. Blue tape walk through issues weren’t fully addressed. Overall build and quality of the home is terrible. The flaws are starting to show. Major corners were cut and the integrity was compromised. Grass install was terrible and even after watering multiple times a day, it still died. Fencing was constructed terribly. No straight lines or even sections. It’s already falling apart. The most frustrating home buying process I’ve experienced. The mortgage team continuously sent documents for signature with errors, and when pointed out repeated said to just sign them as they were only for underwriting and we’d just be signing them again later with different info. Very uncomfortable process. I was still resigning corrected papers a month after closing that I had pointed out previously and told to not worry. AC systems installed do not work as they should

I complained that my new AC system doesn't cool down in the afternoons & they claim it's normal as long as its 20 degrees cooler inside than outside so 80 degrees homes with 100 degree weather outside is normal to them & they won't fix regardless of the so called warranty. I'm 1 of MANY neighbors with the same complaint left to accept these hot conditions.

Lennar homes are terrible quality, seems like builder just rush their work and use the cheapest material as possible. Foundation cracks have appeared and have made my floor rise and lennar says that there is no foundation issue. Even after I have had my own third party foundation company tell me there are problems. Will never buy a lennar home again.

So far the only good thing is ,it was the cheapest home that was available. The longer we live here the more areas we see where the builders cut corners, did quick patch jobs or even tried to hide the errors made rather than fix them. if you have an issue there's a whole lengthy process to get it resolved. We were made promises that were not kept, discovered trash that had been poured over with concrete because they were too lazy to pick up after themselves. For buying a first home, I had a very stressful experience trying to constantly prove that money was money was available because they couldn’t read. Not till I got my realtor involved the “issues” cleared. Quality and craftsmanship is horrible, no pride in quality of work. When you do need answers during the process everyone blames everyone and says it’s someone else doing it. Too many hands involved. I would never buy a Lennar home again.

I wouldn't buy from Lennar Aston Park. From the get go, they did not appear trust worthy. The mortgage officer started out by misleading about the loan requirements. The underwriting process was cumbersome, and I had to basically do the job of the underwriter by writing all my income, sources, and how they were spent in the last 3-6 months in an email. Apparently, sharing my bank statements and other relevant official document was not enough. Walkthrough personnel was not polite. After closing, it was a hassle to get the keys. Absolutely horrible experience all the way from the looking at the home to closing. Zero communication within the company, everything is compartmentalized. Straight up will lie to your face. Use FOMO tactics to get anything done. God forbid you call them out on the workmanship and they have to make repairs. Just easier to pay someone else after the process to get your home to where you want to be.

I want to say first how nice and responsive Amy and Stephen were that is who we dealt with most. They represent the company well. The problem I had is how much we were lied to. When we first walked in to view the house it was 281k and we were advertised a 4.25% interest rate. In a short 2 months it went up to 306k and 5.65%. We messed up and agreed. We got ripped off. The initial part of the home buying process was okay. It was until the inspection and after closing that the nightmares started to kick in.
