Lennar was a huge blessing for us in search of our first home. Not only did they have the best price around, but also were able to get us the best fixed interest rate around at nearly 2% below the going rates. The home was above par from finish work, lay out, all the way to outward street appearance. Our only complaint was the Lennar agent we worked with was often very hard to get ahold of to answer our questions or concerns. Other than that, it was a phenomenal experience for our little family.

I love the new home we recently purchased through Lennar. The value is great and was a dream come true being able to move in. I enjoyed working with Lennar, their lenders, and quality assurance team. They took care of us all the way through the process.

Lennar is HANDS DOWN the BEST builder we have worked with or come across. Their houses are gorgeous and the workmanship and list of inclusions is amazing! They make you feel valued and care about your home. However, our experience with their lender was horrible and I would suggest using your own mortgage company.

Everyone at Lennar is very friendly, this is my 2nd home - but my first time buying by myself - it is very overwhelming - they were always very patient with me - I went back to the model home quite often - just to make sure it is what I wanted - they do put you on a wait list - but keep you updated

Made home buying an easy process.

Internal Architecture and design on Living floor and Master bedroom are very well planned. Builder included most of the standard features and configuration without any additional cost( eg, Carpet, Quartz Counter Top, Vinyl flooring, blinds etc), this saves lot of time. Kids room should be slightly bigger. Lennar need to work on Garage design, Not possible to park two cars. also need to work on to get better appliances provided in home. Last thing that comes with Townhome is HOA, its should be well planned and should not be impacting the home owners.

Builder grade, entry level finishes and materials. Garage is left unfinished. The unfinished basement is a plus.

The warranty service is poor and so much of process even for the small fix.

Its was a good experience buying lennar home with minor hiccups.

Overall our home was built fairly well, but there were some issues we brought to the attention of our new home consultant that had to be brought up multiple times before anything was done. Some issues were not relayed to the construction crew/building manager, which led to multiple appointments for repairs after closing.

Great sales experience at first, but as the house progressed, almost ghost like experience. The site construction manager was extremely rude toward us when we hired a third party inspection company to inspect prior to close.

We purchased our first home with Lennar and our sales agent Cathy was awesome! We love our home and the builder's responsiveness has been great. However, the quality of the materials is not the best. The workers mishandled a lot of the materials used and went to extreme lengths to hide the damage, but as I started cleaning, it became visible that these items should have been replaced.

They were very helpful in explainini all the features and benefits the community and home has to offer

We love our townhome I would say if your a first time homebuyer like we were and you want to make it a special experience have a realtor because the experience it’s self didn’t feel very special and I will say every situation might be different but I would say they updated us on the progress but the whole time up until closing we didn’t even know for sure if we even got officially approved so we were more stressed than excited during the process. And we didn’t even get a key at signing we didn’t get our code until later the day we signed and the code they gave us first wasn’t even the right code so we had to wait out side of our new home until we got a hold of someone to open the door . They didn’t do any real kind of celebration for us so if you want a special kind of experience I would say use a realtor. But we didn’t even love our new home! ... More

Tess was great to work with.. she was very informative and helpful..on the mortgage side, not so much..frustrating, would provide info and then they would ask for the same info you just gave them.. we couldn’t close the way we were supposed to, so we had to drive to salt lake to do so.. quality of materials - Lennar doesn’t care, gives you zero choices and the cheapest of cabinets, flooring at a pretty steep price.. you get what you get and that’s it! Literally most of all the new home buyers on our street have literally gutted their brand new homes and built them back the way they should be with much better craftsmanship and quality of materials. And after all this, they part of the neighborhood to have fencing that goes completely against HOA rules and then tell you that you can’t put up a fence particularly when you have a 5ft drop off in your back yard!! I like the home, but we were bad informed by sales department, if we knew the up coming development we might wait a couple months to select the location we preferred, we asked about those future homes, and we were told no development was in the near future, but just a month in the home and the whole site is developed and now we are going to be 30 years desiring to be on a different site, I don’t know if they really didn’t have the information, but that information is critical at the time of making decisions, we even are recommending multiple friends and some of them told us that they were not building more single family homes but now we Have 8 of them being built around us. Far too much probing with ‘required’ documents for loan approval. This is a monetary transaction and nothing more, the ONLY thing that matters is that the loan can be paid legally. Check my job, check my credit, that’s all that is needed. My education and life story is not your business.

We picked a Lennar home because after looking at all of the builders in our area (and there were a lot!) We loved that Lennar's homes include everything and have a more upgraded feel to them. However, since living in the home, we do feel the actual quality is lower than our last home we lived in. We've had multiple cracks in the baseboards, some little issues with the towel racks and faucets and just a handful of small things that are a bother considering how expensive homes are and considering we thought Lennar was the best after looking into many builders. The good news is, the warranty has been VERY good to work with! They are quick to respond and easy to work with. Super kind and considerate. I would rate the warranty and working with them a 10/10 for sure. ... More

fast and easy process. finish work is awful. We have wavy walls, trim doesn't match up, the corners of every wall look horrible and drywall screws popping out everywhere.

Lots of issues in the fine details. We were missing a breaker for our air conditioner, several issues with doors in our home and slow when getting things addressed.

I did have a home inspector for the townhouse. He found some minor issues that were addressed, but would not have been had I not had an inspector. Including a broken ceiling fan. Although the terrible over cuts to install the floor were initially ignored and I was told they would not be fixed, It was a deal breaker and I was ready to walk away. Finally, after my agent, the selling agent and the supervisor were all together, a plan to fix the problem was agreed on. It was silly that I was told this was not something that would be repaired. It never should have happened, nor should it have passed. The floor installer made the same terrible cuts on other units. Possibly those buyers had no idea that this was unacceptable. But I do understand other units were repairs as well. ... More

the house was Filthy, want a joke to not clean out the vents for cabinets. I would not recommend Lennar homes to anyone. Sorry but the truth.

Good pricing, good support until you close. After that, it’s clear to me that the primary goal from the warranty team is to not do anything. Super different from previous home built with another builder that would go above and beyond. Have been waiting for almost 2 months for one issue.
