From the beginning, our sales representative understood the challenges we faced before and after the contract was created and approved. Sam's performance was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. Regarding the quality and artistry, we expected some flaws with a new build; however, more attention to details (small stuff) would be better for all concerned. Reference builder and team: we only had one encounter with the team supervision because we purchased a home build already. I just purchased my first home through Lennar and I'm thoroughly impressed. We checked out a few builders in the area and Lennar was top notch. Since we moved in, we've had a few minor issues that Lennar fixed immediately. I'm impressed with how they setup a new home buyer for success. The only thing they are missing is a 'personal touch.' There are no flowers, welcome note or anything of the sort when you move in.

I love my home, it's exactly what I need and wanted. The construction and design is beautiful and comfortable. The team is phenomenal and very helpful in helping adjust and fix any minor issues. My loan processor was awesome, explaining everything clearly that I didn't understand. The overall experience was fantastic. I do wish that I could have receive some closing help before the financial crisis hit the company.

Lennar staff is very attentive to my needs and concerns. Professional and outspoken in excellence.

We had a great experience with the builders. Robbie did an amazing job of explaining the home and giving the right information regarding all the home’s features. He showed excellent commitment to customer service by his thorough walk through and knowledge regarding our property and the community we now live in. My only reservation was when we switched floor plans to the chatham II from the brighton II, you guys unfortunately took two weeks and half to re-do the paperwork, in that time interest rates rose significantly costing me ultimately. Besides that I wish we would have purchased our home sooner from you guys. In the end we had a great first home buying experience : from the front end office Carl, to the site manager/ supervisor Robbie, to Candyce our realtor everyone did their part to get us into the home of our dreams. We had a lot of fun and excitement with our new home purchase. The overall quality of work has been good, the only issues we had during the process is that the construction crew left a pretty decent amount of small paint drops all over the carpet. There were a few little areas of the rug that were also pulling up slightly and fraying parts at some of the edges of the carpet where it tucks into the seam at the walls, nothing major. Overall we are pretty happy with the house. There were some scratches on the appliances that magically appeared after our initial walk through as well, but overall it’s liveable and we feel like we got the bang for our buck. ... More

Overall quality and good experience from the sales team, mortgage team, to the construction team. A few minor punch items needed to be addressed after closing which has taken a bit of time to complete, but overall good experience. Recommend Lennar, good builders.

The process moved pretty efficiently and I closed right when they said I would. Gail was great keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. Aaron the construction manager was thorough and efficient during the orientation and we were out at ease about everything. Any issues were quickly addressed and I appreciate that.

Love our new home. Wish we had a little more space in between us and our neighbors. Besides that we are more than satisfied. Damen to Katrina were amazing! Damen can be an acquired taste. However, he is business oriented and is straight to the point. If you would like to perform a song and dance. You may want to audition elsewhere. Damen is a very good guy. He made me and my husband laugh a few times during the process. I would request for my second purchase!!!! I could never forget Sam. Another good guy!!!! Awesome customer service. He help us with the tour and adding us to the wait list. No matter how many times I reached out to him. He knew my name and never seemed annoyed. Overall I am pleased with my new build. However I’ve noticed a lot of issues after moving in that have to do with things being rushed as far as painting and craftsmanship. I would not trade my home for anything!

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Lennar and we are so happy with our home! We love our community and it is exactly what we expected.

This is my 2nd Lennar property and the highlight of this time around buying experience was the NHC David. He was very informative, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!
