I've experienced some concerns but so far it has been a good experience - which could've been great if I didn't feel like I live in the middle of a construction zone. I realize that it is temporary, but it doesn't make sense to build houses on each side then build one in the middle afterwards. I'm awaken regardless whether I'm ready to get up or not. If I'm working from home I have to mute the calls, from all the continuous banging and knocking. I'm concerned about debris, dust, trash, materials and people always in my yard. Some of the grass in my back yard had to be replaced, and got messed-up again from construction run-off, there's a deep track left in the front of my house from a tractor that needs to be fixed. ... The sales, pre-construction portion, and final walk through went as planned. I thought that the mortgage lending office for Lennar was a bit pushy! Also, the fact that cable and internet services are still not available should not have been our concern and should have been coordinated by Lennar! It is simply unacceptable given the sales pitch we received!

Everything is okay, the home is beautiful.

The home buying process was pretty smooth. Closing only took about 15 mins which was shocking. They were supposed to leave touch up paint but they didn’t. Other than that, I am pleased

The house itself is amazing, some issues here and there but that is expected in a production home and community, Lennar is good about fixing anything we find wrong with the house. Construction managers Will and Adam are excellent in explaining everything and taking care of concerns. Sales is where I had issues, such as miscommunications, incorrect information, carelessness, lack of coordination, just to name a few. You need to be sharp and on top of everything regarding your home purchase, top to bottom and start to finish. Lastly, would I purchase again from Lennar? YES, absolutely, it is worth the money and the little pain during the process, but I have learned a lot from the process, plus Lennar is a big company and you can get a great deal if you buy at the right time during their specials. ... Lennar Sales Associates, Loan Officers, Title Officers, Customer Care Rep./Associates are ALL Excellent, Responsive and Diligent! The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in went smoothly. I would have given 5-stars but for one thing the cleanliness of the house on move in day inside and outside was not good.

I just purchased my home. The Home has a few nuisances but overall happy with the workmanship and especially how fast they are putting these houses up. The customer service after the closing is the problem. I cannot reach the service or get a call back from a trouble ticket. I put 3 trouble tickets and I might just have to fix those items myself. Leak in shower doors, empty grass spots and lights dangling from the ceiling.

Ashley made the process very easy and took good care of us. She is very helpful and very nice. It was great working with her. Thank you so much!!!

Overall this is my second time buying I. This community with Lennar. So that righ there says enough about the properties and the value of the home. Neighborhood is good and for the price you get a pretty good property.

Our new home took 21 months to deliver, it was partly because of COVID situation which is beyond anyone's control but the approvals with county took more time than expected due to property boundary issues. Lennar's communication was very poor during this time and we were notified only when we escalated it. But once all the approvals were received the construction went as planned and home was built in 7 months. On the build quality, the materials used by Lennar were of good quality. The workmanship was average. The construction manager was helpful and answered every question with patience but was clearly overwhelmed as more than 4-5 units were under construction at the same time. There were a few missing things during construction but were corrected once notified. Overall it was a long process but we are happy to be finally in our home. ... More

I am satisfied with overall Lennar experience. Everything was build according to my specifications. Company representatives spent great deal of time with me helping to choose options and delivered the house in planned schedule.

Exceptional construction team, customer service folks- best of Lennar are the construction managers and the actual quality of the home

Overall experience has been good.Only issue is there has been a couple of damaged things that have taken a little longer to get taken care of.But besides that no more problems.

The overall experience has been almost seamless. Lennar was very responsive and for the most part everything was done on time and ready to go. There are always hiccups in the mortgage process, but Lennar kept those as smooth as possible

Every step of the process was enjoyable. It was great to watch my home go from a slab of dirt to what it is today. Closing day had a minor issue because they didn't communicate effectively, however there was no delay in getting my keys. I would definitely stick with this builder for my single family home whenever its time for that.

The craftsmanship and home is very nice price is fair for the area too. However, they should of finish building rest of the neighborhood prior to selling the home. They didn’t put an active mailbox with USPS which took weeks to resolve and the USPS has difficulty delivering due to rest of the construction/homes Lennar building in the neighborhood

Ed, and Clyde were awesome always professional and was prompt in getting the work orders completed. Awesome. Let me add Kara she was always helpful in the sales office always kept me updated throughout the process.
