Everything is ready. So I like to have time to relax after move in.

I was impressed by the workmanship and quality of the build. I bought the house remotely, but Lennar had the builder check in with me throughout the building process. I was also impressed by the builder who was willing to answer my questions and solve a few issues even after the sale was final and I had just moved to the house.

My experience with the Lennar team was great. They were always very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. I appreciated their attention to detail. When doing my first walkthrough, their team had already flagged 99% of the minor cosmetic findings (paint touch-ups, etc), making this process easy. I also had an independent home inspection, and the inspector was very complimentary of the workmanship and construction of the house, again with minor, minimal requests. Overall, I am very pleased with my new home.

We were very happy with the support we received from Robin and all of the Lennar team. Any/all concerns were addressed very promptly.

Good quality and very nice floor plan. Good location and very timely as promised. My family bought 3 units from this wonderful builder. If you are looking for new house, Lennar Kennedy is the best choice.

I am new Lennar Home owner and very happy with my home purchase so far. Nothing is perfect in life so we can never expect a house which is a man made product to be perfect either. After moving in, if I ever had any minor issue and submitted a service request to Lennar, they have been fulfilled within a very reasonable time and customer service has been excellent.

I love every thing about this home!

You don’t need a realtor! Everything can be done online and with the sales office. My whole process was two weeks and that was my choice.

I was so pleased with my experience with Lennar. I had never purchased a new build before, so I was a little wary. The buying process was really smooth and I felt like they were really willing to work with me to make it happen. The whole crew was friendly and responsive. When final walk throughs were happening, I felt like they really wanted to make sure that any/all issues were addressed so that my home was perfect. There were only a few minor touch ups (mostly cosmetic). I truly only have two things to say that aren’t positive. First of all, my HOA fee was never accurately disclosed - it ended up being about 40/month more than what was on paper. Second, I have an EV and was told the garage had an outlet for charging. There is a NEMA 14-30 R, which technically could work, but the vast majority of home charging equipment has a NEMA 14-50 plug, so I will either need to hunt down a unique box or have a NEMA 14-50 installed in order to fully charge my car overnight. I bought and financed through Lennar so I’d say I got a fairly good deal. All equipment and appliances included saving me the hassle of shopping for each items individually. The frustrating part of the whole buying process was the Mortage team always asking for the same documents. To make it worse they give you only 24hrs to upload it.

Glad we had our own realtor to help guide us through the process with them but Lennar did an excellent job working with us and our realtor. Our realtor was impressed and said it was one of the best experiences she had with a builder and our home inspector said the same thing. The post-purchase support has been excellent and our warranty liaison has been fantastic.

From the mortgage to the move in, the overall experience with Lennar was great. The home is built solidly and response to issues is rapid. Some of the sub- contractors’ work needs to be tightened up. The appliances are entry level but those will be changed out after 1 year. No regrets here.

Just purchased a new home with Lennar homes its been amazing. People have been great to work with. We have had a few small issues. Lennar has been amazing to come help us fix anything we needed and they have given us great support.

When we first arrived, last 2023, we had 0 expectations on what to expect so we kept an open mind. We were blown away by the customer service that Robin provided. It was timely, professional and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The house we eventual purchased, we never thought we could attain, has provided us with more than what we thought we could afford! Great lot, great community, great layout and just over-the-moon. With that being said, there are of course a few things, very minor, that we have caught with the workmanship and materials. For example, the drywall is thin and feels like you can hear conversations/creeks throughout the home. There is a spot in the master floor that has a squeak, but we understand that as the house ages and settles, that these things will come up. We plan to open up a ticket with maintenance when our 1-year warranty comes end of next year. I can't think of a better home purchase than what we had! ... More
