The team was helpful , weekly updates were appreciated. Work progressed as promised. Follow up on fixing things after closing was great. Quality of cupboards and drawers is questionable.

Purchasing the house was straight forward. Fortunately my team is very experienced with financing properties across the US as Lennar’s representative was not. My team made it much easier. That said the follow up gentleman who manages the repairs and questions (et cetera) is PHENOMENAL! I reeealy want to say his name as he needs a promotion.

Good builder, but could use an upgrade in sound proofing at shared walls in their townhomes, especially at Master bedroom.

Very good experience but would recommend you have a professional home inspector do an inspection of your home before you accept the keys

I’ve had two Lennar homes and have been very satisfied with the homes and the all in one process they offer! The only thing I have noticed is some of the appliances, kitchen sink are low grade or bottom of the line. If Lennar wants impress even more use top of the line in Everything!

We love and enjoy the openness and space of the home.

Overall, a great home for us, but kitchen cabinets are an inch less in depth as typical (11 inches instead of 12), and corner cabinets are inaccessable. Also internet company Lennar contracted with never came through. Will probably be at least six more months before they do. This is not Lennars fault, but they knew in advance that internet was going to be delayed and never told us.

The sales process was great, Warrenttee response by Amanda is great except some contractors do not follow through.

The team in Camas was great. They continue to be responsive. Love the house. Some small issues around quality but nothing that isn’t a relatively quick fix.

Finishing could have been more detailed.

Build quality seems to be good. Time will tell on that. Finish was during winter, so it has to be repainted since it was done at 42 degrees and rain that night and temps dropped into the 30's. Lennar said they would do that. House was settling within a couple of weeks where drywall nails were showing and cracks and peeling at ceiling to wall junction on second floor were apparent. Said they would fix at 1 year walk thru and took care of immediate ones right away. Customer service on issues after move in was excellent. Ruby was fantastic. No squeaky floors, fit and finish is good. Delays due to not being able to get appliances on time(true for all builders) but not able to upgrade from base grade. Everything about buying the home was pretty basic but I did notice that we didn’t get to do as many things as others (no appt with design group, no response to adding more flooring, forgot to mention certain appts). That was pretty frustrated but the people I met for final walk through and closing were AMAZING to say the least. Helped me spot certain things that were wrong or had to be replaced. And once we were in our new home our care coordinator even spent over an hour with me trying to figure out how to connect one of our fancy gadgets to the phone. I was kept updated as my home was being built.

John and joe were great and easy to work with. A couple months after i lived in the home my water heater went out and joe had someone come out and fix it the next day

Overall, we had average experience. We wish the communication about closing date can be more transparency, we understand many factors could cause delay and actually are ok with it since we are not in hurry to move in. However, the last minute change on the home inspection date due to the construction is not ready as promised adding challenges to our moving timeline and extra time to coordinate and reschedule it.

Lennar got the house done on time, kept us updated bi-weekly. Everything was on schedule and professional. When things came up after we moved in they responded to us and fixed issues. If we needed a subcontractor like sprinkler person we got the phone number. Everyone was very nice. No bad surprises. The houses are not high end by any means but nice for the money. We are happy.

Lennar has been very responsive to helping fix issues after moving into our new home.

Happy to have found a home before the housing market got too crazy. Overall I'm satisfied with my house and look forward to making many memories here.

We came into the process when everything was already picked out so there wasn't a lot to do on our end. All of the maintenance requests have been responded to quickly and we are happy with our new home.

Their workmanship is far below industrial average. When you live in the house, you encounter more and more issues which you did not see during initial inspection. Highlighted below are few of them. 1. All the kitchen/bathroom pantry, cupboards and doors are poorly built in and easy to break. 2. Bathroom sliding doors are installed in wrong way 3. All the sinks do not have enough space to hold soap holder and some of them are not big enough to wash hands 4. Toilet paper holder are so small that Toilet paper roll can not fit there 5. Scratched bathtub 6. Upstairs bathrooms have almost no hot water coming from showers 7. Shower with slow pressure. 8. Cracked fence and door frames Above are few. The kitchen came equipped with 4 appliances. There were installation issues with 2 of them. Our first morning in the home, we could smell gas under the cook top. We called the emergency number provided by Lennar, only to be told this was not considered an emergency. We had the gas company come out, who said the gas line had been installed improperly. After a week, the dishwasher stopped draining. We went through the procedure required by Lennar to report the issue. It took 7 days to file a claim. A representative came out the next day to inspect the problem and determined it was a faulty appliance and that we needed to contact the manufacturer. Three days later, a tech arrived from the manufacturer, who determined that the appliance had been installed incorrectly. ... More

The home buying process was amazing. It went very smooth with very few problems. After we moved in we started to see many problems with craftsmanship. Walls that are not straight. Carpet tacks that we step on in bare feet. (Fixed these by tapping them down) when internet was installed the company any was told we had multiple outlets, only one was available. The plans clearly showed others. The internet people said at least we had one. Other townhouses next to mine they actually wall boarded them over. This is why I have given the company a lower score.
