Lennar has been awesome to work with it. We had our questions clarified in time and had a good experience with the sales agent who was ready to answer our questions leading up to closing. The construction team was also very diligent in fixing issues we found before inspection as well as the items found during inspection. Lennar's warranty service has been pretty slow and unresponsive and hope this can be improved.

It’s been almost three months and no one has come to fix the next gen unit Ring doorbell.

Poor finish work , grout @ tile work extremely poor workmanship , had a customer care representative on virtual inspection of tile work , never heard another word from lennar if they would accept or deny claim , home was very dirty when we moved in layer of dust on hard floor surface was hard to believe , expected better

Customer services after purchase is horrible. There's alot of issues with the new home. Submitted request only for Lennar to deny. Issues not resolved. -drainage issues -hvac issues -plumbing issues

I love my new home even though I had to wait until around retirement age. I got a good deal and I like Lennar homes. They have come right out to fix any problems. You can't go wrong

As a person who has purchased a newly constructed home previously plus a custom house, I found Lennar head and shoulders above the competition and I'm picky. - Workmanship carpentry, electrical, finishing, and, plumbing good to great - Client services good to great and proactively helpful - Warranty service proactive and supportive - Code compliance exceeded requirements - Energy efficiency exceeded requirements - Products medium to high end and higher than expected for price - Contract makes it seem more difficult than necessary, but they might be uptight because some people have unrealistic expectations - Punchlist client service extra nice, but the punchlist process only area not great. Unsure if crew just too busy, so few items procrastinated until last minute, but to me, it felt like they tested if I'd let it go, so ultimately delayed closing a day. In contrast the floor/tile provider/installer, Macadam floors, were seriously disappointing 1 star- meager selection and overpriced upgrades without credit for products in purchase price and delayed 2.5 month their order for upgraded tile until tile unavailable so had to reselect less perfect color and installation of carpet provided a poor carpet seam plus, in my opinion, some outdated color selections. ... I would recommend this builder to family and friends. They help with things even after you sign the closing papers and stand behind their work.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? I would like to start with the professionalism of the onsite agent Melinda. From the first day we visited to every visit after that, she was highly professional and responsive. The builder team understood our concerns regarding the yard when we brought something up and came up with a wonderful solution that we are very happy with. During construction they had several scheduled meetings during different stages of construction to let us know how things were progressing. These were beneficial to see where the utilities were located within the walls, prior to the sheetrock being installed. Lennar builds quality homes that last. We bought our first Lennar house 13 years ago and have had no construction issues during that time. When we decided to move, there was no thought of selling the house. The home is good - it was one of the first started and completed and it appears that the build is good, at least so far. Lennar Mortgage was frustrating with paperwork errors that shouldn't have occurred and staff who were inept. The Lennar salesperson acted like he didn't care as long as he got a sale. When the home closed, we had to go pick up our keys from a lockbox outside of the sales office. No sales person bothered to show up to physically hand us our keys, which was disrespectful to a customer who spent a lot of money purchasing one of their products.

As a first time home owner, my questions were mostly answered. Experience was good and follow up after moving in was mostly good. My seller agent and customer care representative were very good to work with.

Bathroom shower glass and shower head are low quality as are the window blinds throughout the house. Price was fair and willing to negotiate. Landscaping needs some improvements.

We have had so many great responses to all our questions and concerns, which we really appreciate, with the only exception being an issue to a landscaping problem which we feel is not being addressed..hopefully this will get resolved as we will not give up!

Good house buying experience. Not happy with the ARC/property management. With a ARC this restrictive they need 3 car garages as an option for their homes!

Being able to visit my home anytime I wanted during construction process. Being kept in the loop during the building process.

The team was helpful , weekly updates were appreciated. Work progressed as promised. Follow up on fixing things after closing was great. Quality of cupboards and drawers is questionable.

Purchasing the house was straight forward. Fortunately my team is very experienced with financing properties across the US as Lennar’s representative was not. My team made it much easier. That said the follow up gentleman who manages the repairs and questions (et cetera) is PHENOMENAL! I reeealy want to say his name as he needs a promotion.

Good builder, but could use an upgrade in sound proofing at shared walls in their townhomes, especially at Master bedroom.

Very good experience but would recommend you have a professional home inspector do an inspection of your home before you accept the keys

I’ve had two Lennar homes and have been very satisfied with the homes and the all in one process they offer! The only thing I have noticed is some of the appliances, kitchen sink are low grade or bottom of the line. If Lennar wants impress even more use top of the line in Everything!

We love and enjoy the openness and space of the home.

Overall, a great home for us, but kitchen cabinets are an inch less in depth as typical (11 inches instead of 12), and corner cabinets are inaccessable. Also internet company Lennar contracted with never came through. Will probably be at least six more months before they do. This is not Lennars fault, but they knew in advance that internet was going to be delayed and never told us.

The sales process was great, Warrenttee response by Amanda is great except some contractors do not follow through.
