Sales experience was good, but usually is. The quality control was lacking, the yard retains water well past 48 hrs, the water heater is insufficient for a family of 4 and needed a mixing value.

We had less than perfect credit 515 going into this and Lennar team was amazing guiding us through credit repair and all the hurdles that came up and there were many. In the 3 months it took for our home to be completed we ended with scores at 700+, all debts paid off and keys to our first home. Even with unexpected job layoff and both of us starting new jobs 2 weeks before closing. They worked tirelessly to help us get through to closing. I’d recommend Lennar hands down to anyone. They took our dream and made it a reality !

Probably the worst home buying experience we have ever had. The lack of communication between the sales, title, mortgage, and construction team is unbelievable. The property we originally had under contract was advertised on their website with a set of finish selections, which we were told were incorrect by the time we received the contract. The MLS listed pricing and commission were also conveniently "incorrectly listed" according to our sales person, Raquel. The home buying experience needs to change. It's very stressful and you are not guaranteed that you will get the house based on your offer as you only get one chance. It's a single offer with no chance to counter offer. Lennar needs to allow counter offers. The home itself, for over $1M, is average. Material selections are average at best. Vinyl flooring and not hardwood. The same small MDF trim used for baseboards and window trims. Bath fixtures are Moen which are nearly bottom grade quality fixtures. Low quality, didn't fix any findings from the inspection, lots of issues

Low quality homes. Lennar accepted third party inspection so we did. The inspection report is up to 50 pages but Lennar didn't fix any of them. We moved in with a house of hundreds of issues. We have been filing claims with the first year warranty every week since we the closing date. Lennar rejected some warranty requests out of no reason, and their customer care representative never answers the phone call. Don't choose Lennar in WA.

Pros: The house is beautiful, in a wonderful neighborhood. We love the layout and luxurious features. We enjoyed exploring the various floor plans prior to deciding on a homesite and found the website helpful. Our construction manager and new home celebration person were wonderful. They answered a million questions and made us feel comfortable and confident in our new home. Cons: The prices were always shifting. We are beyond sad for agreeing to go ahead with a Lennar home. Feels like we got a lemon though it was a "brand new home". Almost nothing working, plumbing is substandard with leaks all over the place. Electric quality is so crappy that they switched the wiring. Just crazy, never heard of anything like this. Though the cake as it were must be taken by the sales team - pushy and lies are their only two tools.

Eric and Chad are the rudest construction managers I have ever dealt with. They don’t do their job properly and blame it to others. I have asked them several times to ask the construction folks not to parked in front of my house and block my driveway. They have argued with me and told me that they can’t ask them where to park! I have it on camera that construction guys parked there vehicle right in front of my drive way for over an hour and I have sent them the photos of the vehicles! They didn’t do anything. It’s a sellers market. Lennar has an advantage on making the closing price higher than the asking price. It also doesn’t accommodate the buyers on any choices, color, materials, design, etc., But this builder is efficient in construction and keeps quality it promises. Its customer services seems lack behind and disorganized: providing confusing and wrong information so the buyers have to work hard to connect utilities and local services. The company runs the HOA (or no official HOA yet) seems not yet functioning so be crossed fingers on any HOA related issues.

Overall the house is excellent. The realtors were rigid in terms of required meetings in spite of us living 80 miles to the south and being asked to attend them at the end of the day requiring 2-3 hour drives to attend a 10 minute meeting. No willingness to make adjustments Was never mentioned to us that the hardwood was not water proof and needs to be cleaned quickly or will stain.

This is our first Lennar home. Very disappointed! Garage door not working after purchase, took two weeks for someone to come out! Lousy customer service. They are nice before closing, afterwards, zero customer service. Run, don't walk away from this builder! Cheap appliances, cheap paint used on walls, We moved from AZ where the builder actually cared about their customers. Very disappointed and let down by this builder. Would NEVER buy another Lennar home or recommend to anyone.

Never going with Lennar and would recommend others to do the same. I bought Lennar's property Canyon Creek at Bothell WA and they constructed homes right behind my backyard. My home's privacy is compromised, obviously they did this after selling houses in the row and then building behind. Untrustworthy.

Lennar is big, too big to know what the customer experience is. There are many people involved, fancy cool names for Lennar teams. But getting responses for a person (rather than a system) is another thing altogether.

This was overall a great experience. We would have liked to have a little more choices on what we wanted. Like a gas connect on the back patio The dryer vent is too close to the door. With the dryer in front of it the door won’t close and used a 50 amp receptacle so I had to use an oversize power cord. Overall a beautiful, well built home well worth the money.

No need to take a real estate agent. The listing was very misleading.They have their own sales team and pay no part of other agents fees. Real estate agents don't work for free. With an additional agent fee to be paid for by the purchaser was the one downfall and a large extra expense.
