Lennar's associates were quick to response to our concerns/questions. Additionally, they guided us every step of the way to purchase a beautiful home.

Tyrone did a great job of helping us buy. We were doing a reverse mortgage. Lily, at Lennar Mortgage referred us toa reverse mortgage broker, Joy. The experience was new and different, but between Joy and the team at Lennar Title, it came off and we closed on time. We are very pleased with the experience so far.

The whole process was smooth and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Everyone came through with their promises and on time with everything. Everyone was very responsive to all my questions and concerns!

Lennar is great and we were looking for houses specifically for this builder. Although still a few glitches to work out, overall the quality of the house is top of the line.

Overall my home buying experience was good! The customer care is not as responsive and professional as other teams in Lennar to solve new construction home issues.

My home was the last home in the lot to be built. Overall, the layout is great. The insulation around pipes is noon existent and a upstairs flush will be heard loudly in down. My house being last had additional issues due to hastiness. The floor boards trims had paint bleeding, the plumbing was blocked on day 1, the drywallers hid a light fixture. The water inlet to upstairs leaked causing a removal of large section of dry wall and ceiling. Overall, the quality control is not there but responsiveness has been great to fix these issues.

I would like to thank all lennar team for all the help for getting me in new home. my special thanks goes to karran who not just did her job being a administrator but went out of her way to help us getting into the house. i really appreciate all her help in communicating with us even when she was on vacation. once again thanks to each and everyone in Lennar team.

Overall I am happy with the home quality and materials my only complaints are I am not a huge fan of the bathroom countertops and the paint used on the interior seem a little low quality.

The blue tape walk through is extremely important and it is a great opportunity they offer.

The buying process at Lennar is seamless. From initial connect with the agent on sight to closing out on the mortgage, it’s a well oiled machine. The team was always in communication with one another from small fixes to scheduling walkthroughs, all worked seamlessly.

Great experience overall. Had a few small issues after buying that were resolved after a few weeks.

These guys are really good at understanding your needs and work with you based off that, and they stand on their word and promises in all cases and situations.

After living in the house for 2 months I’m noticing poor workmanship outside and in. Love the house though

Our home buying experience was great. Ty was a pleasure to work with! Everything seemed great and was going as planned. A few unexpected things occured and fast forward to our home being finished - we feel that our home was rushed and the quality of the workmanship was out the door. We felt rushed upon our walk through "tape walk" a lot of things were pointed out but poorly fixed. As of today, we are still finding things that could've been caught and fixed upon their initial "QA" walk through which I believe never happened. But overall we are happy with our home despite the issues... Even if it's a new house I'd advise a personal inspection and make sure to keep a keen eye on any issues upon your walkthrough. ... More

There isn’t want square edge or right angle in this entire house. Concrete is crooked.. patio, porch, driveway etc.

Pros: The house is beautiful, in a wonderful neighborhood. We love the layout and luxurious features. We enjoyed exploring the various floor plans prior to deciding on a homesite and found the website helpful. Our construction manager and new home celebration person were wonderful. They answered a million questions and made us feel comfortable and confident in our new home. Cons: The prices were always shifting. Prices on the website increased frequently, with no public record of the change. It was difficult to plan, financially. Sales people did not always have correct information. We asked specifically about build and completion dates for a handful of homes, and the information provided turned out to be incorrect. When ready to decide on a homesite, we were provided incorrect information about the interior and exterior colors and finishes. The error was not caught until after we had made an offer on a homesite. After purchase, we were assigned a “concierge.” She was supremely unhelpful. She did not provide any helpful information about when our address would be properly mapped and did not volunteer any information about what services/deliveries would or would not be impacted by the delayed mapping. She got multiple dates incorrect, and we were constantly having to reach out to her to correct inaccurate communication. My final “con” is that the construction workers treat the neighborhood as solely a jobsite, rather than a neighborhood. Every day I see them driving past my house at high speeds, far greater than is appropriate on a quiet street where small children play. ... More

What we most liked was the staff that we got to work with during the sales and construction process. They were very efficient and responsive at all times. One main issue lennar should focus on is quality control. They missed out two important things during the construction process which had to get redone after we took possession. We didn’t like that at all.

Definitely Fast Builds - we have signed our contract around October 29th and in February 28th we were moved in our new home already - time line is AMAZING!!! with Lennar. I work as an Architect - construction filed - and I know how long permits take and how long Homeowners responsibilities needed to be done prior to the build to start. Lennar being a massive building skips all these steps and gets permits quick which worked in our favor. However you might keep in mind that the appliances that are provided with the homes are not top of the line and you might end up buying new ones after you move into your brand new home. That's what we did - replaced refrigerator and dishwasher right away. Also flooring "Main Floor" is laminate and its not water proof - we have some chipped laminate boards already, so be aware of these things. We were informed that the floor is not water proof - but we were in the property only a month and already have at least 4 chipped laminate boards "not to happy about that" Overall, they deliver a great product for the money - they meet all county or city energy requirements. I recommend this builder to my fiends and 3 of them already did start their contract process with Lennar in California & Illinois - So, you are welcome Lennar! Overall happy with the product. Truly recommend this builder as the attention they give to their customers "to keep you in the building loop" is very high. ... More

Good overall experience. 1 downside is you cant change anything or have anything added during construction even if it would make things easier in the long run.
