The experience has been great except for lot of minor issues with finishing touches

It has been a great experience with everything included and we don't need to set up anything by ourselves after we moved in. But there are a lot of minor finishing touch issues that I see. There are lot of minor spots on the floor due to paint spilling and there are gaps between power outlets cover and wall. I think some attention should have been given to the final finishing touches.

A mixed review -- I'll break it apart to the home buying experience and the post-move in periods. The home buying experience was relatively easy and Lennar's financial team did a fantastic job helping me as the customer understand what's included, what's not, and facilitating all the paper work. The inspections were all ok, we had a 3rd party home inspector check it out and everything seemed ok, no big hang ups. The post-move in period is a different story. I feel the house was rushed. Half of the doors get stuck when opening and closing, makes it very hard when you have a sleeping baby The fridge doors was misaligned, husband was able to fix it Floors by the fridge constantly crack, seems there is a gap Lastly, nails were left exposed in the stairs, my daughter and I have both been punched by it House is beautiful but since they are building 200 homes in Mountain Crest Lake Stevens, a lot of the details were missed.

Most materials and products are nice, not typical builder grade. Much of the craftsmanship is also well done. In our house the prep on the millwork was very poor, not the same as in the model homes. Many repair attempts were poorly executed. Unfortunately it is a poor representation of the rest of the house however it is highly visible and runs through the entire home. It’s a shame since our experience from start to finish was mostly very good. Rockstars were Katie in sales and James in lending. First of all, I want to say our Customer Service representative, Hayley, has done a lot to pull these marks back from the brink of zeros. Now that I have that out of the way, let me begin. We had to do everything remote as we lived out of town at the onset of our decision to buy. Lennar representatives are very well trained to make up answers on the go - this is everyone else’s, customer service, construction manager, etc. As we get close to closing their objective is to just get your signature to close and not really fix things that were found during inspection. A lot of the work seems to be done in a hurry and does not meet the exaggeration of Lennar representatives. Overall, they are not trustworthy!

Bad experience with stuart and the Ivan (Customer rep). This is regarding the dent on the refrigerator. David inspected (Sep 20th) the house before we moved in. And found there is a big dent to the refrigerator and he contacted the respective team to replace it with a new one. Seems they agreed for a replacement (I don't know who he contacted). Till now no one contacted me for a replacement. It's been months and no one contacted me on this. I was not expecting this kind of service from Lennar. After we moved into the house the customer service has been below par. Major issues have bot been addressed and even after moving into the house for the last 2 months we are still waiting for issues to be resolved

Very bad construction and Custome rsupport

Lot of issues: NO Heat Pump until after 2 months of closing. No proper customer support, Negligence in responding to queries. No Extra laminate tiles given Backyard sliding door is broken within a month. Issues with price paid. Bad /un acceptable appraisal report provided for the home. I need to escalate this however the customer reps are very hesitant to do that because of the issue on the builder side.

We had issue with the nails/staple sticking out and that was promptly fix. However, we reported the issue about the garage door paint which is not properly painted and also the host being outside the gate for the back yard. They’re still Otis taking and we’re almost here for 2 months

I am a new home owner in Autumn Vista community. Closed home in July 2022. First construction was delayed by 1 month. Next, home orientation date wasn’t flexible at all. We had to take online orientation where we missed several things to inspect like there was a chip in the flooring, the main door won’t lock without a struggle. Lennar just fixed the flooring and no date on when they will fix the main door. The promised AC unit wasn’t provided still as I write this review. What sucks is that the homes that closed a month later are getting the AC units now. When I call, their response is very ...

Mortgage is one department that needs to be more open, consistent and concern about us, customers. Having our mortgage internally helped us to be on track with our timelines though. We moved with incomplete parts of the house, supply issues were noted from the builder. Overall, we still love our location and we had a smooth turnover and closing.

Lennar - Think twice before buying a home from Lennar.

Think twice before buying a home from Lennar. The quality has gone down a lot. Had lot of issues just in the first month itself. 1) Crawlspace moisture issues (Puddles of water in crawlspace) 2) Crawlspace didn't have vapor barrier at all the places. 3) Leak in the garage. 4) Weather strip for the doors not installed correctly. 5) Faulty transformer for ring door bell. 6) Dry wall issues 7) and so on. I believe a homeowner shouldn't experience these many issues just in the first month if the build quality is good and is properly inspected.

I had good experience starting from initial deposit till closing. However I found issues with quality of workmanship and materials which were resolved to some extent but not fully. Other downside was experience with Lennar mortgage and did not had expected experience. Other improvement required is speed in response to issues created for maintenance requests which are part of warranty.

What we most liked was the staff that we got to work with during the sales and construction process. They were very efficient and responsive at all times. One main issue lennar should focus on is quality control. They missed out two important things during the construction process which had to get redone after we took possession. We didn’t like that at all.
