We really enjoyed working with Lennar. The process was made simple by good communication and friendly and helpful staff in all departments. From financing, to the builders and even the customer service department once we moved in, everyone has been super helpful.

Lennar's associates were quick to response to our concerns/questions. Additionally, they guided us every step of the way to purchase a beautiful home.

Sales are unprofessional, missed a few documents when it comes to signing something. Build quality feels like they rushed to complete the construction. Due to the current market situation, we didn't have a choice but to accept.

Tyrone did a great job of helping us buy. We were doing a reverse mortgage. Lily, at Lennar Mortgage referred us toa reverse mortgage broker, Joy. The experience was new and different, but between Joy and the team at Lennar Title, it came off and we closed on time. We are very pleased with the experience so far.

Overall nice finishes in the house. Service team response is great. Frigidaire appliances are of low quality and I am fighting with Frigidaire even to register a service request. Lennar should not install Frigidaire appliances.

Definitely Fast Builds - we have signed our contract around October 29th and in February 28th we were moved in our new home already - time line is AMAZING!!! with Lennar. I work as an Architect - construction filed - and I know how long permits take and how long Homeowners responsibilities needed to be done prior to the build to start. Lennar being a massive building skips all these steps and gets permits quick which worked in our favor. However you might keep in mind that the appliances that are provided with the homes are not top of the line and you might end up buying new ones after you move into your brand new home. That's what we did - replaced refrigerator and dishwasher right away. Also flooring "Main Floor" is laminate and its not water proof - we have some chipped laminate boards already, so be aware of these things. We were informed that the floor is not water proof - but we were in the property only a month and already have at least 4 chipped laminate boards "not to happy about that" Overall, they deliver a great product for the money - they meet all county or city energy requirements. I recommend this builder to my fiends and 3 of them already did start their contract process with Lennar in California & Illinois - So, you are welcome Lennar! Overall happy with the product. The whole process was smooth and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Good overall experience. 1 downside is you cant change anything or have anything added during construction even if it would make things easier in the long run.

I don’t think I would buy from Lennar again, and would not recommend them. It seems their goal was , where you would want a builder that takes pride in their workmanship.

The material and workmanship can be improved. What looked good at first sight, later on we found certain things were not up to the mark.

Overall i am happy about everything

No help to resolve warranty issues. Contractors making appointments and not showing up to appointments. Unprofessional and inexperienced contractors showing up to make repairs. Will never recommend Lennar to anyone.

The carpet quality has gotten worse.House construction has lot of issues.No proper response from the lennar service desk team.overall not recommend.

Entire team provided great customer service and support an explanation of the services to be provided.

I have a good experience with Lennar , they have a good customer service.my new house foundation is well done .the house is so energy efficient but so expensive on the current market

Lennar does a good job of informing you of the home buying experience: no changes, no alterations, no need to haggle over additions, etc. You get a walk through of the model home which was mostly, but not totally, identical to the finishings and workmanship of your soon to be home. The selling agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall helpful through the process. The mortgage agent, although we didn't end up going with them because of other issues, was quite good and would even consider using them in the future. The construction manager was rude, but has an understandably hard job. However, the construction of the home was difficult to watch, from preroof all the way through completion. The "rough it" crews, sure are rough. The workmanship and quality of framing was subpar and I know this is a "builder" quality home, but just know that it REALLY is. No getting around that. The plumbers and electricans make quick drills through the house to run electrical and plumbing often leaving behind mistakes that get corrected with 10 or more stud guards. When these issues are pointed out the standard answer will be "this is all passes inspections". If you know this going in, it's still hard to see. You want your home to be perfect and although you're not seeing these things when it's finished, you know they are there. The drywall and finishings are fine, but very cheap. The trim was embarrassingly small for the size of the home, the appliances are lower end and the lighting is basic. The wall color wasn't our taste. I think Lennar should improve on the styling and design of fixtures etc. They don't have to spend a lot to get something more modern and in taste. But again, we knew all this when we purchased, it was still hard to stomach even though we knew about it. Overall, it really is a 2 star. Not absolutely terrible, probably a good purchase, but hard to stomach when you're paying thousands of dollars to change basic things that could have been changed during the building process. I think if they invested only 10% more in the design of the home and allowed some small changes on our dime, like wall color and cabinet color, allowing us to insulate the garage, etc. it would have made the experience at least one star if not two better. ... After living in the home for a week, you start to notice the cheap materials use and terrible workmanship. All of our knobs had tiny paint splatter, the carpet wasn't vacuumed - not even once (we have a toddler running around), dried paint can be found throughout the home, nails still protruding out through the carpet to name a few issues. Overall terrible experience, we felt rushed through our new home orientation and caught what we can.

Everyone came through with their promises and on time with everything. Everyone was very responsive to all my questions and concerns!

Quality of the house is poor. Final finishes and products used very poor for a lennar community would notbuy another lennar home and we are already looking to sell this house and move away from this community

Lennar is great and we were looking for houses specifically for this builder. Although still a few glitches to work out, overall the quality of the house is top of the line.

Overall my home buying experience was good! The customer care is not as responsive and professional as other teams in Lennar to solve new construction home issues.

lennar 2300 sqft homes doesn't have walk-in or slide door pantry and no bonus /media room, I feel these are basic features in any 2300 sqft homes , also their closets are small , at least for bedrooms they could have given french doors. These are all very standard features , and considering Lennar is popular brand I never expect them to miss these features even in mid size sqft homes , The floor plans are not so great , and price is very expensive for what they offer compare to Dr.horton and Pacific ridge and Mainvue,

Decent Home. Love the layout. Workmanship can be better. Noticed a bunch of crooked wall finishes and wall outlets.

Ready to move in with all appliances.

Good communication especially with closing.
