These guys are really good at understanding your needs and work with you based off that, and they stand on their word and promises in all cases and situations.

We have purchased 8 homes over the last 40 years, 3 of them were new builds. This Lennar home is the best of all of them - the quality & beauty of the finishes really impressed us. The 30-day follow up customer service was very responsive - they came to us to see if there were any repairs needed, we didn’t have to hound them! Love our Lennar home!

I like other home buyers to go with the builder 100% not to worry about anything. I am happy costumer and am lucky to have a very good builder like this.

Countertop are horrible and respond time to get issues fixed is a little lacking. Overall I love my house and the sales team was great. I would recommend Lennar to other home buyers however, there is still some work to be done with in my home and Lennar claims they will fix all issues, so for now I'll have to trust them.

We are extremely happy with our new home. My sister recently purchased a home from another builder in the area and our experience could not have been more different. Everyone we worked with at Lennar is amazing, we cannot recommend them enough.

Quality control is poor. Workmanship is not good. Needs a lot of repairs and very sloppy work. Warranty specialist not doing great at following up.

Lennar was great from start to finish! The agents were so helpful and informative. The customer care rep is responsive whenever we need him. We love our new home so much!

Be sure you are totally aware of what you will get going in to avoid disappointment. Closets are outfitted cheaply with coated wire that will need to be replaced sooner than expected. Lennar placed houses without regard for privacy, butting patios and windows directly opposite one another and leaving new owners with challenges. Simple mirror image placement would have solved the issue, but there was no thought about that by Lennon. Similar lack of thoughtfulness was shown in our master bathroom design, where the door was positioned to open directly into the wall with the towel rack, result easy for Lennar inconvenient for home owner. I have had the best experience thus fat with Lennar. I really appreciate James, Yedi, & Brian for all their help through the process! James did an outstanding job keeping us informed and answered all our questions leading up to our closing date. Since then, Yedi & Brian have done a great job help us with some minor issues that come with a new build. I am truly thankful that we were given Yedi to help us through things after we took possession of the property! Our last home was bought brand new and once we closed, they were pretty much done with us. Brian also have been a great help answering questions and keeping us satisfied. I love my new house

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ON SITE SELLING STAFF. HAVE NOW BEEN INFORMED IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE GRASS ON THE PARKING AREA ON THE STREET NEXT TO MY HOME. NEVER TOLD THIS BY LENNAR. NO WATER SOURCE NEAR THE AREA IF I HAD BEEN TOLD THIS I WOULD HAVE NEVER BUILT ON THIS LOT. NOW I AM GETTING FINED AS THE GRASS IN DYING.

Katie, Chuck, Brittney, and Steven are the best of the best personnel that makes our entire experience from purchasing, building, and living very enjoyable.

The paint and the painters they use are the cheapest possible, there are spots where there is barely any paint. We have had 2 major leaks. No pad and apartment grade carpet which for a house that is over $500k is very sad. They say they put your front and back yards in, ok yes they do but they are put in by people who know nothing about landscape. No soil under the sod, the wrong plants. They put trees too close to the houses that will grow way to tall, big and fast.

Lennar has not lived up to the standards promised with upkeep in the community. They were very happy to take money for the creation of an HOA, but there are no actualized benefits (i.e. common area upkeep, community monument), and so the community looks 'cheap' compared to those in the neighborhood. There are pros and cons to buying a cookie-cutter home, and just make sure that you are aware before committing your savings!

Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth. Never hear from anyone and close out tickets without following up to make sure the repairs were completed

Buying a house is always stressful, but Lennar made it seamless and even ENJOYABLE!! Our house is amazing and the attention to detail is top notch. From the people in the sales office to the Lead Construction Supervisor, Ron, everyone was kind, attentive, very helpful and accommodating. They felt like family in no time. We have been in our home almost 6 months now and love it more every day. I highly recommend Lennar to everyone looking to purchase a new home!!

Very nice home.

We have built two other houses in the past and I will have to say that Lennar has had more issues we have needed repaired then any other home we think perhaps there needs to be better people doing the work to make sure these issues don’t arise or perhaps longer building time. We did also notice that a few houses that were built after us had upgraded stove and ovens which we felt we should of had as well. We do love the layout of our home and our community as well. Just wish some things were more consistent.

A few things to list 1) Paint contractors miss many spots and the exterior paint has weak spots where they spaced the spraying 2) Faucets in downstairs bedroom and master bedroom leak onto counter if left at a lower valve setting. Lennar stated that this was within spec. Having to buy faucets that actually are long enough to not flood bathrooms. Should not be buying things to fix Lennars issues. 3) Floors are starting to gap and flex quite a bit. Downstairs laminate floors. 4) Biggest issue: Front driveway was poured before a deep freeze in the winter. Contractor did not adequately cover the driveway (used plastic as opposed to a large insulated blanket) Driveway has been flaking away and dissolving due to improper pour. Have been working with Lennar for more than 4 months to resolve issue. I'm certain they will do nothing. ... More

Buying experience was smooth they were on top of everything. When we moved in there were things that needed touch up on which they got it done pretty fast. Now we have more things we need fixing and the response time is a lot slower since the office is not here anymore.
