Great community, great neighbors, but they cut corners where they shouldn't have

This is my first house that I bought. I saw the model house and fell in love with it. Magnolia is a well designed house. The price is great, so is the community and its a feel good house for most part of it. However, they have cut corners where they shouldn't have and that's what left me in bad taste. Two things in particular a) I was forced that I can not have a realtor of my own since my realtor didn't come along with me when I went to see the model house. That was an immediate set back of $5000-$7000. When I pressed for details and why I was not being allowed to have a realtor ...

Beautiful home but left in the dark

Lennar builds beautiful homes. But attention to detail appears to be a loss. We have been in our home for 4 months and immediately started a list of repairs needed. We have only notified the builder of two repairs that are priority at the moment. Our experience with having our concerns addressed has been very poor. We will usually get a response within a couple days but contractors are scheduled on what’s convenient for them and not the homeowner. We are told what day they will be out but it often dies not work with our schedule. That means contractors are coming to our home and entering our ...

The entire team at the Ten Trails East Village from our sales consultant to the customer experience representative cared for me and my family from the start of our home buying experience and even post close. Quality of workmanship & materials - this is just my first year, so place for the first year looks good. But who knows what will happen after few years. Value for the price paid - Little bit more pricey for the same area. They have template homes and they keep the same plan across multiple communities, so if you are looking for one in a kind of home, please stay away. Very happy with house but Garden grass was dead in places and has not been resolved,

We have had some gardeners out to re seed the dead areas a few weeks ago, we have watered day and night (which is at our cost) grass is still patchy, we are very disappointed, we would like to see the garden re turfed so we do not have to go through this hassle.

For some minor issues, the General Contractor has been extremely responsive and quick to resolve. There are options that should be offered to decrease the cost of adding after the home is built. The six design items we wish that could have been completed during the build. 1. Insulated garage 2. laundry room sink 3. return line for tankless hot water. 4 Gas line to back yard for barbecue 5. power line to back yard for hot tub 6. outdoor water faucet accessible from front side of house.
