Great experience for first time buyer!!

Lennar is the home of my choice! My home is upscale and beautiful. Plus everything is included. Which is amazing for the price. They have this fantastic team the works with you from beginning to end, To answer any questions help with any matters or concerns. I never had to wait for help someone was always quick to respond with a Knowledgeable answer or fix. I was treated like 1st class in a family way. Everyone was so nice. I had an excellent over all experience with this home buying purchase. I also feel my experience is not over I feel Lennar will be there if I need them in the future.

I am in love with the area where this new town home is. I love everything about it, except it, needs more storage space. Everything else fantastic. Not to big not to small just right. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Although this is a new build, it isn’t a custom build! However, the developers did put attention to detail throughout the main living space! The quality, service & experience made for- a well paid investment/experience overall! Thank you George- for following up with any minor warranty issues & Eugene for navigating the purchase process!

Lennar did an excellent job building my home in Washington state. This is my second home that have had built, impressive quality and workmanship throughout the home.

Great experience in the while buying process!

My only issues were the landscaping in the back wasn’t completed. Also all the wiring for a garage door opener was there. Not sure why they just didn’t install it. These two things I don’t understand just adds a few thousand more home owners have to pay out of pocket.

My husband and I just got into our lovely Lennar home and we are very happy with it and the experience of our purchase! I am a realtor myself and am always watching for issues, discrepancies and follow through....Lennars' home buying process was seamless! We were amazed when after using my favorite home inspection service right before we signed, they said they could find nothing wrong with the house! That was impressive as that rarely happens in my experience. We really enjoyed Jeff, our sales person, Ryan, Lennar's lender and talking with our HOA representee. All were very friendly and helpful! We put down money sight unseen, going off of reviews and photos of work (this was due to a last minute job transfer and needing a house for a growing family). From day 1 of speaking to the community liaison, we were kept in the loop of construction progress, fall backs, and Changes. When were able to finally see the place in person, we were not disappointed. Then come orientation day, and seeing the final product, we were over the moon with how perfect everything turned out. Outside of normal house issues (really just a few mail pops) the craftsmanship of construction has been phenomenal. Nothing major has gone awry since moving in and we tell ourselves nightly how appreciative, lucky, and how much we absolutely love our new home. This is our 2nd new construction home purchase experience. It was very smooth from beginning to end. Lennar made the process easy by preselected all color schemes and everything included package such as blinds and security system - which is super helpful especially for an out of state buyer like us. It’s unavoidable to find something that needs to be fixed but the team always responded quickly so far! We are very happy with the purchase overall.

I was very pleased working with my loan officer and the seller agent from Lennar, both were polite, guided me through the expectations and requirements in a timely manner. This is my family’s second purchase from Lennar and we will encourage our children to choose them when they are ready to buy.

Nice and awesome buying experience

This was My 2nd time buying a home but the first time I did it without a realtor and Lennar made the experience pretty simple and straightforward.

Great buying experience. The process was easy to understand. The house is immaculate. The only thing that I must say is that currently other houses are being built sorounding my house with noise and construction vehicles everywhere. I have to be patient and wait out the neighboring houses to finish to fully live the experience.

This was a wonderful experience, and we are very pleased with the quality of our new home.
