Eldy was very helpful from day 1, worked with us all the way through and was always a great resource when we needed him, would love to work with him again. Ryan S. was amazing as well, loved working with those 2 gentleman. The house has been great so far, I only wish our floorplan was offered with an island.

Builder is professional and care about the customer. Their customer service does follow through with you and your concerns.

We love our Lennar Home! We loved working with our concierge Lauren, she was incredibly helpful. We were impressed with the process of buying the home. We were a little disappointed with the sales process because we were not aware of the lot price when quoted the price. The staff were very helpful; however they did fall short on getting the addresses updated with the post office. We would recommend them because of the quality of the house and the whole home buying process. We would rate them an A-.

Good home. Great value for the money. Buying a home involves lots of paperwork. Would have been good to have a dashboard to track every document and its current status. Sometimes the Lennar portal didn't have things up to date. Construction finishes were not as clean as in past purchases with other builders. Cabinet alignment off. Dishwasher install improperly done. Construction equipment oil stains still on sidewalk. Cabling for internet. Took a month to get internet installed due to builder decisions. Home is beautiful. Like the floorplan.

It’s been a great experience for my first home. The quality of my home is superb

So I get that there is a shortage of supplies, but I know the houses closing after my unit has gotten their fridge and not the temporary one. It has now almost been two months since we moved in. I love to call Jorge the no answer, answer guy as he does not answer my questions, he gives an answer that is so vague and none committal that it's just crazy, I have to go around him to get an actual answer to my questions. I wish they would have purchased better appliances, for the price it should be much better than what we have gotten, I am not impressed with Electrolux or Frigidaire.

Lily from Lennar Mortgage was absolutely wonderful. Jacob was also amazing. Unfortunately everyone else we dealt with made us feel rushed or unimportant. We love the house, which made up for our encounter or lack thereof. The home buying process was relatively smooth with a few to no issues.

The homes are beautiful and the buying experience was really great. But after we moved in we found that there was a lot of attention to detail and uncompleted work. Good thing is that Lennar does react quickly to issues. I bought new instead of old home because I didn't want to deal with these types of issues.

We bought our second home from Lennar and we love it. Very nice floor plan and design, great location and overall good experience. My only complaint is the kitchen countertop. It has some big stains form installation that we didn’t notice on the final walkthrough and looks like are not covered by their warranty. So make sure you check everything it’s covered and address all issues before buying.

Over all I would say it was an excellent experience. The only thing I would say is that the man that was the project manager was, unprofessional and crossed a couple of lines during our walk through.

Overall process was great with our lender and the overall walkthroughs and check ins.. they were very knowledgeable. My only gripe is that some of the issues we’ve found in the home that a worker cut corners and wasn’t found during inspection because they have a really great inspection process. We have a light in our pantry that turns on during the day when you don’t need it.. and doesn’t turn on at night when you do. We have a small wall that is not straight and and not level leading into the entrance to mother in law suite. Overall I feel the price we paid we should have gotten better quality from the individual companies that contract to build the home. We still haven’t received all the items in this “move in ready” home. It’s been nearly 60 days and we still don’t have the advertised (and paid for). We’ve contacted the local Lennar reps several times over the past month and still haven’t received the fridge or an alternate solution to the problem. It’s an issue that would prevent me from ever considering another Lennar home or recommending one to a friend/colleague.

Marc keep me updated weekly. That was very important when it came to planning my move. The only thing Lennar could improve on is presenting a gift at closing. For example a bottle of wine and two glasses to say thank you and welcome to your new home. All homes I have purchased new provided a welcome gift. The apartment I stayed in gave a nice welcome gift.

Worth the money. Don’t get a loan through Lennar. Save more else where. Never see a person. Everything on line.

Who ever the architects were they never owned a home. Appliances are cheap for the price you pay for the home. I have issues with my driveway. It’s a cheap pour. I’ve brought it up I’ve received nothing but crickets.

My backyard has been flooded the entire time we've live here. The water does not drain properly and the yard is totally unusable due to the constant standing water. Worried about our foundation. No one has even come out to look at it yet.

Be sure to check all the boxes in order to make sure you have everything in order. They are very thorough

Although the buyers experience was a little rocky, the responsiveness to issues in the new home have been great! We have had two issues, one with the thermostat and one with baseboard bowing… both were addressed and fixed in very reasonable time frame. Thank you to Ruby and Cody and the rest of the team!

Lennar does not offer options or upgrades which was very disappointing for me. Lennar wants me to buy what they offer which is pretty much its standard plan but added $10K to my purchase price vs the one that was released a week ago from my lot. Very greedy developer in my opinion. Lennar wants homebuyers to just eat up what they offer and tear their new home down if they want a different backsplash or paint color. Lennar shoves into new VIPs throats selections made by the previous VIPs (who backed out) for interior color, cabinets, carpet, flooring even if the lot has not started construction. The VIP who saved the day was left without any voice at all regarding her new house. Supposedly, you are to make homebuyers happy. But no! I had to eat everything up since my house in CA already sold and I need a new house in Graham quick. If KB has developments in Graham, I would have run to them in a jiffy. Then initial installation of ceiling and floor vent filters are not done. I was told those are maintenance items. Maintenance is to keep them maintained so there should be filters there to begin with to maintain them. Ceramic tiles are not sealed. Same explanation was given. Again, to maintain something, it should exist first. You make the homebuying experience frustrating and more stressful. It is already stressful to sell, move out, move in and you made sure we have to worry about air filters, about sealing bathroom tiles before we can even use them. I was experiencing breathing issues when I moved in. I was finding debris around floor vents. That was when I found out there were no filters, so dust and debris were being blown all over the inside of the house due to absence of vent filters. During orientation, I was told filters are to be replaced every few months. I was not told there would be no filters to replace unless I put them in. The duct openings all around the house are of different shapes and sizes. What filters do I buy?? Then, up to now, I cannot use the master shower stall since I could not seal the tiles yet. Thank you, Lennar. Sales and finance group are very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. Title, however, almost screwed up my close. Title knew from the very start I was separated, and I submitted for the Title to be in my Revocable Trust's name. I submitted a copy of the Trust Agreement on the website. 2.5 months before expected closing sate. A couple of days prior to close, I was asked for Quit Claim from my separated husband, something I could not possibly conform to since I was not in communication with my separated husband. I called the cops on my husband for threatening me. Anyway, finance was quick to resolve the issue since Lennar already have a copy of my husband's Interspousal Transfer early on. Your customer service rep is not trustworthy. She lied about things that are supposed to be Lennar's responsibility and about what was said and arranged. She is nice and all but to make her job easy and also to cover for her mistakes she lied about stuff. She would say things like: Oh, that is just how that is done or that is just how it is. Turned out not true because construction fixed them. I was never sent email on actual timeline for closing except the very first one (with TBD dates). I was told it will be re-sent but it never happened. She would ask me to sign docs stating all walk-through items were completed before they were actually completed, with the promise she would make sure they were done. But some items were actually never done and I had to argue about them to get them done since I was naive to believe and sign docs before they were done. Nails in wood staircase handles should never be filled with grout or caulked but should be filled with wood fillers. Yours are very unsightly. As a woman buying a house, I felt the salesmen were more comfortable communicating to the man. Have we not evolved. Women have jobs. They make $$$$. Lennar could work on this area. Be bold. Lead the way to treating all people as humans with $$$$$.
