Love the house and neighborhood

Very smooth process! Had no problems at all

Sara in the sales office was very helpful to me. She explained everything about the house I bought The other girls like Josie and the other girl that works with her together were extremely helpful with me too.

The moment we decided to purchase our hone, everything from writing the contract to the day we closed went smoothly. After the purchased a couple of people stopped by to check and make everything was OK. Would work with Lennar again

Josh was great, home is awesome and well built. Extra finishes like full ext irrigation through rain bird and fully energy efficient home/ insulated poured concrete crawl space all pushed me to buy this over other houses I looked at.

One of the things that impressed me the most was the technology and systems Lennar uses throughout the process. Everything was seamless and user-friendly, with important information always easily accessible and at my fingertips. It made what can normally feel like a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. The support I received every step of the way was exceptional — from the sales team, to finance, to the concierge support, and even after closing. Anytime I had a small item come up after walkthrough, submitting requests was simple and customer service was incredibly responsive and quick to help. From day one when I inquired about a new build and saw Lennar building in my area, I was impressed immensely by the level of customer service Lennar holds here in Colorado Springs - Percheron. Our rep was amazing to work with from going under contract with a contingency offer, to getting into the home with online closing, and new home celebration. Their attention to detail and customer service has truly been so wonderful as a first time new build owner. They were considerate of our own independent inspection before closing and that process was great. The neighborhood is wonderful and my family is very grateful for having this experience. Perfect transaction!! Quick closing and fast responses to any questions or issues. Everyone from beginning to end were amazing. Any issues/fixes, post move in, have been dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Couldn’t be happier with entire process.

I purchased a townhouse and it’s beautiful. I am very happy living in this community. The builder did a fantastic job! The only thing we need here is a street light.

Even though the house was complete before I saw it, when I got to the final walkthrough, the rep noticed things that I would not have seen until after I moved in. Even minor repairs, I appreciate the attention to detail. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. She was the reason I even came to look there. So far I love living here!

The whole process was a great experience, from the regular updates on the build, answering all my questions, showing me my home features, couldn’t have asked for better. I feel like I have a quality built house. The team was awesome and I’m loving my new home!

We closed on our Lennar home in March 2026 and overall it’s been a great experience.

Lennar Rep Darrell and Sales Rep Dylan both were amazing! They kept me informed on a day to day basis! I was never blind sided and they stood by me through the whole entire process! Amazing workmanship! Would recommend 10stars!
