This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Very disappointed about their service and how unflexible they were. Thwy sold a house so it is all what matters to them!!

Hello Team, Lennar is reputed builder but with zero quality on concrete. They basically don’t know how to use right concrete mix. Lack of engineering direction. All the appliances in our home are leaking. Ex : Refrigerator leak, Dishwasher leak. Paper work for closing wasn’t ready on time waited till the day before closing. And there were a bunch of mistakes. Then the day of the closing I had to sit there for way to long because they took forever to fix the mistakes! 10/10 will not ever go through lennar for a mortgage again!

Closed two months ago and almost every single week after closing, we experienced issues with the house where we had to call the builder to send contractors out to make corrections. For the price we paid for the house, this is truly unacceptable.

I will start with the positives, the home was good value for the price paid and Lennar bought down the rate and covered closing costs. In terms of the home build itself I will say TERRIBLE quality control. Blatant errors that they tried to hide during the walkthrough then refused to fix when I brought them up. I have been working with Lennar for approximately 9 years and I have seen how over the years they are doing things from bad to worse and I appreciate that management does not care or at least they cannot do anything since the level of command is followed by one family member to another, in many cases the construction manager is the wife of the person who is in customer care or the brother of the guarantee and so in this way they cannot make each other look bad. The quality of materials are basic as to be expected in a builder grade home. I don’t have an issue with the materials used. I have an issue with the installation and construction of those materials. From top to bottom, every surface, every install could have been done better by just about any DIYer than the Construction crew for Lennar. I put a deposit on the home in May 2024 and notified expected move in date was October 2024. From May to October there was very limited communication from the builder. Someone finally reached out in OCT and I was able to tour the home twice on separate occasions. No indication before hand that the first appointment. I would be "blue taping" the home. Dealing with Lennar has been a nightmare! Their responsiveness is non existent and anytime there is a problem, they pass the buck to someone else and you never get a straight answer from anybody. It’s a hit and miss with this builder. I have worked with a lot of new builds. I had an inspector come to look at the property. For the most part, it was good. With a few items pointed out.
