The sales and loan rep who helped me with the process of buying my first home were amazing! From what I hear, the stress of buying a home was easy going for me! On top of having a baby, work, and looking for a home, Noah made everything so easy for me. The nightmare didn’t start until moving in. When putting in tickets for touch ups around the house or fixing things pointed out to the contractor during our walk through.. it has been a horrible experience. A tech even said “not everything is going to be perfect… if I fix it now it will be the same in 6 months so there’s no point…” and ...

We purchased a home with LGI in March. The overall buying experience was exceptional. Our salesperson (Neil) was great to work with and he was honest. There was no going back and forth on anything that was promised. They set out very simple next steps with the builder, the application process and the closing. They really seemed to care that we were happy with our home. Matt and Tony took there time helping us with the walk through and any requests we had after closing. Based on our experience, we highly recommend LGI homes.
