The sales and loan rep who helped me with the process of buying my first home were amazing! From what I hear, the stress of buying a home was easy going for me! On top of having a baby, work, and looking for a home, Noah made everything so easy for me. The nightmare didn’t start until moving in. When putting in tickets for touch ups around the house or fixing things pointed out to the contractor during our walk through.. it has been a horrible experience. A tech even said “not everything is going to be perfect… if I fix it now it will be the same in 6 months so there’s no point…” and more! We purchased a home with LGI in March. The overall buying experience was exceptional. Our salesperson (Neil) was great to work with and he was honest. There was no going back and forth on anything that was promised. They set out very simple next steps with the builder, the application process and the closing. They really seemed to care that we were happy with our home. Matt and Tony took there time helping us with the walk through and any requests we had after closing. Based on our experience, we highly recommend LGI homes.

The builder walks you all the way through the process. I still have some outstanding items on my do list we needed done prior to signing. However, they have been in communication and anticipate these to be completed soon.

We looked for a house to purchase for about 3 years while we rented homes. LGI was the best choice for overall value. The house came with everything we needed and the price was lower than all the other developers in our area. We know, without a doubt, that we got the best bang for the buck.

Between Rachel and Joey providing seamless efforts on our part smooth transactions, clarity and informational my families experience couldn’t have been any better. I have nothing bad to say regarding this company or the individuals within helping dreams like mine come true.

LGI homes are beautiful.

Some communication between different representatives could have been better. Reps could not relay information about the house that is/was not included in the brochure because they did not know the answer.

The process of buying was great, they have great agents and is very respectful and nice. However, the quality of the home isn't up to par with what I would have hoped. some notable details: 1. Cracks inside the home especially corners 2. slightly rubbing your hand against the wall causes paint to dust on your hands (over a month after moving in) 3. the type of flooring is not good for children as without socks or shoes it can cut their feet. With socks, I've noticed the flooring can cause wear on it, leading to holes. 4. some materials are really cheap (such as flooring) 5. the hallway and living room window cannot open Though there are some issues, I would give the quality a 2.5/5 as there are both good and bad. ... We love our new LGI home. Everyone that we worked with throughout this process was amazing. We are extremely pleased and look forward to making memories in our home. Maya was amazing to work with.

Is was a great experience

This purchase was great from start to end. LAURA our realtor was super helpful and awesome! I would definitely recommend LGI to our friends and family.

The process was fast and simple. The whole team was great that assisted me. I have been telling everyone to give them a try. My loan officer was clear and understanding. She made it painless and eased any of my fears.
