The sales and construction teams at Pulte have been so awesome!!! We can’t say enough for how much they’ve helped us during the construction process and afterwards!! They’ve helped with many planning issues as well as building and after building the house questions and issues that have come up. Can’t thank you enough!! Super teams!!

Our sales rep did a great job updating us regularly from signing and commitment through design. Once the dirt started moving, the production manager on site kept us well informed regularly about the building phase. He often sent us photos along the way too. Two months in, we are enjoying our new condo! No major problems or concerns to report and we feel confident that should any issues do arise, Pulse will address them through the ten year umbrella warranty included in our purchase.
