My buying experience was excellent! The sales team, design consultant, and the construction team were extremely knowledgeable, supportive and very friendly! They responded quickly to all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. This was my first new construction home and I was very impressed with the way everything was handled! I have a beautiful home that was built with the highest of quality! I love my new Pulte home and I definitely recommend Pulte to anyone and everyone who wants to buy or build a new home!

My experience with everyone was fantastic before my house was delivered. Once it was delivered, all the issues started to come out (normal for a new house) the problem is now that I have to chase people to fix them instead of the builder interest on fixing was was reported as wrong.
