From day one until current day the entire process of buying with pulse has been first class. The entire sales team, mortgage team, construction team, and now service team are amazing. The craftsmanship is amazing. I couldn't be happier with the home and the price for the quality and upgrades. If I have a choice, I wpuld always chose Pulte.

Irrigation advice was wrong. City permission only one time two days four minutes. Mine was set two times seven days forty minutes. Which results in thousands dollars bill. You paid upto closing. Please pay until correction cause it is not my fault. Regards

The construction manager I worked with could not have been better. Not only was he very responsive and able to answer all my questions and concerns, he guided me though the build process in a way that made me very confident that I was making a good investment and purchasing a quality home for myself and my family.

I have had an amazing experience being a Pulte home owner. Even after being settled in for about 2 months the staff are very responsive to any questions or assistance that I've needed. A Pulte home is the way to go!

Recently purchased a new build in Independence. Great experience with Michelle in Pulte sales and the mortgage financing representatives, and excellent communications and interactions with the on-site construction superintendents Tyler and Jeremy during the entire construction process. The team was quick to respond to any of our concerns and questions throughout the build, and we are very pleased with the final product.

Our sales rep did a great job updating us regularly from signing and commitment through design. Once the dirt started moving, the production manager on site kept us well informed regularly about the building phase. He often sent us photos along the way too. Two months in, we are enjoying our new condo! No major problems or concerns to report and we feel confident that should any issues do arise, Pulse will address them through the ten year umbrella warranty included in our purchase.

The experience with Pulte was great though the buying process.

My buying experience was excellent! The sales team, design consultant, and the construction team were extremely knowledgeable, supportive and very friendly! They responded quickly to all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. This was my first new construction home and I was very impressed with the way everything was handled! I have a beautiful home that was built with the highest of quality! I love my new Pulte home and I definitely recommend Pulte to anyone and everyone who wants to buy or build a new home!

The home buying process at Pulte was transparent and professional. Pulte kept us informed from the time we signed our contract until we closed and we love our new home. We had one issue post closing and Pulte fixed the problem within a few hours.

We've been in our new home for about 2 months now. So far, we have found very few issues, and any we have found have been addressed promptly and professionaly.

Before purchase, we paid for a professional inspector to do a full inspection on our home and they only found two minor issues that were easily resolved before closing. We've lived here just over two months and have had no problems. One issue (not a problem) needed to be addressed and the construction manager, Charlie, took care of it quickly. If we did have an actual problem, I feel confident Pulte would take care of it in a timely manner. The extended warranties available to Pulte homeowners on the appliances is a nice plus.

The buying experience was great, but it’s the warranty experience afterwords. There is a lack of communication in that department. I have brought things to my warranty person in the first week of owning the new home and those items are still not fixed. It took multiple times just for the vendors to show up. We would set times and dates and people would no-show with no communication that they wouldn’t make it. This showed us how much Pulte and there vendors cared about our time and home. I bought this home with Pulte due to the warranty process I was told about and how great it was. Come to find out it’s nothing like what it is sold on. Pulte has a business model they follow to ensure that each step of the construction process is completed to the owners’ specifications. We felt that we were always involved in this process and that they would answer any questions that we had along the way. We have been in the house for two months now, and feel that it is well constructed, quiet, and well maintained on the outside. I’m looking forward to many years in this home.

We couldn't be happier with our experience in purchasing our house from Pulte. Everyone involved from the salesperson to the house inspector to the financial people were available to answer our questions 24/7 and made our purchase as easy and stress-free as possible. There were no last-minute surprises and all of the information needed and shared was upfront. I would absolutely recommend working with Pulte Homes if you're looking to purchase a home!
