Love the home. Very high quality. Price reasonable for the times.

Warranty sucks been two weeks nothing. No email, phone call or phone call. Oh they did call to tell me plants are not cover.

Overall, happy with the experience. Attention to detail probably could have been a little better. Doing the final walk only one week before closing didn't seem like enough time for the trades to correct everything. I could have pointed out several things 3 or 4 weeks before closing which would have given the trades more time to respond. Again, over all very happy with the process, would just suggest involving the buyers a little sooner in the process could have given the trades more time to complete the items before closing. One last thing, Duke was terrific to deal with!! He is a keeper!

All the representatives working for Pulte have been attentive, supportive, understanding and helpful. The overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. I do not repent in making my decision to go along with Pulte. Thank you for making this transition go as smooth as possible (even when moving across the country).

We looked at another builder first. However our customer experience with that builder wasn’t good. We heard good things about Pulte which is what made us turn to Pulte. Pulte didn’t disappoint. The buying experience was quick and easy. Each step in the buying process was guided by a group of professionals that were so helpful and responsive to any question we had. They seemed happy to do business with us. The quality of service was exceptional and we got a lovely home.

From searching and getting to know the neighborhood, throughout the build, and continued contact to ensure we are satisfied. Sometimes the little things create a sense of pride that Pulte has in their homes/neighborhoods and since moving in it has been nice to see Pulte ensures the neighborhood, with lots of construction, is kept clean for those moved in. The home is awesome, great quality. Pulte has been a reliable partner.

The Pulte team was fantastic in assisting me in the purchase of my new home. I would highly recommend a Pulte home and the folks in the mortgage process who walked me through each and every step in the process. A fantastic experience for me!

I was very pleased with the purchase procedures and pricing on the home. Sales agent was excellent to work with. We are very pleased with the house. There are a few cosmetic issues that need attention and we are awaiting completion. Our construction manager was nice enough and ok to work with but communication was a little spotty. He was ill during that time period which may have led to that. He did spend a lot of time at the closing walkthrough which we appreciated. There is a one year warranty so we can review again after that to see if service is handled. I did notice an empty beer can in the attic recently so was surprised at that. Nice house people are nice to work with

Great customer service and staff. Cleanliness of house once I closed and moved in could have been better. House looks great! I love the house. Some corners were cut with small things like grout, drywall, and paint. Wish more things like light fixtures, backsplash, and fridge were offered/provided for price of house.

Overall from start to finish, everyone I have dealt with from the individual in sales, to the person who worked with me at the design center, and to my construction manager have been nothing but absolutely professional and incredibly responsive. I have been involved with building homes several times in different states and even in different countries and Pulte Homes definitely stands out in their desire to produce a quality home that meets the needs of their customers. There are many aspects about the purchase of our new Pulte home that are above and beyond the norm. During the sales process and closing they work to make it a good experience, well above the norm. They work to provide a good product in the home they deliver to you that is above average. Average is not outstanding, so above average is better yet still not outstanding, Perhaps outstanding should not be an expected from a production builder. One has to wonder if the cost of the home was $2,000 more could Outstanding be possible?

Overall it was great experience. Everyone in Pulte from sales , construction manager, mortgage etc was very helpful. However I could see some minor issues in new built and customer service is also slow to respond.

We decided to purchase a home from Pulte due to its great quality and design. We are glad and proud to be a Pulte home owner!

Pulte made the buying process very easy..

The home itself is a quality build with great attention to detail. Slab, framing and roof are just about perfect. Besides a circuit breaker tripping repeatedly, electrical works flawlessly. AC unit is state of the art and cools perfectly. Our salesperson was wonderful guiding us along every step of the way. We were texted pictures at important milestones and even went to great lengths to suggest extras that we are glad were included. But when it came to the final details inside, things seemed rushed. Doors not fitting correctly and some were swelled from getting wet. A switch in cabinet vendors last minute created scratched doors, misaligned drawers and missing shelves. Perhaps product shortages created this situation but should not have occurred. Our warranty covers these issues and some are expected but many were just poor attention to the final details. Minor repairs seem to take forever but they are being completed as promised. All things considered a very pleasant experience with the important components of our home being a quality build. Would we build with them again? Yes, but we would be more picky about the details inside the home. ... More
