Great home for my first home purchase

We financed through Pulte and it was one of the easiest loan processes we have ever had (this is our 3rd home). They were very communicative, easy to work with, and clearly valued our business.

Biding on a new build was alittle out there, but after getting the house pulte did great!

The sales support ( Jeff ) and my Feild manager Llyod was excellent support for all building process.

Pulte was very responsive in resolving the punchlist items at the closing of the house.

Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

Overall experience starting from visiting the model house, to handover was one smooth process. Pulte team was very helpful and made things easier. Thanks to the great team.

Everything has been good and we are enjoying our new home. We have a few things that we need to have fixed. One item in our house that I feel is not very good quality is the stainless steel sink in the kitchen. It wasn’t cheap to upgrade and the quality is not good. Seems very thin and scratches easily. Seems more like a builder grade and not an upgrade.

They build a great home.

Everything was great. Mortgage experience was mediocre

Pulte is an overall excellent builder which is why we’ve built twice with them. This home we built recently dipped slightly in the quality and workmanship and I believe it was due to the real estate industry in general being so overwhelmed. The contractors seemed rushed and in some cases appeared to not be a thorough. Several items on back order that we are still waiting on we’ll after we closed. This would not deter us from building with pulte again as their overall process and quality is excellent.

It was an easy process, from the building to the mortgage everyone was responsive and helpful.

The build was on time and complete. Quality of workmanship was not perfect as revealed by my independent inspector. If the original workmen took as much pride in their work as the repair teams did, we would not have had to deal with so many repairs. But my home will be perfect in another few days. Thank you to my field manager for his follow-up and attention to detail.

Great process and people from the sales side all the way to the construction!

All the Pulte people I worked with were very helpful throughout the process. The homes are some of the best designed and well thought out of all the builders you can choose from in the Phoenix area.

Pulte Homes has good Customer Service after the home is completed. The people from the sales department to the design center made it an easy process. The few issues we had with the new home were taken care of in a timely manner. Upgrade offers made it an even better home!

Overall the buying experience was great. We have been in the home since mid November and still waiting on some things to be taken care of. I understand with the holidays and covid its not easy but these things should've been taken xare of. Over all we love our home and can't wait to get it all organized and backyard done.

very happy with floor plan and workmanship

Very unhappy since I've moved in. Every one just dissappeared. Where is the construction manager??? I have emailed him at least 5x and I get no response. His name is James, did he get fired??? I called my sales person, Samantha and I get no response. I emailed John at the sales office also, no response from all three of these people!!! Who do I get in touch with for repairs. I have been trying to get in touch with James for at least 7 weeks now. I have a cabinet that has not been replaced since August!! Who do I call please!!!!!

Excellent overall experience from purchase to finance to the house itself!

We love living here and the Pulte buying experience was excellent. The trim work through the house appeared rushed and in places a little sloppy, but Pulte fixed most of it for us and is addressing more as I write this.

The whole process from booking till closing was really good and clean with Pulte. They kept all information open and informed. I moved in 1 month back and we are happy so far with overall build quality and we had great experience of buying the home from Pulte Homes
