Home buying experience was great, it was after that was a nightmare. The upgrades we paid for were put in the wrong spot and are having difficulties getting them to fix their mess up. Electrical issues in the garage. Lights flickering while a single device is turned on and I’m being told that’s just how it is, because the lights run on the same circuit as the outlets. Sink plug broke after first use.

The personnel at the sales office, financing and closing were all great! They quickly responded to any and all questions and concerns alonge the way. However, after we moved in there were some quality issues that we hadn't noticed before and response to these concerns has been very slow. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase but wish we had inspected more carefully and addressed these quality issues before signing.

At first the response to issues was immediately taken care of by Pulte but the vendor responses are terrible. They don't respond to phone calls or they just don't fix the issues.

The process is great but once I moved in the quality of the paint is bad it looks like is too thin the paint falls off easily the cabinets were in even and scratch . The grout on the tile was missing I’m really disappointed with the price that I pay for I will have to call the builder once I’m back from my vacation

Model home are perfect and the house you will not have the same quality.

The house is great, the construction process of having 4 inspectors ( city, third party, contractors ( pulte and independent) have to check off on all the major and minor details made a difference. We also got to take photos and visited the home site often enough to make sure no major mistakes were done and none was found, but a few minor mistakes were noticed and the pulte contractor had already identified them. From the sales person to the foreman was exceptional. The builders word was everything especially when the house is ready on time to move in. The floor plan for my model was exceptional, the design had the openness that we loved so much along with the master bedroom and bathroom . Location of the homes in Florence are the best love the space and the views of the mountains. From start to finish Pulte nailed it!

This was our third Pulte home as we moved from Illinois to Arizona. During the overall process, we had a good experience with our Construction manager Tony and the construction of our new home. He kept us in the loop and updated us and fixed issues as they came up. The house was finished three months early (which would normally be a great thing) however, based on our situation was not fantastic because we had a less than optimal experience with the Pulte mortgage side of things. In the end, everything worked out so as reviews go, we love the new house and are super excited about it. However, Pulte really does need to work on the communication loan/mortgage part especially when houses are being finished faster than what was expected. Glad to have gone through it with the people I did.

The move in process and closing process was very smooth and problem free. Our superintendent Joe was helpful. The build quality isn’t the greatest, but it’s still above average. Better than any other builder we looked at for this same price range. Location is great too! After move in, we have had a few minor setbacks. The glass wall in the shower does not seal properly and lets water thru. Also, the concrete pad on the back patio is already cracking, and the house is brand new. These are minor issues which will hopefully be covered by the warranty. Only time will tell. 4/5 stars.

Definitely some dumps in the process and overpriced options but happy with my home. Pulte did work with me on my concerns which earned them an extra star.

My wife and I were able to build trust with our construction manager, John, as well as our sales representative, Debbie. Their consistent and honest service kept my wife and I confident in the process, even as we encountered issues. We Love our new home and we believe that Pulte will do what's right for us if we have more issues.

If it wasn't for Lisa our Sales Consultant, we would not be in our amazing new home. Thank you Lisa for going above and beyond!

I must say, we have only been there 2 months, so it may be too soon to rate it. We would know more in 11 months. We had a good experience through out the build. But I am truly disappointed, rather, upset by how the final presentation was given. I had asked 2-3 times if they will clean the house before we move in and it was overwhelmingly a disappointment. Yes, the house was cleaned but not well enough. After a clean, workers would come back with dirty shoes and track the dirt through out the house. Why do they not cover the floors with either cardboard or paper? I have been told twice that the cleaning crew for the Pulte Allen Ranches community is not very good and would not recommend them to clean anyone's house. You would think that they could get better ones. This may be the 7th new build I had bought and this was close to the worse. ... More

Pulte is a quality builder in the Phoenix metro. They have knowledgeable sales people and our superintendent Nick was wonderful and always kept us up to date.

It was good experience buying a home from Pulte, there were a few delays but it all worked out in the end.

Overall experience was good with Pulte. The construction team was really helpful in all ways. One member from the mortgage team was not effectively communicating back.

Most of the people we dealt with through the process were great. I did feel pressured to make some decisions more quickly than I was comfortable regarding upgrades/add-ons but did anyway.

For what is touted an exclusive part of the havevest community corners are definately cut in community landscaping and cleanliness, hoa is not replacing dead or dying plants, need to hold homeowners accountable for street parking and dog poop clean up within the community, in the home cheap materials are used as standards finish and the cleaning before move in is subpar.

House inspection is a must to ensure everything is fine.

House is great. The Pulte mortgage company was very challenging. I get more experienced than the mortgage consultants.

The home is very nice a few replacements needed and not addressed promptly. We were given wrong mailbox keys and have no access to mail no response contacted pulte 2 times and trips to post office as well. Customer satisfaction lags.

Very good quality and service

Overall happy. However, some disappointments. Wire in Master not grounded which was very scary, used some cheap materials to do things especially for a homeowner who upgraded most everything.

Overall the finished house is well done. The construction manager was very helpful. A lot of work was initially done poorly (i.e. framing), but the construction manager was on top of things and got the issues quickly fixed. Unfortunately there is a significant design issue ... cabinet doors ability to open was not considered in framing design. Over half the cabinet doors will bang into a wall without fully opening. Not enough space was allowed to open fully. The worst is on our french door refrigerator one door can only be opened to just under 90 degrees. Since closing, working with the service department to get the minor things fixed has been challenging. For example, today a person was scheduled to come fix some of the issues. No time was provided. I have been at the house all day waiting. No one showed up. I called to check. Was told person would be here in an hour. That was 3 hours ago. This is our 3rd new Pulte house purchased over the past 40 years. Pulte still provides good value, however, it appears some quality has been sacrificed to keep the price down. ... More
