Working with Pulte was surprisingly easy. They involve the homebuyer in every aspect of the homebuying experience. Their homes our beautifully built and the quality of the home for the price is good. Everyone I worked with; loan officer, home design, construction manager and closing agent were all very personable and knowledgeable subject experts. Pulte is a homebuilder you can trust to build well crafted quality homes.

We would like to thank Enrique & Lane! They were very accommodating and responsive to all our inquiries and requests. Pulte is a great builder. We just had some issues with the Warranty Dept and Mortgage Dept. We hope they could improve their work so as to maintain the good reputation of Pulte itself. One of the problems we had on the final walk through of the house was the flooring on the front porch was made of gravels. It was unexpected and it looked so incomplete. This was not presented on the model house, and no one even mentioned that it was an upgrade. Secondly, the location of the gate at one side of the house and the wall on the other was installed all the way at the back of the house. These are very well made homes. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the build, from slab to roofing. Correcting any issues I had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this builder. Great integrity!

Home is great and neighborhood is beautiful

Great Mortgage experience, great construction team, especially Jennifer, our overseer of construction. I wasn't able to come to see the home as it was being built due to my husband being disabled, so Jennifer kept me posted all the way with Photos!

Overall my experience with Joe, and Joey and Bridgett were amazing. We had many hurdles but got to the finish line.. the disappointing part of the sale was the increase in price . Overall quality of home is pretty

Pulte did really well in giving us update on our house construction, there's a little bit delay on the construction as planned but it's understandable since materials and labor are short at this time.

This home buying experience was worth the wait. Art walked us through the entire building process and kept us well informed by sending us weekly updates and pictures. It’s like watching our precious baby grow. Every questions we had was answered and thoroughly explained. We felt at ease with the quality of the building materials because Art made sure quality assurance inspection was conducted after each phase. We love the fact that we were invited to inspect the quality ourselves prior to the builders sealing the walls with drywalls and stucco. Disappointment with lack of response to post closing issues that are still outstanding with no promise to address

Some standard items not that much great, I suggest go for upgrades

Overall I had a good pleasant experience dealing with Pulte team. All the representatives from various departments were helpful and prompt. I received regular updates during construction time with photos. Loan process was also pretty smooth. I feel that in the end things were rushed to deliver the home. Tiles were not cleaned properly and some other minor things that should have been taken care.

The building process was longer than usual, but the people worked around the issues with good solutions

Very easy to work with from the purchase, design, construction and closing. I'm also finding the home is very energy efficient compared to my previous home. The also delivered on schedule despite all of the delays caused by the pandemic.

Field supervisor Lane was amazing! I was a first time home buyer and he really made all my stress go away. Kept me informed, very communicative through the entire process. It was a great first time home buying experience.

As a first time homeowner I didn’t know what to expect during this process. I am thoroughly impressed with Pulte’s build quality, responsiveness, trustworthiness. Our loan officer Fredrick and our processor Angelo were always helpful explaining what was needed and had no problem answering all of our questions whenever we had them. Our construction manager Joey went above and beyond during our build process to ensure that our home was built with the quality advertised by Pulte. He was straight forward and knowledgeable about every aspect of the build and if something was wrong, he made it right quickly. Great home for my first home purchase

We financed through Pulte and it was one of the easiest loan processes we have ever had (this is our 3rd home). They were very communicative, easy to work with, and clearly valued our business.

Biding on a new build was alittle out there, but after getting the house pulte did great!

The sales support ( Jeff ) and my Feild manager Llyod was excellent support for all building process.

Pulte was very responsive in resolving the punchlist items at the closing of the house.

Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

Overall experience starting from visiting the model house, to handover was one smooth process. Pulte team was very helpful and made things easier. Thanks to the great team.
