We had a great experience with construction manager till the point of closing of our new home. There were few issues which were supposed to be fixed within the month after closing. But later the construction manager backed away and told us to go via Customer Service. Incompetence is an understatement for their customer service department. They aren't communicative and sounds like they want to finish our call in a rush. We get work orders but nobody shows up on the designated day and subsequently our work order get pushed out.

I thank Stuart, Josh and entire crew of Sales and services who made my house buying experience a smooth one. Also, Thanks for taking care of warranty requests on priority and keeping the things on track.

The one year process was very long due but I understood due to inflation. However we got our keys and the foremen guys Tracey and the trainer were pushing us to sign that they took care of things that weren't complete. Tracey brought me the wrong keys to my home, I did not feel comfortable I was scared ppl still had access to my home. I move in and since walk through I felt it was extremely hot downstairs but Tracey and the trainer said "oh it's fine blah blah blah" and turned out the day we move in I noticed the air was definitely not working downstairs. How do "experienced men" not know if an a/c is working on not when I know nothing about construction and know when something is obviously not working. They made me sign the documents with lots of half butt things done. Broken cabinets, disgusting tiles, broken vent fan in the bathroom, cracked ceiling, all my doors are all ruined due to these careless workers painting the doors and closing them now the paint is falling off and it made my doors look all ugly. It is embarrassing to show my home to friends and family with a bad job done. Now let's talk about the person we have to go to about reporting things, she is calling me crazy and making me feel like I am crazy when we waited a whole year for this home and above all We paid thousands of dollars for a home that is supposed to be"new". ... Finish work on house is sub par. Grout and paint are already cracking/peeling or non-existent in some places and we have only been in the house a month.

Building quality is not good.

Great overall experience and we are extremely pleased with the quality of our new home.

Purchased Corporate spec. Disappointed not able to make a couple reasonable and needed changes for safety and security. I am an 81-year-old buyer. Construction supervision excellent. Communication and responses excellent. Warranty questions and service so far excellent.

The homebuying experience with sales person, construction manager, mortgage consultant, title, and closing was fantastic - no complaints there. All my complaints are regarding the post sale owner helpline. We have terrible water pressure out of the shower head and I when called the number (in the first week after moving in) to inquire if they can look into it and fix the water pressure, the lady made it sound like "it's your house now, it's your problem"!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with Pulte buying a brand new home, They over promised and under delivered on completion date, they can’t be trusted make sure to read the contract over and over again, they can change your material options after you signed the contract and there will be nothing you can do about it! They also don’t communicate with you so your always finding yourself reaching out to them.

Paint is of poor quality and very thin. Finish work is lazy and lacks detail required of finish work, trim is done with 45s in some places and just pressed against each other in others, house was super dirty when we got keys, the ac filters were so clogged it was making a whistling sound because the air was going around the filter. Counter top was cracked they tried to say it was a fissure and then changed the definition through out to fit their benefit. The house was lazily went through with touch up paint that ended up on cabinets and other places that it shouldn’t been on. We closed on our home at the end of June after almost 14 months of waiting. During our walk through several days prior to closing, all items that we could readily see that needed repair were noted and "blue taped". On the day of closing, we were given our keys and told that all of the items that had been listed were either done, or would be done as soon as possible. Those items noted at walk through, but not done were damaged kitchen cabinets, including doors that were on order because they had a whole in the front of them, chipped cultured marble bathroom countertop, an outdoor light fixture not attached to the house and a cracked driveway. When we contacted Pulte Customer Care, we were told to submit a list of problems via email. We received a standard "auto" reply that they were busy and our issues would be addressed as soon as possible. We received no communication from Pulte Customer Care, so after 30 more days, we contacted them and were told that Pulte no longer did repairs at 30 days, it was now a 1 year wait. Good developer and great sales team/ construction managers that are very helpful and communicative throughout the process.

The Realtor at the location Erik has been very professional, has a lot of knowledge about the homes and is very responsive to all of the questions about our new home. Lloyd has also done a wonderful job keeping us in the loop during construction and with answering questions about the workings of a smart home and it's functions.

Consistent follow-up by the Construction Manager and the Title Company. It was a great experience.

It was a long distance build and it was a wonderful experience.

The process is great but once I moved in the quality of the paint is bad it looks like is too thin the paint falls off easily the cabinets were in even and scratch . The grout on the tile was missing I’m really disappointed with the price that I pay for I will have to call the builder once I’m back from my vacation

I understand there are delays due to lack of supplies but that doesn’t excuses the lack of quality in work or providing great customer service. I have worked with multiple builders from Dr. Horton to Toll Brothers and Pulte is the 2nd to last builder on my list when it comes to customer service. The weekly updates on the build was very nice, but other then that, it seems like I was a bother. My concerns are not heard, and the superintendent and care team are too busy to help.

It has been almost two months since I came into my new home and have found a lot of issues with different things: kitchen cabinets, doors, baseboards, etc. and nothing has been addressed -and I submitted a report soon after we got in-. I send emails to the customer service team and they do not acknowledge receiving it, I don't know if someone got it and it's reviewing it. I just don't hear from them if they will address my concern or not. It has been very frustrating. I am very unhappy with how things have evolved since I got into the house, very, very unhappy. I still have doors that don't close properly and a toilet that doesn't fill up water; and it took weeks to answer to a problem with A/C without gas. ... More

In all honesty, the home feels that every corner that could be cut was butchered. We have so many issues with the home (doors, carpet, cabinets, paint, bathroom insert, tile, flooring, grout etc etc. Its been a nightmare to say the least...will not do again.

We would like to thank Enrique & Lane! They were very accommodating and responsive to all our inquiries and requests. Pulte is a great builder. We just had some issues with the Warranty Dept and Mortgage Dept. We hope they could improve their work so as to maintain the good reputation of Pulte itself. One of the problems we had on the final walk through of the house was the flooring on the front porch was made of gravels. It was unexpected and it looked so incomplete. This was not presented on the model house, and no one even mentioned that it was an upgrade. Secondly, the location of the gate at one side of the house and the wall on the other was installed all the way at the back of the house. These should at least be part of the standard features for safety reasons. ... More

While we love our new home there are shortcomings. The delivery was rushed and felt as if there were numerous items either damaged, not working, or missing or unfinished. We moved in almost two months ago and only one item of several has been addressed. We still don’t have cold running water, but the vast majority are damaged or cosmetic items. While the price you pay is subjective I feel we paid a large premium for a sub par product in the end with slow service after the sale. There are only so many excuses of trades not being available and supply chain issues which is why we rated the experience as average but how things are handled and once resolved to our satisfaction will ultimately drive our final opinion of if we would recommend or use Pulte in the future. ... We had a great experience with the Pulte Team from the beginning to the end of the buying process. Victoria and Jim answered all of questions and concerns right away. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of our home. We would recommend homebuyers to consider Pulte.
