This is our second Pulte home. Overall it was a good experience, but there are a lot of small things that need to be corrected.

Except for the price and the 4 month delay, happy with overall purchase

The PM in charge of my house construction was great. He was always keeping me informed, on schedule, and when an issue happened, he has been always taking care of it, immediately. The only thing I miss is the option of being able to make changes to the house, like the flooring, along the way.

As a first time buyer, I had a very positive experience. Kyle kept me up to date with the progress of the construction. During my walkthrough, he was very professional. He was a pleasure to work with during this process. Kyle was thorough during the walkthrough as he pointed out details and pending issues with the build while assuring me that he would personally see that each issue that needed to be complete or corrected. As the closing date was approaching, he organized all the trades involved and made sure to resolve all pending items on the build. Kyle was true to his word and I felt like I was heard, treated with respect and he made extra efforts to make sure that I would be satisfied when handing over the keys to the house. November of 2021 my wife and I visited Surprise, AZ with the possibility of purchasing a house. We read on the internet about Pulte homes for sale. When we lived in California there was a Pulte development next to our neighborhood and we went to see what the homes had to offer. The homes we saw were appealing on the outside and offered many features in the inside that made the house worth buying. When we decided to leave California for Arizona and we saw the Pulte homes for sale we made the decision to look at them again. We made an appointment with Courtney just before Thanksgiving and visited a couple of model homes and fell in love with the Prado. It offered allot of space, vaulted ceilings, covered patio, and many other extras that made the home very desirable. A day later after meeting with Courtney we put earnest money down for the process to begin. Almost to the day our home was completed in November of 2022. Courtney was very consistent with keeping us informed of what was happening with the home during the building process. The construction manager (Tony) contacted us after a couple of months after we purchased the home and contacted us almost every week to keep us up to date on the building process. Two months before we moved in we got another construction manager (Jennifer) as Tony transitioned to another city in Arizona. Jennifer and Tony were excellent during the building process and always communicated with us what was happening and what was going to occur next. My wife and I are happy with our Pulte home and moved in just after Thanksgiving and Christmas. There have been only a few cosmetic flaws that have been fixed by Pulte in a timely fashion. We are fortunate to have a great team of Pulte employees. Nice home - but amazing how many things we thought should be standard (our Florida buying experience) were upgrades with Pulte. Because of this, we were not able to get the quality of house we previously constructed three years ago in Florida.

I enjoyed my experience with Pulte as a first-time homebuyer. My sales rep was great to work with as was the construction manager. My house was delivered within a month of their original estimate from the day I signed on which was pretty miraculous considering the state of the supply chain during my build. Pleased with the final product. My one complaint after move-in has been dealing with the customer care team on the minor follow-up fixes. Lots of time on the phone on hold, slow turnaround times and have had some misses on scheduled service dates.

Purchased Corporate spec. Disappointed not able to make a couple reasonable and needed changes for safety and security. I am an 81-year-old buyer. Construction supervision excellent. Communication and responses excellent. Warranty questions and service so far excellent.

The Realtor at the location Erik has been very professional, has a lot of knowledge about the homes and is very responsive to all of the questions about our new home. Lloyd has also done a wonderful job keeping us in the loop during construction and with answering questions about the workings of a smart home and it's functions.

Overall the experience was good but it felt like the last few weeks before closing was rushed and requesting services has been difficult.

Overall our experience was good. We experienced delays but we eventually got to setup our beautiful home. The quality of materials and overall workmanship was good. Special thanks to Shannon from the Sales office for helping throughout the process. Responsiveness to issues could definitely improve. We have raised requests for issues and it has been over a month and it hasn’t been resolved yet.

The overall quality of the home seems really good. Long wait for home to be built. Finishing touches on home were not good. Home was not clean. Contacted customer service twice and it was a waste of time. Field Supervisor has been very helpful. Moved in to home in October and still have quite a few items that need to be complete, most of which are relatively minor.

Courtney, Sales Rep and Tony, Project Manager were great to work with! They were on top of things and went over and above to get back to us quickly and took care of any issues right away. Pulte Mortgage on the other hand was awful. Delayed responses, held us up on answers had to scramble at last minute to find another lender and so therefore we didn't get our pool and now have to pay more money to have hole dug due to fences.
