Terrible experience from beginning to end. “FIELD MANAGER II” made use sign off that the home was done and was still missing many items pointed out and said he’d be back to finish them later pending a positive online review and once given the review we never heard from him again nor will he respond to phone calls or texts. We literally paid for things that are not installed and the items that were installed were done poorly. Missing grout, paint, doors won’t open or close properly. I Was not living in AZ at the time. I did all my selections via internet. I was told there would be weekly updates but received no information for months. There was constantly a change in contact people. The people I started with were not the people I ended with. Overall the home is nice, but there is some messy workmanship and communicationneeds to improve.

Worst home buying experience ever.

These are very well made homes. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the build, from slab to roofing. Correcting any issues I had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this builder. Great integrity!

Scott was our construction manager and we couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Andrea was excellent as well, getting us started and seeing everything through until we closed!

Horrible customer service. Do not make customers feel appreciated. Took 2weeks for someone to respond to water leak repair

Everybody did a great job we pretty much did everything from out of state and we communicated over phone or through email and it worked perfect and art did a great job keeping us informed and what the next process would be

We had a great homebuying experience from sales, construction, and loan were all easy and communicated well.

During the final walk thru we found problem with, cabinets, flooring, tile and roofing. Numerous work orders were put in but either trade people did not show up or they did not attempt to fix the problems. When you pay 1/2 million for a home we would expect quality workmanship. I believe builders are pressured to get homes built. Our Project Manager tried the best of his ability, but if the Contractors don’t Care then there is not a whole lot he can do on his own.

We have cosmetic flaws, some more unsatisfactory small pea size pit and chipped wood exposed on exterior surfaces the of the cabinets; to minor blemishes, cracks in paint at joints or filled in cracks to conceal, but visible; to a huge crack in the bottom shelf of the wall cabinet likely caused by installation of the under cabinet lights. These have been reported on their Customer Service website, but have yet to be resolved. The cosmetic blemishes can be overlooked, but the cracked cabinet makes the whole gourmet kitchen upgrade unsatisfied and we feel we overpaid. Neighborhood and home is super great. There are some kinks to work out with the final finishing details, and we know that will continue to be addressed by all the amazing people working for Pulte.

Home is great and neighborhood is beautiful

Builder uses COVID excuses for 95% of issues that arise during the whole process. In-house financing also does not communicate well or work to make a decent homebuying value. Foundation and framing are good quality work. Finishers are rushed and have poor quality of work.

I was very disappointed with the way the house was turned over to me after closing dozens of things were not repaired or fixed and the house was in disarray unacceptable for a higher and builder.

Please revise your new home very well. I had paint issues, kitchen items installed crooked, carpet issues, electricity issues etc. The sales team experience was amazing but construction wise was not.

The challenge of the supply chains I realize and have built many other homes but it doesn’t excuse the fact of how dirty my house was during construction and especially after the finishes started going in the cabinets had some white dust all over them that has never been totally cleaned and the cabinets need a lot of repair and look terrible in some places a person worked on them the day after I closed and now have heard nothing four weeks later. My floors were not protected and there are many stains on my new laminate floors. The carpet was dirty or damaged and never taken care of I have lights that don’t work the Courtyard has dented gutters a sadly finished gate and paint and construction materials on the entry door. Everywhere I look I find new things cracked laundry sink scratches on the bathtub and a leaking window when it rains. I was told at closing don’t worry I will take care of you by the person at the walk thru and have never heard from anyone again. Construction manager John is awesome. Excellent at dealing with issues in a timely manner. Quick responses give us peace of mind. Some of the craftsmanship could use some improvement. Pulte is more focused on quantity over quality

Great Mortgage experience, great construction team, especially Jennifer, our overseer of construction. I wasn't able to come to see the home as it was being built due to my husband being disabled, so Jennifer kept me posted all the way with Photos!

Model home are perfect and the house you will not have the same quality.

My sales consultant Joe was outstanding! He made the process seamless. PGP Title was the best. Timelines were met and moving in was easy. Builders team was good and promised to be there if needed but they did not seem to care after to handle important unfinished issues. Pulte warranty, to date, have been poor handling service requests. Very disappointing after such a great home buying process.

Going on two months in the home and still no cabinet hardware. Good luck with getting any resolution on issues not reported during the final walkthrough. My cabinets were installed poorly, and I’m struggling to get Pulte to fix the damages. Communication is poor, and I was accused of causing the damage myself. I’m so disappointed. Every time I reach out for updates on my outstanding issues, I am made to feel like a bother. The sales process is great…but the experience after the purchase is complete can leave you feeling devastated. Tip- stay in that house during the final walkthrough until you catch every little issue. Get on your hands and knees and inspect the cabinet installs carefully. You should not expect to have to do this, but I missed some of these things and now I’m in the position I’m in. Overall the experience was good but it felt like the last few weeks before closing was rushed and requesting services has been difficult.

I would recommend having a home inspector accompany buyers on the pre closing and closing walk throughs. This would hopefully catch many of the incomplete items. I think the builder rushed the process in order to close on the last day of the month.

The build quality is awful and the customer service is even worse.
