Slippy work everywhere that needs to be fixed.

House have lots of defects which have not been taken care of and we are still pursuing to get it corrected.

Once in home we began to see many quality issues that we didn’t notice during our final walk through. Pulte service is responsive to tickets, but if they had better subcontractors there wouldn’t be so many tickets.

Our home is beautiful but we would never buy a new home from Pulte again. The process was a year and half long. Lots of changes were made over that time frame. Quality of the build is moderate, definitely not what we expected. Joey our construction manager did his best to make sure things were done however he only had so much pull. The worst experience would be the design center. Making you pick out every detail of a 4000sq ft house on a 4 hour period is ridiculous. Project manager has been responsive to all concerns at this time. Bryson has been good to work with. Continuously finding more and more issues/concerns (e.g. shower stoop drains to bathroom floor, stair rail spindles are already splitting). My concern is what will I continue to find.

We rated this based on our experience with all aspects of Pulte and their subcontractors. If this survey pertains specifically to our construction manager, Joey, then the rating is high. If this survey pertains to vendor like SST, then the rating is 1-2.

For the most part, everything went well. The back and forth with finishing dates was stressful. And then when we finally closed there are many things in our home that were done sloppy and need to be fixed.

The quality of workmanship and materials was surprisingly spotty especially at this price level. However, the responsiveness to correct errors has been encouraging and merits a higher rating. Trustworthiness could achieve the highest rating if all issues are satisfactorily resolved.

Surround sound ceiling speakers were poorly installed. Front left speaker is out alignment. Also the grills are not flushed against the ceiling (6 to 8" towards the wall while others are 2 feet off the wall) Have not completed moved in yet so there may be other issues at some point

All in all this experience I was looking forward to share from start to finish with my family. It was great and although very stressful at times I do have to say that this is a quality home. However my finally walk through we outlined a few things of which never got closure too yet and hope that they do. For instance the cabinets, contractor tried to fix a door hinge with a sliver of wood and it is causing more damage, same contractor and fridge still doesn’t fit due to adjacent wall not plumb, I advised no more bandaids. No shower curtain rod for one bathroom. Fridge cabinet area off cannot fit fridge in. Bathroom area missing shower curtain Rod in one Kitchen cabinet hinge that was loose never fixed and has now come off, we cannot open in the event that it will cause further harm. Light switch in owners closet was marked for repair, have to press it hard for it to turn on. Bathroom door closer to road is still not closing right as it is rubbing Halo paint in bedrooms The outside wave trim in one long section is different than the entire home. The home turned out pretty good. There are still issues that I am waiting for a response from Pulte to take care of.

The house was good overall. Hardware are not that great since they are install by third party. Door handles are super loose, cabinet paint has some flaws where part of the cabinet didn't have paint. Also kitchen island was installed out of line where it is not perpendicular with the house or the tile. Some of the soft close function feel off when some door has good resistance to closing force when other doesn't have any.

Finish work on house is sub par. Grout and paint are already cracking/peeling or non-existent in some places and we have only been in the house a month.

The homebuying experience with sales person, construction manager, mortgage consultant, title, and closing was fantastic - no complaints there. All my complaints are regarding the post sale owner helpline. We have terrible water pressure out of the shower head and I when called the number (in the first week after moving in) to inquire if they can look into it and fix the water pressure, the lady made it sound like "it's your house now, it's your problem"!

Neighborhood and home is super great. There are some kinks to work out with the final finishing details, and we know that will continue to be addressed by all the amazing people working for Pulte.

Please revise your new home very well. I had paint issues, kitchen items installed crooked, carpet issues, electricity issues etc. The sales team experience was amazing but construction wise was not.

Construction manager John is awesome. Excellent at dealing with issues in a timely manner. Quick responses give us peace of mind. Some of the craftsmanship could use some improvement. Pulte is more focused on quantity over quality

Still things we are wait To get fix

My overall experience with Pulte has been fair not great. I'll start with the positives then go into the negatives. The staff at Pulte Mortgage do a great job of staying on top of the home buying process. I've been in my new home a little over two months and it's starting to feel like home after living in hotels and an apartment for almost a year. They build a solid house but the overall workmanship toward the end was a rush job to get the house closed. John, my construction manager is the contact person for the company and he does an excellent job of trying to make the customer happy but he is only one person. The thing that leaves the biggest pit in my stomach is the kitchen upgrade. Right before closing; in fact days before closing I found out I would have mismatched appliances. Most women, the kitchen is their space. Although, I'm no Martha Stewart as far as cooking however I paid for an updated kitchen. This is a supply chain issue, however Pulte knew for months about this issue and didn't inform me. Having mismatched appliances in a kitchen may be cool for some else but not my style. It is equivalent to having different tires on a Lexus. You have tires but some thing doesn't look or feel the same. I would have been willing to purchase my own oven and microwave to have matching appliances. Just a thought for future purchasers. ... More

Last time I gave detail feedback, do you care?

We do love our home, but since moving in we have noticed numerous examples of poor workmanship. We have found drywall with tape over holes and painted/textured over. Chips in our 30k tile floor, debris on windows. We have been patiently waiting for replacement cabinet doors on a few that were scuffed/damaged or not stained properly. We have been patiently waiting for the refrigerator we have ordered. Paint missing on the exterior in a few places. Overall- the purchase/design/finance and construction of our home was good- delays aside which appeared normal given the current market. But to walk into a home, not completely finished or cleaned was a little upsetting considering the additional wait for close. We understand the market being hectic and continue to be as patient and positive as we can, but with so many small issues or obvious coverups of drywall, Mis- alignment of ceiling rafters just being dry walled over.. it is hard to not be disappointed. ... Home is wonderful there are a few things that could have been done better but overrall it’s great

Great Builder and will definitely recommend to family/friends. I'm happy with the outcome of my new home

Overall, everything has been a great experience but will say once they give you the keys you are going to wait a long time to get pending issues resolved.
