I signed the contract for our home in Nov 2020, before the madness of the housing market really took off. I also signed just as Pulte started doing lot bidding which was not a fun experience and something I'll be mindful of if I ever purchase a home again. Our sale consultant Peter was always very responsive, Leslie in the sales office was very helpful during the initial tour of the model homes. The build time came in at around 7 months, during the pandemic, which was faster than we thought it was going to be. We didn't get many pictures from our field manager during the build, but considering how many homes they are managing in AZ during 2020/2021, it was understandable. Our home during the final walkthrough was not completed. One wall had a hole in it, the master bathroom shower glass was not installed and the master bathroom door had to be torn out to fit the glass. The home wasn't cleaned, even a month in we are still cleaning up small paint splatters. Needless to say, the end product is good but the end result didn't leave us with the best impressions of Pulte. We had a 3 week check-in with our field manager, who walked around the home with me to talk about new items we've found and to talk about old items that haven't been resolved. I'm sure Pulte will eventually get around to taking care of them but I think we would have been ok with taking possession of the home a couple of weeks later if that meant the house was dialed in. Overall we did like Pulte's options compared to some of its competitors, it was easy to work with Pulte Mortgage on our VA loan, our sales consulate Peter answered our questions in a timely manner and our field manager Louise is one hardworking guy! ... Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

We always had to initiate communication to find out what was going on. Our house took 2 months longer than expected, but at no point we’re we reached out to to be made aware of this extension our original estimate just came and went. When we did our celebration and pointed out items that needed fixed Steven said he would be “living at our house the next couple of days to get things done.” I’m sure he didn’t do that as many of the items were not completed. We had to close with items not installed and had to wait several days for them to be installed. Then they weren’t installed correctly.

Steven has been great about taking care of any issues we've had with our home. I inspect homes all day in my line of work and Steven has been great about paying close attention to detail and scheduling corrections / repairs as needed. All the "issues" we've had are minor, in my opinion. I know he oversees a significant amount of homes and so it has been great to see him be quick to respond. This has been the 2nd house we've built, 1st with Pulte, and my wife and I have been pleased to have them build us our beautiful home.

If you like communication, you won’t get it. Sub contractors take no pride their work. If it’s good enough that’s all that matters. Paid a lot of money to have the house interior painted. It’s the worst paint I’ve ever seen. I can never get a response to issues from anyone about issues that need handled for warranty or repairs…starting to get angry at this point.

Overall experience starting from visiting the model house, to handover was one smooth process. Pulte team was very helpful and made things easier. Thanks to the great team.

This was our second Pulte purchase and our original 29+ year old home stood the test of time due to quality workmanship.

Too many stuff need rework and take more than two months to finish

Great customer service but very bad mortgage experience. Stay away from Pulte Mortgage.

All the people from Pulte we dealt with were fantastic. Our GC Jim, sales rep Andrea, mortgage rep Marcela and everyone else were great. Basic construction of the home was solid. Our own independent pre-drywall inspection was very good, however it was the finish work of paint, cabinetry and finish carpentry that was left short. Several broken cabinet doors, cheap flat paint with many sloppy errors, trim and door frames damaged and covered up. Other items were a damaged hood vent, electrical outlet not even hooked up, missing cabinet hardware for an entire bathroom and data cabling not terminated correctly to name just few. We have had homes built before and have been through the process. Many of these items should have been caught and fixed before move in. The good is that these items are fixable and we know we will love the home once everything is in great condition. ... More

Many issues that we brought to Steve’s attention (field manager) during final walk through are not addressed even after moving to new home and it’s been 2 months. Field manager doesn’t pick the call from the time you get the keys and won’t handle issues in timely fashion. We had great experience with Toll Brothers home we bought back in 2017, Pulte has to catch up!!! Poor in responding to issues in timely manner. Have to wait a month atleast to get something working!!!

I had on issue that has not been resolve i had an rv gate install by pulte and the cable guys or who ever thats their cable box installation decided to install it righ were my rv access is at so i talk tp pulte personal but had had no luck getting my problem resolve

Sophia, our sales consultant, made our buying experience so wonderful. She worked with us, tirelessly providing answers throughout the entire process, even after the close.

Everything has been good and we are enjoying our new home. We have a few things that we need to have fixed. One item in our house that I feel is not very good quality is the stainless steel sink in the kitchen. It wasn’t cheap to upgrade and the quality is not good. Seems very thin and scratches easily. Seems more like a builder grade and not an upgrade.

They build a great home.

Proud to say I own my very own Pulte home, here at Canyon Views! Enrique with sales, Mike & Shanna with mortgage and Mike with the construction team. These individuals truly have made this experience outstanding. The memories that will be made in our very first home will last us forever. Huge thank you again to everyone that made this possible within Pulte. First round of drinks are on us, cheers!

Overall Construction is great .

Scott was great, updating me on a weekly basis. After the closing, he took care off some issues that I found after moving.

It was a fun and easy process.

I will never build with Pulte again or during a pandemic

Our field manager Nick was wonderful.

We went through their financing and added insurance and security making it easier for us. They were very easy to deal with and the complete process went smoothly and it will be easier for us each month.
