Poor Workmanship. House was dusty and dirty when we got it. I thought it would be nice and clean and shiny like the models. Nobody wants to take accountability for the workmanship.

We were rushed into our new home without many things being completed first. We have had various issues with the finishing stages of the home and the exterior of the home. Paint was not and is not completed to match colors, holes in cabinets, cracked cabinets, dents on facia of appliances, stucco cracks on most exterior walls, and many other little things that add up to a move in ready home, which this was not. We had a great experience with construction manager till the point of closing of our new home. There were few issues which were supposed to be fixed within the month after closing. But later the construction manager backed away and told us to go via Customer Service. Incompetence is an understatement for their customer service department. They aren't communicative and sounds like they want to finish our call in a rush. We get work orders but nobody shows up on the designated day and subsequently our work order get pushed out.

Paint is of poor quality and very thin. Finish work is lazy and lacks detail required of finish work, trim is done with 45s in some places and just pressed against each other in others, house was super dirty when we got keys, the ac filters were so clogged it was making a whistling sound because the air was going around the filter. Counter top was cracked they tried to say it was a fissure and then changed the definition through out to fit their benefit. I understand there are delays due to lack of supplies but that doesn’t excuses the lack of quality in work or providing great customer service. I have worked with multiple builders from Dr. Horton to Toll Brothers and Pulte is the 2nd to last builder on my list when it comes to customer service. The weekly updates on the build was very nice, but other then that, it seems like I was a bother. My concerns are not heard, and the superintendent and care team are too busy to help.

While we love our new home there are shortcomings. The delivery was rushed and felt as if there were numerous items either damaged, not working, or missing or unfinished. We moved in almost two months ago and only one item of several has been addressed. We still don’t have cold running water, but the vast majority are damaged or cosmetic items. During the final walk thru we found problem with, cabinets, flooring, tile and roofing. Numerous work orders were put in but either trade people did not show up or they did not attempt to fix the problems. When you pay 1/2 million for a home we would expect quality workmanship. I believe builders are pressured to get homes built. Our Project Manager tried the best of his ability, but if the Contractors don’t Care then there is not a whole lot he can do on his own.

We have cosmetic flaws, some more unsatisfactory small pea size pit and chipped wood exposed on exterior surfaces the of the cabinets; to minor blemishes, cracks in paint at joints or filled in cracks to conceal, but visible; to a huge crack in the bottom shelf of the wall cabinet likely caused by installation of the under cabinet lights. These have been reported on their Customer Service website, but have yet to be resolved. Going on two months in the home and still no cabinet hardware. Good luck with getting any resolution on issues not reported during the final walkthrough. My cabinets were installed poorly, and I’m struggling to get Pulte to fix the damages. Communication is poor, and I was accused of causing the damage myself. I’m so disappointed. It is VERY obvious that Pulte did not appropriately oversee the workers who built my home. So many massive issues in all of the finish trades. I wanted to move into my home with peace of mind and now I’m stuck in an endless cycle of fighting with tradesmen over their terrible craftsmanship. Absolutely horrible. I used the think Pulte stood for build quality. I no longer have this association with their name.

When you bring up issues right after closing such as cracked tile, door has hole in it, which takes over 2 weeks to be painted so far and not installed, a month out at this point to get stucco hole fixed, if they show up! Just horrible on issues and they just do not care after you are handed the keys. No communication with you, if there is no one is on the same page.

You will get an incomplete home at closing. I suggest hire a home inspector to inspect your home. We had alot of issues, and expect not to get the issues fixed right away. I know we are living in a crazy market but don't advertise high quality when the house is far from it.

The finish work was rushed and not good at all. There were so many corners cut that the house looks terrible. We marked all of the issues in the walk through, but roughly only 25% of the issues marked got fixed. The cleaning was also the worst cleaning I have seen. I bought a model. I realize my home was not under warranty or that they werent going to do anything major to fix issues. However, even something basic- for example, as you go up the stairs, there is a big chunk out of the wall. How hard would it have been to fix it? Our fireplace doesn't work. A simple visit from the super would probably take care of it but no one would respond. Very disappointing. The toilet flushes can be heard downstairs like someone is hitting a sledgehammer. The sales office reps were great. That's why they get a better rating.

There are good things about this home but too many little problems and some bigger ones. Hardwood floors had a lot of glue on them, island outlets had no electricity for a month, overflow in bathroom tub was not installed correctly so water flooded, paint was on floors from touch up etc. Chips in doors, tile cracked

We have been in the house for over a month now. We had a list of issues from our walk through that weren’t fix before we moved in and additional issues we have found since moving in. They can never give us an accurate estimate of when the home would be completed talk to three different people I got three different estimates of completion then after longer than expected they call us and tell us it would be completed in 30 days, not giving us much time to prepare to move.
