Move in date was Friday, December 17th. Robert tried to change it to the following Tuesday due to needing a little more time to get things done. We told we couldn’t because we had things being delivered and already took time off from work. We told him we would not move in until 4pm that Friday. I was a new home buyer and i was very much curious to know each and everything. I used to visit the site every other day. It was a good experience. The sales office helped a lots to understand each and everything. The design center experience was not good at all. I wanted to modify some of the upgrades and the person will not let me do.

I bought a model. I realize my home was not under warranty or that they werent going to do anything major to fix issues. However, even something basic- for example, as you go up the stairs, there is a big chunk out of the wall. How hard would it have been to fix it? Our fireplace doesn't work. A simple visit from the super would probably take care of it but no one would respond. Very disappointing. The toilet flushes can be heard downstairs like someone is hitting a sledgehammer. The sales office reps were great. That's why they get a better rating.

There are good things about this home but too many little problems and some bigger ones. Hardwood floors had a lot of glue on them, island outlets had no electricity for a month, overflow in bathroom tub was not installed correctly so water flooded, paint was on floors from touch up etc. Chips in doors, tile cracked

We have been in the house for over a month now. We had a list of issues from our walk through that weren’t fix before we moved in and additional issues we have found since moving in. There were covers left off of electrical outlets, broken freezer shelf, leaking shower in the master, and vent hood in the kitchen that was installed wrong. These are big issues , not just paint touch ups and we still have had no word on when any of it will be fixed. Our salesman Eric was great. They can never give us an accurate estimate of when the home would be completed talk to three different people I got three different estimates of completion then after longer than expected they call us and tell us it would be completed in 30 days, not giving us much time to prepare to move. After moving in our dishwasher did not work it took them almost a month to get out here to fix it and they are very slow to respond to any other issue we have been here almost 2 months and still have many unresolved issues. Covid has delayed everything in my experience with Pulte (is what I'm told) this year. I've lived in my home for 3 months & still have several workmanship issues that were notified by my overworked field manager & still haven't received notice from another rep whose supposed to schedule our appts to get these items fixed. It's caused significant delay in being able to unpack & things which need fixed after getting worse.

The sales process was smooth. The quality of the finishing, (trim work, tile installation, painting) was low in my opinion. The superintendent for my build came across as helpful but his follow through has been poor as far as making sure the finishing issues are resolved. Unfortunately some of the repair work has resulted in more damage/poor workmanship than before the repair. The house closing was moved up 3 weeks from its original date and the quality of the final product seems to have be sacrificed to make this happen.

All of the Pulte folks tried their best. And actually the sub contractors were friendly and responsive, and fun to talk to. The trouble is when they finished their respective job there was little or no responsibility placed on them to leave the job completed in a workmanship like manner which includes leaving the job site clean and hazard free. I thought that there was little or no accountability placed on the sub contractors unless I complained. Then, perhaps, my concerns would be heard. I would be afraid to not do my own supervision.

I feel this House was rushed to be built and closed on for financial gains. Numerous craftmanship and material issues, most that were addressed at walk through, have not been resolved. It is now two months past closing and we're still waiting for simple things to be repaired and or replaced. This was my first time purchasing a new home, and it has been far from a pleasant experience for me or my family.

The location is great but unfortunately the new home isn't without multiple problems that after 1.5months from move in are still "being evaluated for scheduled repair" It's extra stress and annoyance that takes away from the enjoyment of the move to our new house.

sales office was great in dealing with them. The problem is with the closing crew and not following up on customer request or even returning phone calls, text messages, etc. If pulte values their customers they should hire more people to handle the job requirements or hire personnel that do not ignore your phone calls.

EVERYTIME THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH CONSTRUCTION, PULTE MAKES EXCUSES AND TRIES TO GET OUT OF FIXING THE PROBLEM, BY SAYING ITS NORMAL AND THINKS HOMEOWNER SHOULD EXCEPT THE DEFFECT.

The sales consultant we worked with seemed very credible at first, however, we soon discovered that most of the information she provided was just a sales pitch. She misinformed us about a few different items related to the structure of the home and the percentage owed based on the options chosen. This information was never discussed, however, it seemed as if there was always a cover up on her end whenever it was brought up.
