Completed ahead of schedule. Sales and field manager were awesome to work with. Design center options a bit overwhelming-would like to have seen more upgrades included in base price. Overall, under promised and over delivered!

This process was mostly seamless minimal hiccups. The sales team is very prompt and responsive, the field manager was very responsive and easy to reach. We had a third party inspection prior to close which found very few issues. My only complaint is that after move in, if there are still issues that need to be addressed, they don’t respond as quickly and are slow to Address those issues so my recommendation is to have everything fixed and addressed before move in and closing.

Project manager tried very hard to stay on top of crews, but fell short in drywall and paint. Drywall was not installed properly and we tried to hang a ceiling fan only to have 5 nails pop out in the ceiling. Down the hallway you could see the drywall bow and swerve in and out. Paint in carpet, across tiles and in the grout; which was never sealed, not even in the wet rooms.

There are problems with my final inspection - and more that we are finding as we live in the house.

Struggle to get repairs completed! When repairs are finally made, the repairs are shoddy and careless. Things go from bad to worse when trying to get things fixed under warranty.

Pulte homes have the best designs we’ve ever seen and their homes are all quality built. With their various developments they have homes designed and priced for every type of buyer. We’ve glad we bought with Pulte.

Great experience. We are happy with the finished product . The level of service was outstanding.

The girls that you talk to in the call center , need to listen and put down the doughnuts, They are not the top notch of the tree!

As a first time home buyer a lot of things were missed in the upgrading options. HOA going up with not even being in the home for 2 months with no notice. Just the whole buying experience and process was not great. Lack of communication.

We could not be happier in our new Pulte home. Our super built a beautiful home and Pulte mortgage kept us updated every step of the way. There were no surprises (which was a surprise) we definitely recommend Pulte to anyone in the market for a new home.

I will start by saying I love my new home. The build process was great and the onsite staff addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. The final walk-through was an opportunity to identify last minute repairs and touch-ups before the closing date which is typically 5 days later. During the walk-through several items were marked for repair which were mainly paint and drywall touch-ups. At the time of the walk-through I was told that two to three weeks after move in Pulte would schedule a follow up visit to repair anything that may have come up like nail pops, settling cracks or anything else that may have been overlooked. After almost two months the follow up visit never came. I asked some of my neighbors if they had received follow up visits and none of them have. Fortunately I have not had any real issues. Some of the touch ups that were marked with blue tape were never addressed and I didn't see them until after I closed and received my keys. I was able to take care of the paint touch ups with the paint that was left behind. Some of the drywall repairs were never done but I'm learning to live with them. Granted on a large scale these things are very minor but its the principle that this service was promised to homeowners and never followed up on. Pulte does not fix problems, they hide problems! In my master bathroom I ordered gray grout to match the tile grout in my shower. Instead they installed white grout!! Instead of fixing the problem the correct way, tear out the 100 square feet of tile and install new tile with the correct grout they decided to use a grinder and try to grind out some of the grout. And in places near the wall all they did was put silicone grout on top of the white grout, That was not what I ordered and now the grout is concave above the floor line. Also now I have razor sharp edges on my tile. So now the problem is worse, And they won.t fix it!! Now I have white grout bleeding through the added grout!! Additionally I replaced a toilet and then the water valve started to leak which was a defective part and they won't cover it, they said because I replaced the toilet the water valve that I didn't replace was my responsibility!! The faulty water valve pulte installed, I had to pay $400 to fix Pulte's fault parts. Additionally the linen closet door would not close properly. They said because I painted it, they would not fix it!! Do not buy a home from Pulte! You will regret it! ... More

Paint and painters were terrible. Poor workmanship along with some damage to glass, doors, and floors. Flat was the only type offered. Why not eggshell? Also it was watered down alot. Toilets are the worst. I've never seen a toilet you have to hold handle down until tank is empty. There is no designation that these are two stage toilets. You shouldn't have to instruct guests how to use your toilets. Very poor. I have heard from others in our area that are equally disappointed. The center opening patio door is also a poor design. The sliding screens travel the whole length of the tract instead of having a positive stop. House color and roof combinations are too restrictive. Why not have a flat tile color available for all exterior design combinations. ... More
