Sam was our sales rep and was great to work and we were happy to work with her throughout the new build process. Walt was our site manager and did a great job with continually providing updates as well as responding to questions and concerns that we had through the process. At completion his walk through was very comprehensive and remedied all issues

Focus on electricity condition

Nice house but pricey for what you get.

Shannon our home counselor was wonderful. Field manager, Lloyd, did not respond to multiple requests to repairs items we discovered after moving in.

We had our review and there were several items that needed to be fixed from when we first moved in. Pulte has already fixed 50% of the issues, and have also ordered the work orders to be resolved in one weeks time.

Pulte is a solid builder. You need to stay engaged and make sure communication is clear. Would be great if they would be reasonable with design center pricing and options. We did very little during the process and had to spend nearly 20% of the purchase price to get a nice home. Doing quite a bit of work after we moved in because it was not possible to do with pulte during construction.

It’s my second home I’m buying and I wish I would’ve known about Pulte from the get go. I will go through Pulte again for my next house again.

From start to finish this was a great home buying experience. The sale was simple, design team was patient, and the build was delivered on time. We understand that there are little hiccups along the way, but the project was handled well by JT our project manager. There were a few issues with our tile work (custom shower mostly) that took longer to figure out and a few back and fourth conversations that felt unnecessary. The shooter is still not perfect and if I had to do it again, I would have hired someone myself to do the custom work. We tried to bail out at closing but was talked into it by the Pulte MORG people They were great. Jenny has been 0 helpful we are on our third iteration of drying to get our walls even remotely able to live in. She has zero followup and we are made to fill like we are just a pain. She has asked us not to fill this out this questionnaire because she is bonused on this but after on 1 month inspection and her not following up to see our thought on the two days of labor. Hightlights After we had problems with closing we were told that Will was going to reach out to us and be involved. I got one quick visit nothing else. Jenny will come out as long as it is on her time! She gave us very little instruction on the house. She never ordered the Bar Fridge door not the Microwave door after agreeing to they were flawed. We have had to take off 3 days for work to be done and that work has a ton of flaws. We have asked for paint and still have only received the exterior. I could go on and on! We have felt insignificant at the very least and more excuses the Doan's has pills. We fill we will have 100% repercussions for this bad survey. The staff and crew at Pulte are kind and professional. Our field manager Ron was especially patient, responsive, and helpful.

Sales process is good. Some of the subcontractors are in such a hurry the quality suffers. Overall great home for the money.

Don't hesitate to sign on. Every aspect of the build was just what I wanted.

Had some construction issues as would be the case with all builders. Pulte has addressed them quickly and to our satisfaction.

Pulte morgage got me into my home fast, really fast. They are great but some small thing like laundry door doesn't close and my linen and coat closet doors stick. They said the will fix them though which bring it back up in my mind anyways

The quality of our new home is sub-par. After moving in we noticed that 2 walls in the middle of our home aren't even close to straight. They're slated to be repaired but being that were occupying the home now it will be a big inconvenience. Our A/C unit wasn't wired correctly and shorted out leaving us without air while 100+ outside and by the time it was repaired it was almost 90 in our home. Considering we just lost our home in a fire the potential to have another fire was concerning. When we moved in we discovered that the water valves in both bathrooms were installed backwards and we didn't have hot water for 3 days. There seem to be little attention to detail. The home wasn't even cleaned when we took possession. There was even nails and debris left in our backyard. We would not purchase another Pulte home. ... More

People, workmenship, communication is good. Quality wise; material like paint, finishing can be improved. Design center collections are very expennsive.

I’ve bought many homes and this home is one of the best.

The home is great however the paint and some small details are needing to be fixed. The paint comes off easily on the walls. There are some issues with walls having weird curves and bulges. The main concern is I was never told there would be such a steep driveway which is an annoying issue and for someone with a bad back adds additional issues.

Love the house and experience. Don our superintendent is wonderful, very responsive to our requests. My only concern is home value. Not sure that we could turn around and sell our our house for what we paid - almost like a new car.

The quality of the home is great. It took a bit longer than we anticipated, but we are in and they made all the fixes we asked for and we are quite happy.
