The whole process was top notch compared to other builders I have bought from.

We bought the Parklane home and the buying process was easy. The home came out beautifully and we couldn't be more happier. Our project manager was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Customers service beyond expectations. OUTSTANDING

The pulte superintendent Ron took care of everything. We never even met him once until the house was done as my schedule was too busy and I placed my trust in him to get it done which he did but he kept us well-informed of the progress.

My wife and I love our new house. The build was very good and our filed contractor, Ron, was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. We do have some items that we need corrected (30 day) and understand with all going on there may be a delay.

From the very beginning, the staff at Pulte have been ah-mazing! They have all taken the time to answer any questions or concerns. They have been quick to respond to voicemails or e-mails. Our building site manager sent us updates on any new progress on the home. Since we were 1000 miles away, this was greatly appreciated. Loan staff, design center, EVERYONE has been amazing. We love our new home.

The only issue so far is apparently there is no power to the ceiling fan wires in the the front bedroom.

The purchase of our Pulte home was very enjoyable experience. Everyone we worked with were very helpful and took care of any concerns or questions we had. Our on-site construction manger (Danny) was extremely helpful with every question or concern we had! All issues were taken care of to our satisfaction! We are now enjoying our new home!

Having previously owned a Pulte home for 31 years, i was excited to purchase another one. The experience from start to finish has been exceptional. I love the neighborhood, the community is amazing. It looks as nice as i expected it to.

Great house as a new build. Always some issues to resolve with a new house. Have positive vibes they will address at the one year mark without issue.

Buying experience was smooth. Throughout the process there was some conflicting information given about a few issues found with the tile flooring, but eventually it was corrected. Since moving in, found additional Issues that need to be fixed and corrected. Emailed the superintendent over a month ago and never received a response. Additionally, I’m not happy with the quality of the work of the flooring. The tiles are not all level, creating a sense of unevenness all throughout the home. It’s subtle, but noticeable when walking around the home without shoes on. Was also an issue when we had an appliance repair technician come to the home to adjust the doors on the refrigerator and was unable to perfectly align the doors due to a slope and unevenness in the tiles under the feet of the refrigerator. We've had 2 custom homes built in the past and Pulte provides a much closer "custom" experience than any other corporate builder we considered. We love the development (Anthem at Merrill Ranch) and the amenities are better than we had hoped for.
