Lorenzo made my Experience in buying a Pulte home a great one ! He informed me on updates and progress on my build. Always asked if there was anything he could do for me and always listen to what I had to say and was very punctual getting back to me. He was a joy to work with! He definitely went over and beyond in his job to satisfy his customer. Pulte should be proud to have him as an employee ! Pulte puts out an awesome home. Thank you Lorenzo for Presenting me with a beautiful home ! Pulte needs more people like Lorenzo !

So to make a long story short. The process throughout the process was great with the superintendent. He was personable and great to work with. The issue came the day we were closing. The sales agent and his boss seemed like they cared but once it came down to it their true colors came out. They lied, deceived, manipulated, and no sense of urgency or remorse. I was really excited throughout the process and it was shattered after that day.

Being a park of the whole building process was great.

Do not sign the final inspection report until all problems have been resolved. An employee promised to fix items at signing and when reminded, appeared to forget.

It’s a beautiful home in a stunning desert location. There are little problems that have not been addressed to our satisfaction ie: chipped quartz counter top, We have owned out home nine weeks now and still have issues to be resolved. A partial list: scratched and stained tub/shower enclosure, leaking toilet flush valve, damaged exterior trim (gable), screws sticking through drywall, cracked laundry room utility sink, missing grout, light switches not dimming, scratched window and paint spots on many surfaces. Several issues have been remedied but once the project manager moves on, customer service lacks a sense of urgency. I feel like the 10 month quality review is a waiting game play. Issues should be fixed ASAP! We feel good about much of the initial support teams for purchasing our home, but the finishing contractors leave much to be desired. ... More

Overall the home buyers process has been great. Pulte team has been great but the subcontractors have been horrible with responding and fixing issues especially the electrical team. I’ve been experiencing electrical problems since moving into my house and they still haven’t resolved the issues. Closed February 13th and it’s currently April 16th. Two months of not being able to fully enjoy our home.

I don’t have time to write some elaborate review, let’s just say make sure everything is perfect before you move in. If there are any issues after the fact they do everything but honor their warranty and workmanship. Things that were identified before we moved in or the week after we moved in have still not been fixed and I am starting to get a feeling that they won’t. Huge disappointment.

Pulte kept us abreast throughout the build process and while there were little things here and there that were not perfect, they have been responsive and professional in trying to make things right.

The buying experience was good, some of the building issues could have been resolved before we moved in or purchased the house!

From meeting with Reuben(sales rep) Jessica(design rep), Travis & Glen(construction managers) it’s been totally positive experience for me. Nice that I had the opportunity to upgrade appliance pkg,countertops,add cabinets to laundry room,pick out tile & flooring. Construction managers gave me updates on schedule during building process.

Home was filthy when I received keys, cabinets were missing shelves, crown molding missing, paint all over garage and back patio. Paint in grout in bathroom. Numerous other attention to detail issues.

Initially, we really loved the models only to find out that a lot of the items had been discontinued. Having then gone thru the designer process, it took 10 months to build and move in. We love our home and only have minor issues to deal with.

i am an educated professional who purchased a home in dove mountain from the state of Washington. during the experience, i returned every month to evaluate the process. the construction manager Corey, was very effective and as was Jessica in the design center. i initially had problems with Pulte mortgage, however, they came through at the end. the sales agent, Bly was completely not involved and of no significant advantage. there were so many issues regarding the construction of the home, that if i were not present to point them out, they would have been missed. at closing, so many issues remained, however, i was assured that if i closed, they would all be addressed post-closing. it has been now three months and still some remain, and some just recently addressed. i am so without sleep concerning myself with these issues, from someone apparently spilling something in the pantry to discolor the grout, the sliding screen door not closing and locking properly, paver issues and paint issues. Corey is overworked and has been attempting to get these issues resolved, however, many still remain. Jessica has not returned by initial closing inquires, Bly never sent out a congratulations, and at closing, they could not even provide a folder for my closing document, just a clip. how cheap and unresponsive Pulte has been. i should never have provided 10's so easily at closing, but i was led to believe it was necessary for employee's best interest from pultes standpoint. Corey deserved it at the time, but now he must be overworked and concerned, perhaps at precautions from Pulte. i am a very educated hospital administrator and lawyer and many of my friends, are surprised that i have been so understanding and not have gone of social media. quite frankly, i am discussed with Pulte and may need to hire my own contractors to finish the work, but that would negate the warranty. i can assure Pulte, that at the 11th month warranty period, i will hold pulte responsible for everything. how could you not notice at closing the stained grout in the pantry, the uneven paver walkway into the courtyard, the inoperable sliding screen door, all the paint issues inside and outside of the home, etc. now, i find Pulte to have questionable employees and construction standards and if i go on social media, i am an articulate person, with many photos. Always listen and follow up is quick

This is my second Pulte home, unfortunately the quality has significantly decrease. I would be happy to show my home to any potential buys so they know in advance what they are getting.

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte. This was our second home building process (first time with Pulte) and all I can say is Pulte blew our last builder out of the water. Their customer service was fantastic and our construction manager Corey was beyond amazing. He texted us updates, responded quickly to concerns, and stuck with us all the way through the process. We had a few minor things we needed his help with after we closed, and he was at our home within minutes to help out. Cannot say enough great things about Pulte. Thank you for building our dream home!

Overall purchase process was good..

Have a home inspector take a look and forward recommendations to the building superintendent. Compliments to Travis who has complied with all needed repairs. Substandard kitchen cabinets for homes in the $500K price range.

Good Design and good location

I recently had the pleasure of buying a home with Pulte at Rocking K, and I must say that the entire experience, including the loan process with Pulte Mortgage, was absolutely amazing. From the initial stages of model and lot selection to the interior design process and finally witnessing the construction of the home until its completion, I was thoroughly impressed. We had overalll great experience with Pulte who had exceptional personal attention, outstanding communication, and clarity of the building process.

our experience buying this home is mixed. the sales person , mary beth, was very good and responsive. the loan officer, Dave, at Pulte mortgage was very responsive but when handed off to the followup person, Kim, the experience went downhill. all our closing costs were supposed to be paid but since Kim and our insurance person were at loggerheads, we paid our homeowners insurance and she refused to reimburse us. Closing was uneventful. After we moved in the project manager, Travis, was wonderful trying to get issues fixed for us. The problem lies with the quality of the subcontractors. Pulte evidently can't find good ones. Numerous tiles in the home are chipped and they can't locate the exact same size for replacements. After 5 weeks we're still hoping they can find it. The painters are the worst. Paint on the grout, the caulking looks like a 5 year did it. having to redo caulking and scrape and sand baseboards because they are so rough they can't be cleaned. I would still recommend Pulte. I think the subcontractor issue isn't limited to Pulte. Just be prepared to have to have some issues addressed after you move in. ... More
