I experienced an issue after I moved in and the field managers (Tim and Javier) both assisted me with the process to get the issue remedied. I had gone through warranty but both personally came to my door to inspect and deeply apologize for any trouble. Javier and Tim would also drop by to check in on the process as well as text me to see if everything was OK. At times, while I walking my dogs, I would bump into them and, like family, they would always say hello and ask if all is well. I feel well taken care and much enjoying my beautiful amazing home.

The process seemed great, many promises were made... On the walk through day, nothing was on and we were assured all the touchups would be finished... Yet move in day, nothing was on and no touchups done. Keys didn't work, heater was reversed, garage tracks off, fridge water hookup never turned on (huge deal, still waiting on fridge repair to come move out the built in fridge just to turn it on and see if that's actually the problem... Takes two people apparently) basically they'll sell you the house and then good luck with any issues you find after.

We were offered a $5,000 discount if we signed papers by a certain date. We did, and later were told that we didn't (even though we have text messages to prove it). Also, we were overcharged on our final payment to the title company ($700+) and were told we would get a refund from Pulte. Never did, and follow up has been ignored. Maybe others are okay with writing off $5,700+ but we are not, and are extremely upset with the promises made and the lack of follow up with management.

Overall bad experience with the design center and Pulte mortgage

Design center ruined our bathroom and kitchen design . The lack of trust is an understatement , the GSM that handled the escalated issues with the design flaws and the designers mistakes did nothing. The blame game is bestowed on the buyer and not your design team as what your GSM tells the buyer . Pulte mortgage as the neighbors called it is a joke with the last minute games and delaying tactics . I can go on and on but what does this solve ? You should ask your GSM , never once offered an apology or a concession to our missing wall oven and list of items that are deficient to our ...

Worst home builder I ever met

The sales person was friendly and prompt but everything else about the purchase process was terrible. Pulte made dozens of mistakes from sending emails to the wrong address (misspelled my email) to communication mistakes so bad you wonder if they were deliberate. Some upgrades we chose were poorly represented and we got things we didn’t like in the upgrade yet Pulte refuses to adjust them. After signing off the final walk through Pulte refuses to make final repairs as noted with blue tape during the walk even a month after we moved in. They also left dirt all over the house. Horrible ...

Quality, Sound Home

Even in the odd days we live in, Pulte was able to complete our home on-time and as we expected. The filed manager was always communicating progress and assisted us in first-week move-in questions and issues. Home is built soundly and feels solid. Very happy we chose to build here.

We are finding our new home heartwarming and welcoming. We lost our last home in a fire but desperately wanted to return to our community, our neighborhood, where we had spent the last 25 years raising our 2 beautiful girls. It is with that craving of "coming home" that we have spent the past year building our new future home. We love every aspect of it. Big corporations often don't provide the best value

You expect builders to overcharge for upgrades however I have been disappointed in the lack of pride in the workmanship. I have many things that still need to be fixed such as painting touch ups inside and outside, wires that need to be properly pulled into the ceiling, concrete touch up on driveway, and the house is infested with ants (how does that happen on a brand new house?)

Very bad experience,I wish I never buy from this company ,from the moment they give you the keys ,nobody there to help you like the low voltage company,I need to have another company to fix they mistakes

Bought our house in the Sterling @ West Hills community in California back in March 2019. The experience was very positive from the sales process, thru the closing to delivery. The value we received for the price we paid was excellent! So far all service requests have been fulfilled in a quick and professional manner! We are very happy with the choice we made with Pulte Homes!
