Overall happy with the home, but finish work is pretty poor. Paint runs on walls and trim. Backsplash not installed correctly. Caulking ridiculously smeared on tile and cabinets from lazy clean up. Oven not level. Paint & stucco drops all over patios. Rust stains everywhere in garage. Scratches on windows. Warped closet doors. No trash bins in kitchen cabinet (waiting over 1 month now for fix). Just to name a few. Builder has been amazingly unapologetic about the lack in quality. It’s been inconvenient to have (and still have) workers continuously come to the house to fix things, and then not ...
